Amazing apartment in the best area in Santiago

We were given an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment which was a wonderful surprise to end our trip. The staff were very, very friendly and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. The apartment was wonderfully comfortable and modern, the beds were incredible! Lovely to have a small kitchen too. The apartment is in a busy area but is very, very quiet so we had a great sleep. The area is wonderful, full of restaurants, bars, cafes, kiosks and bakeries. We didnt need or want to go anywhere else for dinner. (can recommend Chipe Libre and Bocanariz for dinner! and the Fork for snacks!) There is a lovely market everyday and the area is wonderfully safe to walk at night. We felt safe at all time as the apartment building has two sets of doors to enter, each time with a key. There is a nice long park and gardens nearby where I went running, also safe!

There should be a towel for drying dishes. But this is a very minor complaint.

Não estava clara a informação de que o prédio em que o apart se encontrava não tinha elevador. Fui colocada no último andar (4° andar) e tivemos que subir com malas pesadas os lances de escada. Também não gostei dos serviços de atendimento do apto, pois não consegui usar o cofre, nem o cooktop. Não havia instruções claras. Também tive problemas com as chaves que viviam perdendo o contato nas fechaduras, além de ter tido um problema com a pintura das áreas comuns do prédio, que não estava sinalizada e encostei meu casaco numa área molhada, o que manchou meu casaco e não recebi nenhuma reparação da hospedagem.

Location is handy to the metro and several great tourist sites. I would love to stay there again

Francis, the young chap on reception was fantastic, spoke excellent English. After my checkout they safely locked my bags away so I could fetch them later as my flight was not until later that night.

It was ok but I was disappointed

The place has a very nice location (i stayed there before but on another flat). It is clean, safe and modern

The room I was showed on the pictures when I booked was not the one I was given. I complained and nothing was done. My room was on the ground floor facing the street so the curtains had to be closed the whole time and it was very noisy at night

Unlucky with our staying

The location and the apartments were really good. The place is located right in the heart of Lastarria, and the first one we've got had the window facing the busy street, so, if you have trouble with noises at night, add a note to pick an apartment that does not face that street. The rooms were spacious and neat.

Well, unfortunately, we had bad luck with our staying. First, we got an apartment that the bedroom was facing the loud Lastarria street, so at night it was hard for me to rest and sleep. Besides that, the staff was really nice and quick to change the apartments, since we were having issues to sleep. Then, we'd got a second place that was great excepts that there was no hot water to shower for many days. So now, we weren't able to shower. Again, the staff was great to reaccommodate us but this time into a Hotel room that is located within the reception. So we could finally have a nice stay. Be aware that there is no elevator in the hotel as it is an older building.

Lots of space and good location. The lady at reception was wonderful and very helpful.

Can't think of much. There isn't a lift but that wasn't a problem for us s our luggage didn't arrive!

Exceptional

Perfect location. Great apartment modernised in an older building. Nice and warm, everything we need, steps from the Metro and many restaurants and cafes. Quiet with the double glazed windows. Loved this place

The location was excellent. When we needed help (twice) tuning in classical music on the TV and the cleaning/reception staff were unable to assist they immediately called Jose Luis and each time he was there within minutes. All staff very friendly, kind and helpful

No cutting board in the kitchen. No detailed instructions on how to operate the TV.

I loved it and it’s in the heart of Lastarria!

Perfect location and very polite staff. The interior of the room was also beautiful. It was clean and tidy.

The only issue was that the room close to the entrance is not well sound isolated. Also there were no windows at all but for a short stay this was not a problem.

Great location -- you're just minutes away from the Universidad Catolica metro station. The neighborhood is very lively at night, lots of lovely restaurants, artists, and street vendors.

Good after initial entry problems

We arrived late at night and were directed to 43 Lastirra Street where the unit was located, but there was no way to get in. The reception was actually round the corner but we were not told this. The Taxi driver had to ring reception who eventually came and let us in.

The location is great. You can walk to cafes and metro. The best feature of hotel is the team of workers. We owe so much gratitude to the front desk team, the cleaning team and the maintenance team. It's the people that make this stay special.

Excellent location and beautiful studio apartment.

Our apartment was spacious and new. The property mgmt company had seen to it that everything was furnished, including kitchen and bath. The neighborhood is one of Santiago’s best. Good quality restaurants about as to shops and street markets. The Red Line subway is less than a 10 minute walk away. The area felt very safe. Our host, Ignacio was especially professional and courteous.

The mattress was soft and pillows were firm.

Good place in a lively neighbourhood

Neat little studio with all the tools to make basic meals (even a toaster!). The location is great, right on a buzzing street with a market, close to the centre and shops, bars, restaurants. Also, the shower and towels were great!

Tiny apartment in Lastarria.

Excellent location in Lastarria. Comfortable bed. Clean and tidy. Reception staff fabulous.

Party in one of the property apartments until 6am, impossible to sleep. Tiny apartment, quite claustrophobic. Kitchen with microwave only, no stove.
