Wonderful and spacious stay for our final two nights spent away in Tasmania. Was really nice to be able to have our own spaces and relax after a week of being packed into a car! Highly Recommend :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very centrally located to family in Launceston and Paper Beach enabling us to enjoy the comforts of a spacious and well appointed home while visiting family. Close to Grindelwald, while we didn't utilise the facilities here this time we will certainly consider staying here again. 15 minutes into Launceston is very handy, Legana close by for groceries, takeaways, tavern meal, bottleshop, anything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need.
Lunch at The Ducks restaurant on Rosevears Drive is a must for anyone as well.
Certainly more than recommend to families and small groups travelling together.

Absolutely loved our stay, could not fault a single detail. The property has everything you could need, including kitchen scales which saved me a trip to Kmart!
Felt so warm and welcoming to come back to relax after long days out.
Ben was great to communicate with when needing enquiries. Will be back again!

Plenty of room for 2 couples and three adults.
Needs more crockery if more than 2 or 3 people staying.
Great views over the Tamar Valley.
Handy to attractions in and around Launceston and North.

Perfect size for our extended family, located close enough to everything to be within reach. The house was spacious and well equipped for a decent stay. Thank you!

When we arrived, the first thing we see is an empty beer stubbie on the front lawn. Went to my room to find empty chocolate wrappers on the floor. The BBQ was broken . The tea towels were extremely stained. Lots of dust in shelves. Hair and dust in one of the bathrooms. Couch was broken. There was opened food in the fridge and the freezer. Even had to strip our beds when we were leaving..never done that before..
The house was roomy and had lots of wildlife outside.. this house has so much potential. Just needs some love

Great property and nice position..
Some of the kitchen pots pans were not very clean, but no dramas as we were all males Lol.
Main bath room had no bath towels, we had to borrow from the other room's ensuites, few other small issues but had an enjoyable time in a nice property.

Beautiful home, perfect for large families
The property was amazing! So spacious, comfortable and super clean. Beds were clean and comfortable. We had 3 adults, one teen and three children who all loved the ample space and comfort of the home. The views from the balcony were beautiful, especially at night. So peaceful and quiet too and the little furry visitors, I think they were quokkas delighted us all. Thank you to Ben and Helena for your property which made our short stay in Tasmania so memorable. Grindelwald is beautiful. Definitely would recommend to families. It was fabulous

Tassie trip.
A nice quiet location in easy access to most locations. There was quite a bit of wildlife in the yard during the early morning and evening. The house was well equipped and comfortable. Ben (property manager) responded to our only problem promptly.

It was good 2days stay at this property. Kids enjoyed vacant space around house. Only thing we found was, there was no bath towel. But great time.

Pre-Christmas short stay
Good property, albeit a little run-down. There is plenty of space in the living and dining area, the kitchen is a big plus for group stay too. It is 500m away from Swiss village, fantastic for kids. There is also a Cherry Farm just off the highway exit, especially great during the Festive season. Overall a good stay, but the towels could use a bit freshened up.

Nice new place but needs softening
The house was clean and had most things we needed. The owners were quick to respond and very accommodating. However we found no
Tea towels, bin liners or blankets. The house is very cold (temp and atmosphere) and sparsely furnished. Could do with a few rugs/cushions/soft touches to make it more welcoming and cosy. A bit sterile as it is. But no complaints re bed and other facilities.

Family retreat
Beautiful large property. Ben was easy to connect with and flexible. Plenty of space to spread out in the house and a great position to see northern Tas from. Amazing views of the Tamar valley as you drive down the hill.
Modern well appointed interior with good WiFi and a TV/Movies hub ideal for cold nights in winter.
Highly recommend this house.

Spacious house with views
We stayed four nights at this spacious home within a few minutes drive to several boutique wineries in the Tamar Valley. The house was very well presented and clean.
Local wildlife greeted us upon arrival with native birds and wallabies on the property.
Four generous sized bedrooms and three bathrooms made our trip very comfortable. The property owner was extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Launceston and the Tamar Valley.

Good location
Reasonable pricing with specious accommodation. Needed bit clean up of clothes cabinets and bedrooms. Also in outside cleaning animal waste and bird drops.Noticed some bees in carport. if you can add activities for like play room or area it would great. Overall its great place for family holiday.

Reasonable.
On arrival carport Was covered with bird poop. Barbecue had not been cleaned by previous travellers. Overall cleaning not real good. Dirty windows, stove backsplash, mirrors, door tracks, under the lounges had looked like they had never been moved to clean under them, requested to remove all sheets & doona covers off all beds which I have never heard of doing, bathrooms dirty. Both door handles on the en-suite & main bathroom had fallen off & my son-in-law fixed them. Sliding door in bedroom wardrobe had fallen off the track. The kitchen stools were unstable, wobbly & squeaky which could be a safety issue if a child fell off them.

Spacious accommodation
There were five adults, one with a disability, renting this property. We had plenty of space and used it all.
It was close to the Swiss village where we had dinner and not far from Launceston by car.
Overall, a most enjoyable stay.

Great property, plenty of room for several families & perfect location.
Lovely house, & having 3 spacious bathrooms made it very comfortable for 3 families. The location is quiet, yet close enough to the Launceston aquatic centre & Cataract Gorge. With a supermarket only 5 minutes away & the facilities at Grindelwald it's a great spot to stay. Thanks so much for having us, we all loved our winter weekend getaway.

Terrific property
A very spacious, comfortable property that easily accommodated 7 adults. Centrally located allowing us to enjoy day trips around North East Tasmania. Very quiet and peaceful. Shops and amenities were nice and close. The beds were very comfortable, the only thing we would recommend they improve upon is updating some of the kitchen utensils.
