As the property is located within native bushland, there may be some friendly local insects, animals that stop by the property to visit at times.
Just a friendly heads-up: There's a vineyard nearby that uses a bird cannon when their grapes are in season. So, during the Summer and Autumn months, you might hear it going off quite often throughout the day. The retreat is conveniently located near the highway, due to this you might hear some minimal traffic noise.
The gas heater in the living room is not operational. The property has a heat pump which is sufficient to heat and cool the property.
