Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, und schöner erholsamer Aufenthalt

Lage ruhig am Ortsrand, aber Restaurants usw. alles schnell zu Fuss erreichbar, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen (Valley of Rocks und Coastal Path gleich um die Ecke), sehr nette Gastgeber, die auch gute Tipps bzgl. Wanderungen usw. geben, nett eingerichtete Zimmer (aber Achtung: sehr steile und enge Treppenaufgänge) und sehr gutes Frühstück (wird immer auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet), Parkplätze am Haus Alles in allem: Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Aufenthalt hat Spass gemacht, wären gerne länger als 2 Nächte geblieben

Coupkes getaway

Beautiful house. Room was comfortable and had everything needed. Location great for walking and close to great pubs and restaurants Hosts were very friendly great to chat. Breakfast was fantastic

Absolute English Charm Perfection -- both in hospitality and home

Where do I even begin? This place is WONDERFUL! The owners, to start with, are so welcoming and kind. The house itself is gorgeous, it feels like you've gone into someone's actual house...and you have! The dining room is gorgeous, the view on the garden is such a delight. The room itself dropped our mouths wide open...we had just come from a tiny dingy London apartment and into this spacious, tastefully decorated and light room. We absolutely oooo'd and aaahhh'd over every detail from the teacups to the bed in the corner for my daughter to the bench in the window with the view on the street. Perfection!! Then we went into the bathroom and about fell over...it was also stunning! So spacious and well stocked. The adorable plants and decorations and even the toilet paper had cute puppy patterns on it (my daughter pointed that part out!) Anyway, as you can tell, we were smitten. Did NOT want to leave. In addition to how beautiful and perfect everything was, the breakfast was outstanding and my gluten allergy was more than accommodated for. We also loved playing games in the dining room in the evening and I haven't even mentioned the cat yet and my review is so long. But Uggie is adorable and kept to herself and was a thrill for my daughter to see every time she came in through her little door in the hallway. The location couldn't be better, a literal stone's throw from Valley of the Rocks and a short 5 minute walk or less to any of the shops down the street in town. Don't miss the Cliff Train when you visit and go down and visit Lynmouth as well. I would absolutely return and hope to some day as this is a treasure of a bed and breakfast.

I cannot think of a single thing. Seriously, it was perfect.

Great stay with best hosts for end of our vacation

Hosts were very friendly, helpful and informative. Comfortable and clean accommodation . Beds were firm. Location walkable to Valley of Rocks. Great breakfast.

On site parking for 3-4 cars. Free roadside parking was tight for big cars.

overall very positive

Chris and Lesley model hosts. Very welcoming and attentive to our every need. Room was spotlessly clean.The property is nestled towards the end of a very quiet lane and perfectly situated for exploring the N. Devon coast.

Our only adverse comment is that the room was smaller than we anticipated with limited space to sit in comfort.

Chris and Lesley , the hosts always went the extra mile! Chris even made my cooked breakfast in the shape of a smiley fa

All sparkling clean, and a parking space where you could leave the car even during the day. Creatively decorated pretty room on the theme of the local area. Good location, near Lynton centre but also near the Valley of the Rocks. My room also had a fantastic walk in shower!

Nothing, though if you were infirm you might have to ask for another room as mine was up 3 flights of stairs!

Superb

Breakfast was very good.

Mini fridge made a noise, and is only there to keep the milk cool, if you had long life milk there would be no need for it. Okay maybe in the summer.

The bed was too hard. Access to tourist info on arrival would have been useful as we were invited to park before booking in time but not invited into porch where info displayed.

Wonderful hosts Chris and Lesley, told me about a few places to visit and the breakfast was lovely. Lynton had lovely walks, Valley of Rocks and down to Lynmouth.

Great location for exploring the town and coastal paths Hosts were very helpful and the breakfast was amazing - homemade and fresh. We appreciated the fresh milk in the room and nothing in plastic single-use sachets.

Everything about the denes guest house Met expectations. Lesley and Chris were lovely, really welcoming on arrival and always around if we needed something. Not a bad word to say.

Most enjoyable. The hosts go out of their way to make sure guests are happy.

Breakfast was first class Shower was excellent High quality fittings & fixtures The bedroom/bathroom were pristine A parking space to the rear of the hotel was available throughout our stay Comfortable bed

There is no lounge for guests Had the TV been a little larger, it would have been easier to watch Wimbledon! The pillows didn't suit me at all, but in fairness I'm very fussy and didn't ask if anything different was available

Amazing relaxing and everything we were looking for

Staff were awesome and extremely helpful too. They are simply wonderful people to be around, and have go out of their way to meet your needs. The breakfast selection was amazing too. Fresh fruit, cereal and full English breakfast too! The location of the property was excellent. It was exactly the place for the getaway we needed!

Nothing, we cannot fault anything about our stay here.

A nice stay in a lovely B&B

Our room was lovely. Nicely decorated with cushions and pictures of bright seaside scenes. The hosts were nice and helpful. Lots of attention to little details... Fresh flowers around the house, our room contained a mini fridge in the room with fresh milk in, tissues, coasters for you cups. Overall a very nice stay. When we go back to the area we will certainly be checking availability here.

What a beautiful property with very charming and hospitable hosts, they are a credit to their profession. We had a blissful stay. Super comfy, cosy and clean and the breakfast was truly epic. A real joy all in all.
