George Hotel
Almost everything about this place is great, it was only spoiled because we had a room over the bar and were disturbed by people talking in there at nearly 2 am.
Noise from the bar, road noise.

Great location ... needs a good update.
Great location in the centre of Wallingford, can easily walk everywhere, good car park, and free EV car charger. Will go back just for all this!
Needs an good update ... my room 306, had humming sound all night, seemed a water tank above, not a quiet night... also bath handle broken, carpets on stairs worn. Will go back but not to 306!!

lovely
we had a lovely night in The George Hotel away for my husbands birthday. The hotel is pristine and staff were lovely. Breakfast was fabulous. thank you
just a little thing it would have been nice for the breakfast waitress to acknowledge us when she saw us waiting and say won’t keep you a minute and sit anywhere.

Charming Market Town Hotel
Pleasant hotel with helpful staff and an in-house neighborhood bar.
The hotel hosted a neighborhood Sunday afternoon party that appears to have attracted more people than they anticipated. But things quieted down.

Poor
Adequate location for employment opportunity
The £100 parking fine my friend received having been dropped off and shown to reception in under 15 mins. I’d have expected reception to have informed us this would occur without a permit but they said nothing. There was no information about a parking permit on the booking confirmation either.
