Comfy room relaxed and close to tourist attractions. Breakfast was great. Road noise was minimal for inner city.
Breakfast room was a little small for number of guests and no booking times.
4.3
Le petit déjeuner, le personnel très agréable, le confort et l’accueil , près de la ville
Le seul bémols et qu’on étais au dernier étage sans ascenseur ceux qui étais fatiguant après une journée

Location
4.3
Right in the heart of Dublin, just a few meters from St Stephens Green.
Room was in the 'basement' and the view was of a minute court-yard. No direct sunlight - thus the loss of a few stars. But this would not stop me booking them again.
4.3
Breakfast, location, service, facilities all excellent.
The bedroom was very warm although a fan was provided.
4.3
Lovely property in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff helpful. The breakfast is excellent.
The only drawback was the climb up the stairs to the top floor.
4.3
Not much.
I hate staying in hotels that charge over €200 per night and don’t think it’s necessary to provide a simple bottle of drinking water in their rooms, despite including in-room tea/coffee making facilities.
4.3
Very comfortable, quiet and clean. Huge bed and lovely decor. The location was excellent and the price was very reasonable and included breakfast.
Nothing

Le style de l'hôtel et le petit-déjeuner.
La sonorisation des chambres : on entend "tout".

Staff were very helpful. Comfy bed. Cosy room.
Breakfast had no warm options

Keukenpersoneel was heel vriendelijk en werkte hard.
Receptiedame zowel bij ontvangst als vertrek. Zij had duidelijk geen zin in haar werk.

location
I had an upstairs room facing street. the music on Wednesday night was way to Loud. it went on till three or four in the morning
I would not stay there again
4.3
The location was in the heart of Dublin, so close to everything. The breakfast was so good-loads of options to choose from. All the staff were welcoming and answered any questions we had. Reading past reviews people recommended to ask for a room in back which we did. The rooms facing the front street would be subject to noise from the trams and the few pubs across the street.
I would say if there isn’t a huge difference in cost to go for the deluxe king suites they are huge. We had a standard room which was very nice but we did have a chance to see the suite and for not much more money at least for our stay it would be so worth it. Splurge if you can!
4.3
Very close to tourist locations. Great breakfast.
Older building so no elevator.
4.3
location and the building were excellent.
Close to clubs and can be a bit loud in the night. if booked for the weekend it could be even louder.
4.3
lovely building with lots of original old features but also with stylish modern bathrooms
a minor issue - lots of stairs to the top rooms, but to be fair all of the information about the property makes this very clear.
4.3
Room was comfortable and the staff were lovely.
Didn’t realise there was no lift.
4.3
Great location, really lovely staff! clean and comfortable rooms.
the stairs haha!

20 minutes from the centre
the heat and stairs
4.3
Excellent location for my purpose of travel. Room was very comfortable.
Unfortunately, I had to leave slightly earlier than the breakfast start time so I cannot comment on the food and an alternative was not offered. My room was at the front of the building and outside was very noisy until the early hours of the morning.
4.3
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The building is old with fabulous period features. A great selection for breakfast, too, and the staff were lovely.
The heat was hard to sleep in, but we know the heating wasn't on. The building seems to hold heat.
4.3
nice build, nicely laid out and private rooms, room was very nice as was the bed and bathroom. perfect for what I needed.
nothing, was a good stay.
4.3
Nice room, it was cleaned and we were only there 2 nights . Great continental breakfast . Only about a 5 minute walk from the centre.
There was no lift and we were on 5th floor.
4.3
Amazing accomodation in perfect locality close to the city centre. Everything clean, good breakfast and very nice room.
I would appreciate scrambled eggs or sausages for breakfast.
4.3
the staff were welcoming and friendly. the room was nice and clean. convenient location to grafton st
little did we know there are 3 nightclubs across the road. the noise went on till 4am every night. Absolutely awful. very disappointed that there is no cooked breakfast. a continental breakfast is a money saving exercise at the cost of your customers . It should be standard practice to offer cooked breakfast. A bit of bread and cheese is just cheap
4.3
beautiful room, executive king suite also had double bed room too! gorgeous sofa and two loo’s!
no lift
