The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great.
The apartment was difficult to locate using google maps, it’s tucked behind other buildings.

Location was great. The unit was spacious. There was a heated towel rack and the bathroom stayed very warm - great for getting out of the shower. We kept the door closed to keep the heat in the bathroom.
New locks with codes were installed while there. The locksmith was helpful but we needed new codes. It was confusing at first. Good thing it was not raining as we had no cover the whole time.

Very spacious facility.

It is very conveniently located in Reykjavik (near shops, restaurants, sights, transit, parking). The room amenities were very sufficient for our needs - washer/dryer, full kitchen, dishwasher, heated towel rack, large living room space. Check-in/Check-out was no contact, but the staff was very responsive on email and booking.com messaging platform.
The sofa bed did not look very comfortable and was quite worn, and so we decided not to use it. There is a few feet of gravel patch to get to the hotel (which was only an issue for us since we had rolling luggages that we didn't want to roll through gravel).

Excellent location. You can't be more central in downtown Reykjavik. We'll equipped with dish washer tablets, washing powder and tresemme shampoo/conditioner. Good shower and water pressure. All the hot water you could ask for.
The light in the bathroom is on an automatic sensor. At first I quite liked this and thought it would be a great idea at my house too! However, when visiting the toilet in the night my wife was asleep and normally I would not have turned on the light as my eyes were adjusted to the dark. As I walked in, the lights (& FAN!) activate. It's not an overly bright light or a loud fan but enough to disturb someone sleeping a few metres away. On the flip side, I wanted to feed our baby early in the morning without turning on all the lights and there was no lamp available. It was a choice between the light above my sleeping wife's face or running in and out of the bathroom to activate the sensor. I grew to despise this sensor in the bathroom.
Checkout was also very early at 10:00!!! 12:00 is the international standard. The next place we stayed at in keflavik had 14:00 checkout as standard.
We were also disturbed by the cleaner who tried to access our room at approx 09:30!!! There's also a tag to hang on your door if you leave early so that they can clean. There a strange obsession with cleaning this place as early as possible.

Location was good. Downtown Reykjavik, close to everything.
It smelled like cigarette smoke. We booked it so we could do laundry, but our laundry ended up smelling like smoke too. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. I took photos and emailed them to the manager. We stayed one night & checked out the next day & stayed at Canopy by Hilton the second night even though I had prepaid.

Perfect location, right off the Rainbow street. Very comfortable setup. Kitchen made meal prep a breeze.
Needs minor maintenance: door handles loose, cabinets too tightly fit to properly close refridgerator and dishwasher.

This was a great apartment, it was well appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The only thing that was a challenge was the snow and lack of pathway clearing.
The apartment gets an A+.
The lack of clearing of pathways made the entrance a little dangerous in the snow.

location was good
They only gave 1 toilet roll for 6 days and 5 nights!!! Checked the extra cupboards outside apt also don’t have toilet paper. One of the days we couldn’t open the door to our apt and called the emergency number after office hours (after 1pm, came back from Northern Lights tour) NO one answered the called! We also received msg from NUKI, giving new access code number after 2 days but the new code doesn’t unlock the door….. The alignment of the door to key lock is not properly aligned we managed to get-in by pushing hard on the door. Since that incident we didn’t lock the apt door for the rest of our stay! Didn’t feel safe and couldn’t sleep well because we couldn’t lock the door.
We have to open up and set up our own sofa bed for our daughter. the sofa bed was dusty and mattress was sunken in the middle!

We stayed in this apartment for almost two weeks and enjoyed our stay very much. There are a few very positive things I would like to point out. First of all the communication with the hosts works very well. They reply within hours and also help with stuff like sightseeing and so on. The location of the apartment is perfect. If you read the instructions from the host, you can find the apartment quickly. The apartment is located in the center of the city, next to bus stop 6, many restaurants, and shops, within a 12 minutes walk to the harbor and BSI. It's very warm in the apartment, and you can adjust the temperature as you like. The bed was soooo comfortable- I really enjoyed every night. Even on weekends, it was very quiet with closed windows. Furthermore, we liked the shower a lot. The washing machine and the smart TV worked very well.
A few minor things weren't optimal: There is carpeted floor in the apartment, which I don't like. There is no oven in the apartment (which was my fault because I didn't read properly)- since we tried to save money by cooking on our own an oven for pizza or stuff like that would be wonderful, but we also managed the cooking without it very well. There was a very small cupboard, so we lived out of a suitcase.

Very clean apartment, bathroom was large and very clean, excellent location, close to eating places and souvenir shops.
At times was a bit too warm even though the heating was off/on low but just had to keep a window open.
