Got in late, left early. Clean pleace to stay if you need to be close to the airport

숙소의 청결과 부대시설의 우수성, 특히 정원은 환상적으로 마치 유럽의 귀족적 분위기를 느끼게합니다. 직원은 전분야에서 서빙하는 분들이 한결같이 친절하며 유쾌함을 느끼게 해주셔서 감사합니다

대중교통으로 도착하는 분들을 위한 좀더 자세한 안내가 있으면 합니다. 특히 야간에는 입구가 쉽게 눈에 뜨이지 않아서 고생할 수 있어요

서울에 오면 자고싶은 메이필드

1 직원들이 친절함 그레이팅이 좋음 2 청결함(수건 침구 등등) 3 숲속안에 있는것 같아 상막하지 않고 쾌적함 4 역사공간에 정취를 느낄수 있어 좋음

전에 묵었던 객실은 괜찮았는데 이번 객실은 방음이 너무 안되서 불편했음(옆방과 대화가능)

Calm and Peace

I liked the hotel, and the surroundings are very beautiful. It provided us with a favorable first impression of Seoul. The room is clean, and the bed is really comfy. It's a really nice and peaceful spot. We felt safe and at home. Special thanks for (Choi dongkan) for his kindness and support :)

We came late and no one helped us with our bags as we had a lengthy journey, which is not what you would expect from a five-star hotel. We met one of the staff at the reception (chubby man) who has weak communication skills and encouraged us to exchange money at the hotel since they had a lower rate than outside, but when I saw a girl at the reception the next day, she claimed it was incorrect and we have a high rate. This attitude did not sit well with me!

Good location, nice building, close to Gimpo airport.

The room is very outdated, it contains 20-year-old technology, including A/C, communication devices and kettle. The furniture and equipment show heavy usage marks, which should have been replaced or refurbished. The English communication skills are inadequate at the checking counter.

Comfortable beds, quiet.

Poor location: It’s far away from the center (1h+ by train/bus), you would have to walk 10mins to the closest bus stop. Shuttle bus would help, but it was not operating when we were there. Facilities: If you are staying in the suite facilities might be fine, but if you are in the main hotel, you have to walk to another builder for a swimming pool and gym. Sauna was at extra charge.

property looks amazing on the website but the reality is different when you get there

1. staff don’t really speak English 2. very high volume of people staying but only 2 operational counters at reception = long waiting times 3. no bar on site 4. told that we could not have breakfast after 8am due to high volume of clients 5. generally very poor customer service 6. air conditioning did not work in my room

A wonderful welcome to an extremely comfortable stay.

*the beds were exceptionally comfortable- the best I have stayed in. *spotlessly clean *staff were very welcoming

*even better if there was a phone charger unit or usb on the plugs

Nice building, good walk at the garden, but hungry stay

the building and the garden were great. There was a little bit of European feel everywhere. The night view of the building was so beautiful. It really didn't feel like I was in a city.

After checking that the restaurants were open until 9:30, we went for swimming and went to eat at 8:30. But, all the restaurants were closing! We had to get some food delivered and had dinner finally at about 10... If the restaurants were closed that early, they shouldn't have notified that they close at 9:30....!!! The breakfast was just okay. They had a variety of food but the taste was just okay overall.

If you are for outdoors activities, it is a right choice; there are a lot of dragonflies flying in the sky just over your shoulders and kids following them to play with or to catch.
