About this apartment rental

Ideal for Couples looking for a tranquil child free zone. Recently refurbished modern and luxurious Apartments with Spacious open plan Living area and fully fitted Kitchen with French door leading to private decking area overlooking the garden where you can relax over breakfast or watch the sunset with a glass of wine . Off the living area in Apartment 2 is a good sized bedroom with King Size Double Bed. There is more than adequate wardrobe space and drawers and there is a luxurious en-suite shower room. All fresh towels and bed-linen is supplied together with shampoo, shower gel etc. The living area contains a two seater sofa and chair, High-Level table and 4 stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob unit, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Microwave Oven, Coffee Machine etc. There is no room for a drier but we have two driers in the house which guests can use on request. There is flat screen TV and DVD in each room. Separate from your apartment is also a large separate communal Sitting Room which guests can use (or not use, they have the choice), to meet up with other guests, get to know each other relax and log on to WiFi or watch 3D movies on the large screen TV,
The Apartment has full central heating and is suitable for both summer and winter occupation. Each apartment has it's own private entrance. The Annex is attached to the owners house and Leslie is happy to impart his local knowledge and advise on the best places to visit and local restaurants etc. Leslie is also happy to take guests on day trips and guided tours of the surrounding area. We also provide free transfers to and from the local Airport and Bus and Train Stations.

Booked this for my son and his girlfriend who moved to Inverness and needed accommodation for three weeks. The property was exactly as they expected and they said the host was super helpful and friendly and would recommend to friends and family travelling north to visit them. Thank you

Lovely apartment in Nairn, short walk to the centre of town and close to the sea. Good facilities within the apartment, with an en suite double bed and a sofa bed in living area. Access to outside seating area. You also have access to a large sitting room. Ideal central location for visiting the moray firth.

We believe we were given the wrong apartment. 8 months before arrival we requested twin share, upon arrival given Queen which didnt suit us, two single ladies. Also Wi-Fi NOT available from our apartment, nor the deck as advertised in fine print. Other than these issues Leslie was quite helpful.

The rooms were perfect, clean, well provided, space enough for four not just two and placed well for privacy from other guests or main house. Host was lovely and welcoming and a wealth of local information. Highly recommended.

Older (ish) couple stayed for ten nights and we had everything we needed (inc good weather) Walked to beech early every morning and town center is even closer . Property exactly as described.. was very roomy.. no problems at all. Got good enough 4g on my phone to run netflix. All we can say is highly recommended - Tony & Julie

Beautiful property/garden in a side street with lovely properies. Very nice & accommodating owner, Beautiful, large guest lounge can be used. Apartment is modern, spacious & has everything you need. Only our patio never got any sun due to large trees to side of garden which was a shame in the good weather. We would stay here again any time & highly recommend

Leslie a friendly and informative man if your interested in visiting tourist attractions he has the details ready for you. Leslie made us feel at home with a welcome food pack I also got some homegrown plums and a cucumber 😋�Only negative the living room is shared but felt welcome to use. Wifi does not reach the annex but no problem with 4G and the bed settee is not a comfortable seat to relax in after a long walk. Enjoy your stay.

exactly as described on website, lovely comfortable spacious clean accommodation in excellent central location, lovely garden surrounding property with seating area on decking. the hosts Leslie and Norma were helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. on arrival the fridge was well supplied with enough food to last for 3 breakfasts also milk tea coffee and fruit much appreciated. the area is perfect for walking and cycling lots of trails through culbin forest. would highly recommend Diana Edinburgh

The Annex is a very tastefully decorated apartment. Leslie is a very friendly and helpful landlord. The fridge was already filled with food that was sufficient for five days. Nairn is a beautiful seaside resort in Scotland and a perfect base for exploring the Highlands or exploring the many great golf courses in the area.

Wir(4) haben mit unseren jugendlichen KIndern drei Tage in der schönen Ferienwohnung in Nairn verbracht. Leslie hat uns nett empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Bei Fragen war er jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Bei der Planung von Ausflügen gab er sehr hilfreiche Tipps. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist super. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank nochmals für die Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln, die für uns im Kühlschrank vorbereitet waren. Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Leslie was a wonderful host! He provided helpful information as we planned our days’ activities. He graciously helped us with some personal needs. He was always available. The living space was attached to the house but entirely private. The living room/kitchen was large and well equipped. The bathroom was modern with a great shower! It is only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The Annex is a great place to stay.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung. Leslie ist ein toller Gastgeber. Dee Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Eiern und Speck und vielem anderen mehr. Er hat sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Wir haben mehr bekommen als man bei einer Ferienwohnung erwarten können. Danke noch mal! Nairn ist ein netter kleiner Ort. Der Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The apartment is completely refurbished and the furniture is new. It is incredibly well equiped for long stays (specially the kitchen), and the owner is always helpful and kind, with good communication every time. The bedroom has a pretty good matress, and the shared living room is charming and comfortable (with a 3D TV and plenty of films available to see). Also, a Nairn is a quiet and good place to stay while visiting the whole of the Highlands.
