The entire interior was uncomfortably gross. The walls were dirty, carpets were stained, cabinets didn’t close, gross stuff on the trash cans. Not at all like the pictures.

Home from home apartment in good location

Great location. We walked most days to the main attractions. For those who would prefer public transport, there is a subway a few minutes away. The apartment was spacious, with two bathrooms. It's great to have the convenience of a home rather than a hotel room.

We booked a garden view through booking.com. However, on arrival, we had a street view. This was a little noisy for the person using the sofa bed. If you book through this site, message the owner to clarify before arriving.

Comfortable, clean and cozy. Definitely to be recommended.

Location was the best part. I believe we also got value for money spent. The responsiveness of the owners was awesome and this made our stay quite comfortable.

The bathroom upstairs needs a soap dish……tiny issue but would have helped me score them higher than the 92%

Pleasant enough for a few days for our family of 5.

The location is central with Target and Sprouts Market next door to the apartment block. It is situated on the main bus route. Netflix connection :)

The washer dryer wasn’t great- smaller than the standard ones - I think it’s fitted for the space. No laundry liquid provided. The bathrooms were alright. A little cramped for space.

It was great

I liked that it was close to the hospital, I liked that it had store around it that was walking distance. I liked the decor and the fish pond.

The parking was tight, hard to find it at first.

Overall great stay! Staff were pleasant & helpful, plus nice location near a target and Starbucks!

The garden area was beautiful! The koi fish pond had a turtle there!!

The garage was a bit scary.. works well but a bit run down.

It's Okay If you travel Without Kids

The property was clean and well stocked with things we needed. It was walking distance to a Target and a few restaurants/bars. There was a staffed front desk to answer questions so that was a bit of added comfort. The room was easy to get into and the owner was very responsive.

The freezer was filled with ice so the door wouldn't close properly and it was making a weird noise. I did let the owner know who seemed very prompt in addressing it. There is a LOT of pipes in the ceiling that are not in the pics. The furniture is also different.

Good place to stay

Appartement has a parking place and is close to the Centre walking distance. The space of the apartment is good 👍.

The neighbor's dog above barks all evening and starts early in the morning.

great location very walkable and safe.

hard to find with gps I drove around for thirty minutes before i finally found the building even after calling to get help. could use a night light in the hallway and a blanket for the person sleeping in the living room.

I enjoyed my stay at this location as always ! I will say the fact that my unit had seasonings and extra pots and pans was really a plus ..

I didn’t like that my unit got cold really fast .

Great value for a family trip

Location nearby the subway station. Basically within reach to all major attractions. Apartment unit is huge, easily able to accommodate my family of five comfortably. And parking is free in the garage. Security wise is great.

Some furnishings such as cupboard doors could do with some repair. Also one or two lightbulbs not working, though no real concern for me.

the location was convenient, good restaurants nearby. apartment clean, comfortable and with great windows. front desk staff friendly.

dim lighting in bathroom. security at front door not adequate. I was assaulted by a homeless person inside the front doors of the building.

Good appartment for a stay in Philadelphia

Close to Centre and easy to travel from. They have their own garage so easy to park your car. Apparment is clean.

I ordered a garden view appartment this time but did get a street view appartment. Toilet was broken when arrived was quick repaired but not 100%.. also after second repair. Seems that toilets needs to be replaced for new ones. The water keeps on streaming so using a lot of water.

Good location close to the centre and next to the metro. Easy to park your car in a private garage. All you need is available in the apartment. Host is reacting very fast and willing to help you

really its amazing apartment

everything in this property was nice .. clean and big size of room and leaving room very good and big gym in basement amazing seating area in garden free and safety parking (garage) i forgot my Airpods in apartment and they find it .. really the host was amazing from the first minute in check in
