Great flat, close to everything, clean and warm with easy on street parking andc

Awesome location - easy walk to Cathedral and shops and very close to Uni. Handy co-op directly opposite

Perfect location. Clean and comfortable.

The location was ideal - very central. The flat was very clean and homely. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had all that we needed for our stay.

Fab stay at number 4

We liked everything about this property. I have nothing negative to say. Was absolutely perfect. Stayed in exeter about 12 times and this was our favourite out of all for cleanliness, location and comfort. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Disappointing

Good location with supermarket across the road. No problem with the on street parking.

The apartment was not cleaned properly. We found wet sheets still in the washing machine and used face mask behind the door, so no vacuuming or mopping happened between occupants. As there is no dishwasher we found dishes in the cupboards hadn’t been cleaned and obvious not checked before our arrival. The floor and services were sticky. Kitchen had a abundance of glasses but actual oven dishes were rusty and sparse. Walls were plastered with rules but nothing helpful like the front door needs the handle to be up right so u can lock or instructions on the TV

Once I looked at the photos for a view of the house it was easy enough to find and from reading past reviews we figured

it was comfortable and spacious for a group of people

It was a little further from town than we expected but easy enough to get a taxi

lovely stay, ruined by a parking ticket.

right in the centre of town, easy to walk to and from. Opposite a co-op which was ideal.

We received a parking ticket as the parking permit issued was not filled in by the property owner. Anyone else staying make sure you bring a pen to fill in the permit, because there isn’t one given to you, and you’re not told to fill it in.

Really lovely apartment, very convenient location.

Very convenient location for walking into Exeter town centre and we were able to park our car on the road outside the property for the two days we were there. Very handy Co-op opposite the property too. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and had all the things we needed, even tea, coffee and washing up liquid. Towels being provided was very useful too.

It wasn't entirely clear where the front door was when we arrived. Perhaps it could be a bit clearer that you need to go through the gate of the main house, then go round the corner to find the front door. A tea towel would have been a nice extra too.

Location is excellent. Also great to get a daily parking ticket although not clear which zone I had to fill in on the ticket (as someone not familiar with UK regulations). I struggled at first to open the door so it would have been handy to mention beforehand that I had to lift the door handle for opening and closing the door. We are not familiar with such a system.

lovely clean apartment. easy to navigate.

clean and great facilities. the iPad with info on it was a great touch and the tv/Xbox was a hit with my son. good location with a late coop right opposite.
