You can’t beat this NEW 4 bed 3 bath in the heart of downtown Winter Park! The New Arrow townhome complex is just steps away from shops, restaurants, Hideaway Park (which hosts the Summer Concert Series), sledding hill, and visitor center, and more.
The four-story townhome features: granite counters, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, rooftop deck, private salt water hot tub, outdoor lounge, stunning views, and plenty high end finishes along with designer touches! The fully stocked kitchen has all amenities of home and will allow you to cook that gourmet meal that the whole crew can enjoy. Attached garage parking (for 1 vehicle) is nice for cold weather days.
The main floor offers one bedroom with a queen bed and three-quarter hall bath. The kitchen is spacious with an open floor plan to dining and living room with gas fireplace. There is also grill on the balcony of this level. The next level offers a twin over twin bunk room, one room with a queen bed, full hall bath with dual sinks, and the primary bedroom. The Primary room features king bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks. There is a washer & dryer located near the stairs.
The rooftop level has an outdoor dining area and lounge for watching TV and a private saltwater hot tub – great for relaxing after a day exploring. The views from the top are stunning.

Wow - This was a fun summer rental! It's located right downtown, so we could walk to Rendezvous Park and access a menu of trails and restaurants. We were a group of 8, so since everything was so close, we could come and go as we chose to. The kitchen has just about everything you need to cook with, which we did, and the hot tub was an excellent way to wrap the evening up. They even have a 2-zone wine fridge that kept my wine at cellar temperature. The beds were comfy, and the living room sofa had room for all of us. We would definitely stay here again!

We celebrated my mom's birthday at this beautiful property and had an amazingly restful time. The host was extremely accommodating with the check-in process and the rental property well decorated and had high-end appliances. And, the rooftop hot tub and lounge area was exactly what we needed. Great experience from beginning to end!

My family (5 adults, 2 children) stayed at this property for a week early in the Summer season. We had a fantastic time and the property certainly helped with that.
5/5 Property - Great town home with plenty of space for our group. Finishes and bathrooms are top notch and the roof top terrace was an added bonus. Fantastic views from up there and the hot tub was great way to unwind at the end of the day. Also has a garage that fit a truck and mid-size SUV back to back. Not always critical, but I like parking cars out of the elements.
5/5 Location - Walking distance to pretty much all of downtown Winter Park, including shops, restaurants, trailheads and there was even a nice park directly across the street. Easily drive-able to Winter Park Ski resort or Fraser/Granby and beyond. Would easily be bike-able to Fraser as well.
5/5 Host - No issues with communication, re-sent check in email promptly after I lost it. Nothing went wrong during our stay but I am guessing any issues would be easy to resolve.
4.9/5 - I believe in honest reviews and no property is perfect in my opinion. There is heavy construction going on across the parking lot on a new condo/business building. Now, if you are coming to CO and staying in your property all day than you are doing it wrong so not a huge deal. We were out and about every day and missed most of it, but they did go till 9 PM one night and also start pretty early. In the end, it will go away though once completed, so that is why just the 4.9/5.

We loved our stay! It was the most perfect location—we were just a few minute’s walk from the downtown area, restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries! The property itself was amazing. It had a great view, so many amenities, and was clean and so well stocked. We had trouble getting into the unit (user error) but we were able to get in touch with someone to help us immediately. The booking process and check-in/out was easy peasy and all my questions were answered promptly! I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway in Winter Park. Thanks for a fun stay!

The location is ideal close to Deno's and other establishments-Bar's/Live music. Free shuttle if you need access to groceries Safeway 10 minutes down the street. A+++ VRBO management. Very helpful. We loved this place especially the hot tub on the roof after skiing! Three separate bathrooms, heated mats in key areas so we didn’t need to shovel snow. It is decorated nice and is in a convenient location.

Very comfortable and clean. Location wise its in the center of town. Great communication with management. However the property is part of an unfinished development and there is literally a construction site in front of the condo. We were lucky to visit during a holiday weekend. Consider the noise if going and staying during construction hours.

We planned a small getaway to the mountains to enjoy the mountain snow. And this property did not disappoint. We loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day in the snow. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast for all of us. Highly recommend!

My family absolutely loved staying at Charlotte's property. I had a family of 8, all being adult "children" and myself, vacationing in Winter Park. We loved the condo and all the amenities as well as the very convenient location. This unit also had very easy access to the garage that held both SUV's. The unit was just as described and looked just like the pictures. We would love to stay in this exact condo again. Thank you for offering your property to us.

The condo is centrally located and we walked to many shops and restaurants. It was a short drive to the ski hill.
The property managers were great and very easy to communicate with. They are very knowledgeable of the area and make great suggestions for activities. They were very helpful when our flight was cancelled.

If I could give this property more than 5 stars, I would! Location was perfect. We enjoyed listening to a concert that was held across the street, from the rooftop hot tub. The property was clean and new, beds were comfortable, and townhome was decorated beautifully. We truly can not wait to come back again!

Awesome place!
The place was just as described and shown in the pictures. Awesome location, close to everything and super clean. Hot tub worked great. The kitchen could've been stocked a bit better with cooking oil and spices but overall really good experience. There's a bit of early morning noise in the master bedroom from big trucks driving by but not really anything that could be changed by the condo. My family was very impressed with the condo!

Short family ski outing
This seemed like a very expensive rental for a property not on the mountain, but our options were limited by a two night stay (many properties have a three night minimum during ski season).
Other than that curmudgeonly complaint, the property worked very well for our family. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Clean and nicely appointed. Extremely responsive management team. The hot tub was great. We lived that it was a corner unit with windows on two sides. There were a lot of stairs—it is a very vertical condo! The one item I would add to the kitchen is a larger pasta pot, although the wok worked okay.

Wonderful Winter Vacation
My wife and I have so much to rave about our recent stay hosted by Charlotte. There is so much room in this amazingly clean and professionally decorated unit. Its location is near all the great eateries and a short hop over to base camp for all the snow activities offered in this beautiful town. This was our first trip to Winter Park, CO and we cannot wait to return, hoping this property will be available when we do.

Great views and in city location
I think we all have certain criteria in mind when renting a property. My top three were three good sized rooms, with separate bathrooms, a hot tub, and grill.
This property hit the rooms out of the park! Great sizes for adults and comfy beds. The hot tub, on the roof, is fantastic! Well maintained, clean, with lovely views! Loved the little hummingbird feeder on the front deck, the birds popped in often. Unfortunately the grill, on the front deck, was not operational. I grill often, so when we turned on the propane, and we could smell it way too much, but not able to light it easily, it was obvious there was an issue. As someone who looked forward to grilling for my family, I brought marinated meat and shrimp with me, but I had to cook indoors, which was not the plan. It took a while to understand how to unlock the stove, and a bit of instruction would have made that easier.
The tech fans and blinds are a nice upgrade. But the refrigerator is not cool enough. At it coolest setting, the temperature was lacking. We had to throw our purchased food, as it was not cool enough for us to feel safe eating our potato salad and yogurt. We ended up going out to buy ice, as the ice from the refrigerator ice maker made things taste bad. There is a notification on the Fridge that says the filter needs to be replaced, so don’t use the ice. Fortunately, the freezer keeps things frozen.
The Xfinity WiFi made using our tech tools easy. We greatly appreciated this ease of use and the TV’s throughout the property.
We are a game playing family so the WiFi access was great along with the large dining table, making boards games easy to play. I was surprised that the rug on the deck had white animal hair, as the overall property seemed quite clean and well put together. The evenings felt amazingly wonderful, with the fan on and windows open! But, we grabbed a couple of blankets from the closet, as the nights are cool, but one was unusable, as we quickly noticed that it left this same hair on my daughters black sweatshirt. Even more surprising is that we have a service animal with short brown, non-shedding hair, a concern from the property manager, before we checked in, but then there is white, long noticeable animal hair at the property. Not cool!
The location of this property made it great in town, walking distance to restaurants and a park, across the street.
I must say that, with the fixes above, my family would stay again, as the property is quite nice!
