This place is not worth it. I’ve stayed at over 20 places in whistler and this was the worst. Mice? Gross

Good location in the Village, convenient to lifts, grocery and restaurants.

Baseboard heaters didn’t work so we were freezing! We called twice and they were friendly but never got back to us so we ended up having to wear all our snowboard gear to sleep in. Mice running around in the kitchen, no light in the refrigerator, breakers kept popping, dishwasher pulled out of wall every time we opened it, loud neighbors and music from downstairs, I could go on and on.

it’s was a good location but far too noisy and a bit outdated

good central location

it is right above the taxi rank so very noisy late at night and into the early morning, beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable. the property is a bit tired and could do with updating. Entrance to the apartment is located at the loading docks and bins.

Disappointing

. Nothing, but location. The facility desperately needs renovation.

We arrived at 6 pm to see our unit wasn't ready, despite we had advised our arrival time. On checkout day we were refused to keep our vehicle in the garage till afternoon (1 or 2 pm). Still not known the reason for- check in is 4 pm though

Good location ,outdated suite

Location is perfect! Overall, happy with our stay at the property.

The property is outdated. Renovation was done during our stay. Not a big deal, but access to garage was limited. Kitchen faucet is kind of broken, needed to find position to close water.

It was a bit expensive, but really good location. The washrooms smelled really bad.

It is at a perfect location at the heart of Whistler Village. The beds were comfy. Everything else was good.

There was no air conditioning. The washrooms smelled really bad, maybe because it was too damp. They did not tell us before hand that the check-out was at 10:00 am in the morning which is really early and odd. We requested them if we could check-out at 11 instead, they plainly said no. It pissed me off that firstly, you do not think it is important to tell the customer that the check-out will be at 10 am and then you do not even think it is necessary to accommodate your guest's request to check-out at 11 am.

Had a lovely time and thought the location was great for a quiet Covid holiday. Hope to return.

Loved the old style cabin interior and location. Loved the loft as a second bedroom.

Pots and pans need reorganizing, especially the convex surfaced frying pan. No salad bowls and a number of kitchen cooking things were missing. Tried to hook up my laptop to watch Netflix and brought own HDMI but the remote for the TV was not obvious an how to get Netflix or youtube.

The location is great. It’s near the grocery and chair lifts.

Noise from outside starts early in the morning and goes all the way until 10pm. The shower had no shower curtain and the room was very dated. The grouting in the floor tiles are chipping off and the heating did not really work very well.
