Walkable from main street in town and 2 blocks from beach. Home was very clean and nicely set up. The only downside was parking, there is a garage but your car would have to be pretty small to fit, and only one space in driveway. There are some planters in the driveway, if those were removed you'd have space for 2 cars. Luckily we could park on the street. Perfect for our girls beach trip. I would definitely recommend

Great experience. Would book again! Very close to the beach ♥️

The stay was good. But could have been a little bit cleaner. We found hair on the bathroom counter and sink right when we got there. We found some cobwebs in the living room and the sheets were inside out had a smoke smell to them.

Everything was wonderful. It was clean, cozy, has everything you need!

Location was good but property was lacking. Missing typical things like salt and pepper and olive oil aluminum foil. Knives were few and dull. Pans were rusty. Floors squeaked stairway carpet was filthy. Paper towels and TP as cheap as they come.

The home was very nice but as others have stated the creaking of the floors upstairs is CRAZY! It was advertised that there was no street parking but that there was parking for 2 cars. There were planter boxes on one side of the driveway and the garage was such a tight squeeze if you pulled the car in the people on one side of the car could not get out. I would recommend removing the planter boxes as they really serve no purpose but to take up a parking spot.

Over all this was a nice place to stay but not the best option if you have small children. While the listing did not specifically say that it was kid friendly I figured it was as they post a picture of a playground that is near by. That said, the house is connected and apparently the neighbors can hear everything! I have a 2 and almost 5 year old and things are busy for us and they are not calm people as you might imagine. Well the neighbors asked that we keep them from running around in the house which is kinda crazy to me. Theres also some minor things missing for me. No mixing bowls or plastic wrap. Not the end of the world but would be nice for making food and taking the inevitable leftovers home. It also lists 2 parking spots which is only true if one parks in the garage which is small. The only other negative for us was that a landscaper came unannounced and was spraying weed killer in the back yard. They did leave when we asked if it was safe for kids and pets but still don’t care much for that. If you are kidless and just looking for a nice place to stay then this is a great option. Also the bed in the master is very comfortable and they provide small shampoo and conditioner, very nice.

This condo was super clean and cozy. It was well maintained and an enjoyable stay. Close to beach and city center. Games available to play and outside firepit made evenings relaxing.

The guest upstairs bathroom runs constantly. The coffee pot doesn't make hot coffee. You have to heat it in the microwave to get it hot. Couldn't figure out how to change channels on tv. I always stay here when coming to Oregon and normally don't have any issues. Home is beautifully decorated and plan on staying again.

Second time here. Has everything for a comfortable 3-5 day stay. Not extravagant, but all the basics for a relaxing stay at the beach. Plenty of room for guests. Nice little back yard with propane fire to sit around at night. For the price you can’t go wrong. Upstairs floors do creak which can be bothersome and back yard area could really stand a little tlc to make it more inviting, but overall pretty quite neighborhood and easy access to grocery’s, surf shops and local sea food-Bell Bouy, my favorite.

The is a great little house that offers all the comforts of home.
Pros: location 2 blocks from promade 3 blocks from the strip.
Spacious: one large master with walk in closet, full bath with walk in shower and TV. Full kitchen with everything you need to feel right at home. Plenty of seating inside and outside.
Decor: Charming beach themed throughout.
Parking: Open garage and driveway for parking so you don't have to park on street or blocks away.
Sleeping: plenty of extra blankets, sheets and pillows. Master bed was very comfortable, I slept soooo good!
Kitchen: Everything you need to cook, eat, drink, etc. Spices, coffee, tea, couple food item and more.
Cleanliness pros: Home smelled and looked clean when we walked in, and for the most part it was. Could it use some detail dusting? Absolutely. Vents, decor, toilet paper holders, etc. One detail I was very happy with was the bathrooms. I always check around the toilets and baseboards anytime I stay somewhere. I have been in many nicer places that did not come close to the cleanliness of here. The toilet and surrounding area was very clean which are big points for me. If the other items were cared for as much as the toilets and baseboards, then this place would be a gem!!
Cons: Floors upstairs are very squeaky and I would not recommend sleeping downstairs.
Master bedroom had no batteries in the remotes. I had to pull batteries from other items/ remotes/ had to search through draws - minor inconvenience.
Cleanliness Cons: Walking in the house smelled clean and "looked" clean. For the most part it was but I would recommend to the house cleaner to move the furniture at least once per week and clean under it. This normally would not be a huge deal but when I moved the couch out so I could be closer to the TV, I noticed an odd sticky substance mixed with a lot of filth. I started wiping it up and realized it was urine... Likely from someone's pet. In addition, we could not walk on the floors barefoot downstairs because our feet would get filthy. Floor could use a good mopping after every stay; especially after pets...
To the owners, I highly recommend you speak with whoever is responsible for cleaning your home and address this issue, as they should be mopping after every stay.
Middle bedroom with pull out sofa:
The sofa was pretty dirty... We literally had to wipe dirt, fur, dander, etc. Off before we laid sheets down. You may think I'm exaggerating but this was a little too dirty for me to overlook. I understand pets get things dirty, I have a dog at home myself, but this is precisely why extra cleaning is required. I would recommend the cleaner check that sofa after known pets are here because it literally looked like a dog bed that had never been cleaned. Do a quick vacuum and ulpolstry cleaning when needed. Also, the comforter in that same room smelled like urine so we could not even use it.
The sheets in the master bedroom were not folded and just crumpled up and thrown up in the closet, so I was not even sure if there were clean :(
Over all review: Even though there were some cleaning issues and minor inconveniences, I would absolutely without a doubt stay here again! I would have given this stay 5 stars hands down if more detail was given to cleaning. This day and age reviews are everything! They can make or break a place, and I do not take them lightly. I am very honest with my reviews because of this. I hope my review finds the owners so they can address the issues with their house cleaner. This place could be a hidden gem but you must pay attention to detail when it comes to bedding and floors as peoples skin are exposed to these things.
If anyone is thinking about staying here please understand that even tho there were some issue...

This house is perfect for the location! Two blocks from everything pretty much. Great dog friendly home. Just needs a little updating, but it didn't bother us! We would stay here again.

Great location; easy access to the beach, Warrenton, Gearhart, & Cannon Beach. The home is well stocked and there’s a lot more in the kitchen than we realized (coffee maker, pots/pans…etc). The pullout couch in the middle room upstairs isn’t the comfiest for sleeping so you may want to bring an air mattress if it’s needed. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We loved this property and would definitely stay again!

This is a great rental. 1.5 blocks from the beach and shops. Clean and with big kitchen. The master bedroom's bed was really soft.

Almost Great
Pretty great spot - close enough to broadway that you can walk in good weather, and very close to the promenade. We were very excited about the fire pit, but it was broken (the dial appeared to be rusted in place) so that was a bummer. All the heat in the house rises, so it made the downstairs a pretty chili place to be in March, especially with leather couches, wood floors and no rugs. Rugs and throw blankets would really help the place feel more cozy. And there was no bedding for the 3rd bedroom futon aside from a sheet set, but we made it work with blankets from our own car. Also, oddly, only 1 small mixing bowl in the entire kitchen. Had to serve salad and make brownies using the pots!

Very comfortable and great location
This home is very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for us. The neighborhood is quiet and just two blocks off the promenade. It's a flat walk-out to a truly beautiful, quiet beach. We have two little dogs and were really looking forward to the fenced backyard but found it to be poorly lighted at night with lots of trip hazards. They do provide flashlights but it was still a little hazardous. The kitchen is large and well-equipped and a treat to work in. The few irritants--the really squeaky floors in the master bedroom, the lack of guidance in how to use the tv (five remotes and only one seems to do anything), and the pre-programming on the furnace thermostat with no instructions to adjust to individual comfort level--barely took the shine off. We would stay here again. We particularly enjoyed a breakfast and a lunch at Osprey, ten blocks, easy walk.

We had a great time. This house is a perfect location and layout for our family.

It was perfect for our little family
House was very clean, great kitchen area, my kids loved the spare bedroom pullout bed with tv in room. Master bed was soooo comfortable! Slept like a baby. Great house for my fur babies. Fenced Backyard was nice! The only complaint is the backyard wasn’t cleaned or picked up when we got there but it wasn’t a big deal. Would highly recommend staying here! I know we will be again!

Great location to the beach
Really easy getting in. Great proximity to the beach and into and out of town. Nice they had a garage. The fenced back yard was excellent for the dogs. They loved it. The 3rd bedroom couch/futon is NOT good for sleeping. The other two bedrooms were comfy. Squeaky floors were annoying. The outdoor fire pit was challenging to start. Needs new igniter. The grill is dirty. Didn’t use it. Coffeemaker needs replaced pot/missing cover so does not properly brew. Good kitchen utensils. Disposal runs loud and rough. Overall would stay again as the price value is great.

Weekend get away
This home has a great location and plenty of room. As stated in previous reviews, the floors are very squeaky. It would have been nice if there were instructions on how to use the remotes for the tv. The coffee maker needs to be replaced, it only brews half of the water you put in it which makes for a mess when changing out the coffee filter.
We had a great girls weekend get a way and we’re able relax and enjoy time together.

Great location to ocean and local shopping
Inside was clean and neat with all the basics to make a persons stay easy. Too bad the upstairs floors creeks-pretty annoying. Would be nice if the bbq was cleaned out and the “fire pit” controls are marginal at best. In general staying inside is is comfortable and accommodating. The back yard needs some TLC for spending time. No instructions on check out. Need some literature on basic house parodical and a bonus would be to have information on some the local sites, specialties and regional offering.

Great place and location.
Upon entering we noticed it is a beautifully decorated home, and is very welcoming and cozy! The openness of the kitchen, dining room, and living room was enjoyable so we could all converse while my husband cooked some amazing meals. They have the house stocked well with all the necessities for bathrooms, kitchen, and cleaning. The bathrooms were nicely updated and decorated, and finding a rental with three bathrooms is hard to come by,. We enjoyed the serene backyard! We loved that we could walk to the prom in less than five minutes! And lastly, we liked the Mountain Views from the master bedroom and view of Tillamook head from the front bedroom. We are thankful for the memories we made on this trip, and being together in this house helped make that happen! Would come back again for sure!

Cute Place Good Location
The house was nice and location was great, close enough to walk downtown but far enough away to be quiet. Beach and promenade was just two blocks. Parking in garage with one vehicle was a little bit of a pain. Back yard was nice place to sit at night.

Beautiful House
The house is very well laid out, it looks beautiful. Lots of space and the backyard, fully fenced & perfect for our 2 little chihuahuas. The floor was a bit overly squeaky, but just wear yourself out all day, and sleep all night. No one know! :)

Seaside toenhouse
Place was dirty with items from previous renters left under beds, behind night stands, under couch, under kitchen sink. Not Covid clean but not even regular clean. Didn’t look like floor had been dusted let alone washed. Vacuum cleaner was so packed with dirt it wouldn’t pick up anything - we had to empty it then vacuum
No emergency number left for us nor local contact. We had a safety issue with gas fireplace and it took 2 of us over 3 hours to find someone who’d give us a local number to call then more hours till maintenance showed up. No fireplace for days because heating person had to be called. We were the ones that had to wait at the place for him to arrive
No I instructions on how to operate anything from which of the various cable remotes to use(neither worked), to outdoor fireplace
Not enough kitchen bags left for us plus no instructions on what days to put out recycle snd which regular trash
I could go on snd on, but you get the idea
I’ll try VRBO again because this is the first substandard one I’ve had However, I will not use a VRBO handled by Vacasa

Home great but vacasa wasn’t!
Townhome comfortable and convenient with many amenities. Vacasa ‘s registery extension system failed us...sent note that checkout was extended then didn’t enter it into their system. 1 1/2 hour phone call later it was solved by charging us twice!
