Nice, clean and a pleasurable to stay at.
10.0 / 10.0
The accommodations were perfect for our annual young adult vacation. Each grandchild, ranging in age from14 to 29, had their own bed and only had to share bathroom space with one other person. Plenty of space for family board games and meals. House was clean, accessable, and secure.
8.0 / 10.0
The location was perfect. Easy to walk to parades and most parades line up right in front of house. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and catching throws. The house was exactly as described and was very spacious for 6 adults and 2 children. House was fully stocked with bathroom supplies, washer pods, dishwasher pods and plenty of towel products. The kitchen had everything you could need (except a sheet pan). Floors gave us “grocery store” feet but the beds and bathrooms were very clean. We’d definitely stay again!
8.0 / 10.0
The property was nice. Our only complaint was we couldn’t find any dish towels and there was no hot water for the kitchen sink. Needed a few more everyday kitchen appliances (crockpot, mixer, etc). Overall we would stay at this property again.

Property was very clean and well stocked. Communication was great. Gated parking was great. Neighborhood was a little iffy as there is a large homeless village a few blocks away, however we had absolutely no concerns. We were comfortable enough to walk down the street to a local taco place, twice, because the food was excellent.

House was great, really enjoyed off street parking and locations to uptown parades was perfect. My only knock was the memory foam mattress, but that’s just a me thing.

Just down the street from Tipitina's where we spent 4 nights with great music and friends. This property was exactly as described - comfortable beds and soft towels etc. Everything in working order. My only thought is it would be nice to have a slightly later check out time than 10am. Would definitely rent this one again.

The house is charming and functional. It was in a convenient location for our wedding weekend functions. It did not appear that a current inventory of supplies had been done. However when I contacted Hosteeva they were kind enough to bring some of the missing essentials. (Hot pads and flatware) But omitted kitchen towels for drying. We used wash rags for hot pads and drying.
The tubs were quite slippery maybe due to soft water.....so be careful. All aspects of the house were well maintained and clean except for the wood floors. Our barefeet got a little dirty!
Overall I would recommend this property and would book again now that most of the glitches have been rectified.

Great Stay
Close to everything, outside the city so it is quieter but close enough for Uber to the city. Be aware there is a train/shipping yard behind the house so there is some noise at night. The property managers are very attentive and get back to you quickly if you have any concerns. House was stocked with the needed essential. It was a pleasant stay for 5 people

Good location.
Walking distance to Magazine St for great food, etc. Property was clean and comfortable for the 8 of us. It is on a busy street but once inside traffic noise was minimal. And the off street parking was a bonus. Property manager was prompt to replace broken coffee pot. We found it interesting that there were no kitchen dish towels or extra paper towels. The backyard is a great space but not quiet as pictured.

Great location
We stayed in this rental property with family while in New Orleans for a wedding. The layout of the house suited us well. The property is clean and organized. Check in was great. Small kitchen but it was all we needed. The only negative is that it is near the railway tracks and sometimes you hear the trains at night.

Bachelorette stay
We had no issues with our stay. House looked exactly as pictures did. There were several restaurants and breweries close by.

Great location, lots of beds
We could easily walk to places to eat and the place was perfect for hosting a group for a bachelorette party. Overall pleasant stay - they could use better blankets and bedding (they were pretty thin) and many of the dishes were chipped. But overall exactly as pictured.

Good for a large group.
Initially, I booked a different property through VRBO that is managed by this secondary company Hosteeva. First, the payments are confusing. There I a website that I never got to work, you are supposed to pay through that website. If you follow the Email they send you, you can get to a place to pay. But, you won't have an account. When you pay, it would say nothing, no confirmation, so I did it twice, and double paid the deposit. Well, no big deal there.
The next issue was, hosteeva stopped representing the house that I rented. I booked the house 3 months before the trip and 6 weeks later I got an email that they no longer had that house available and I was offered another house. Other than being a 10 guest unit it was much different. On the other side of town (not as safe) and a considerable step down in accommodations. But at this point I had 10 people who had taken time off work and arranged to vacation that weekend. So, I was stuck.
I worried myself to death thinking that any minute I would get another email saying that this reservation was also cancelled. Luckily it was not.
Once again, I was supposed to pay the final payment before check in but the website wouldn't work so, I had to call them for payment.
Anyway, the actual stay was fine. The house itself was fine. Not what you are expecting in New Orleans but good enough. We had a great time.

Wedding stay
The actual place was great! Clean, modern, well decorated, nice linens. We had a few minor glitches, such as insufficient flatwear, only 3 forks, the lamps on the bedside tables in the master and one secondary bedroom were not working. I reported and ppl came quickly to bring flatwear and they came a second time, but were unable to fix the lamps. The biggest drawback was the noise from the other renters. We were on the first floor. Very loud footsteps from above, music, one group playing football in the common area, banging up against the outside wall of the master br. Most nights it got quiet later. I’d have been happier with a stand alone house, which I originally rented, but Ida damage made staying there impossible. I must say, VRBO/Hosteeva did work the issue and find us this alternative, for which I was very grateful, and my interactions with Hosteeva personal were great, both polite and responsive.

Perfect lodging
My stay in New Orleans at this beautiful home was excellent. The place had everything I could think of and more. The home had beautiful furnishings throughout wuth top quality linens. The kitchen was stocked with everything I have at home. Nothing was left out. The spacious living area and bedrooms made our stay a home away from home. It had the most comfortable beds that I've ever experienced while traveling. I'll certainly look at this spot whenever I visit New Orleans. The gated driveway, security and location of home made us feel completely safe with no disturbances from outside noise. Overall I give this facility a 5+++. Highly recommended.

Charming VRBO
Overall great experience. Really cute shotgun house. Location is a little off the beaten path but fine if you have a car. Plan to share bathrooms, not in suite. Cute rustic backyard. Would recommend!

Fun time
A great house to accommodate our group of 7. The ping ping table was a win with the kids. Also, the two restaurants in walking distance one block away (distillery and barracuda) were delicious!!! Rouses grocery store drive distance down the road. Not far from magazine street. We drove to park closer to the st. Charles street car. Only things to note: it is on a very bus road, train tracks behind the house which rumbles the floor when they are linking up. Being from Seattle I thought we were having earthquakes at first. But a very cute house and we enjoyed our time.

Beautiful vacation home!
We were 5 couples going to NOLa for the weekend. The house was perfect! We all had a bedroom. The living room had plenty of room for all of us to relax. It’s a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to most things. The taco place right near it is a must go to. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had soap, paper towels and what not. The laundry had detergent. The bathroom had plenty of toilet paper and a couple small tubes of soap and shampoo. We have saved this home for future stays!
