Location right in cbd. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms as there were three of us. Good kitchen facilities and fridge in apartment. We had kettle that leaked and Marlene organized a new one straight away. Very much appreciated. Lovely bathroom and hot water. Fluffy bath towels. Also very safe as secure complex.
Probably only negative was no open windows. We knew it was going to be a long apartment and that was no problem at all.

Great spot right in centre of Launceston. Modern apartment and had everything you needed. Would stay again!
Noise outside on street all night for hours car and motorbike hooning up and down soo loud. Rang police at 3.30am after not much sleep but still went on. Nothing against property though.

Showers were great. The property was clean and organised. You are a short walk away from most shops, restaurants and cafes.
The bedrooms do not have windows, which is likely not compliant with the National Building Code. Bedrooms without windows = cupboards.
The only property window is frosted and 'looks' (we believe) to an interior yard. The noise from the yard comes right through the window, as well as the noise from guests in the other two units coming in and out.
The property is not sound-proofed. We heard very loud traffic noise (likely from burn outs or racing), which started at 8pm on our first night and went well beyond midnight. We booked two nights, but were so disappointed with the property, we ended up leaving after the first night.
The sliding door on the second bedroom does not allow much privacy or sound/light proofing.
Access was through a door code, which was convenient yet did not feel very secure, especially when you have little kids and you feel in the middle of Bathurst.

The location was great, was modern and functional. Two great bathrooms.
There is almost no natural light and no windows to allow fresh air, which made it feel a little claustrophobic

Convenient and just what we needed for an overnight stay visiting family in Launnie. Thank you
No natural ventilation/operable windows. Not a biggie, just something I like.

Door codes made access to the unit easy on arrival. However parking outside is paid parking and the one way lane system through town required a couple of laps before we could get a near by park which we did have to pay for.
Lack of windows/views. Apartment is very long and narrow and feels a bit closed in. No fire escape.

Fantastic location! Beautiful linen and facilities, and you can tell that there has been considerable thought and effort put into the decor and feel of this place! My mum and I booked this for a night so we could walk to Frida’s Sip & Paint, and the location was PERFECT. Right at the entrance to the mall, close to eatery’s and nightlife- we will definitely stay again!
There is no parking, which we were aware of before our stay, but this can make things a little fiddly. There’s free street parking right out the front between 5:30pm and 9am, but we arrived at 3pm and had to move the car in the evening. If you use the parking app, it knows if you try to just renew your parking without moving your car. The only other thing is this apartment is basically totally internal and there is only a small amount of natural light- we were unbothered by this as we only stayed for the night, and the location was ideal… but I can imagine if you stayed longer it might feel a little bit boxed-in. It’s still perfect for a business traveller or tourists who would mostly be exploring during the day though!

We had an upgrade. As they did not know that we had a booking, owner was overseas but was professional.
Our room was not cleaned from the last person, we thought we walked into a room where guest were still staying, we left and came back 2 hours later, we rang the cleaner She said that we did not have a booking. Was not the best start . We got a better room in the end.

Very cosy and comfy apartment, great amenities and close to everything. Just what we needed after a week on the overland track!
The apartment was very clean which we loved (and really appreciated). We would highly recommend anyone to stay here
Was a bit difficult to get a hold of the host for the access code, but once that was sorted everything was fine. The host was very apologetic and accommodating.
