The property is clean and the property manager responding questions quickly.
Loved the property location , about 12-15 minutes walking from town Center . No noises from Neiboroughhood . Got parking ( the paring space is very small for a 4x4 , struggling to get out after take a long time to get parked) good things is , I do not need to drive out during my stay . So I have enjoyed my stay .

Three night break in Bath
The apartment was tucked away and quiet, but still very central and easy to walk into town. We picked it because it included parking however there is a height restriction and we arrived with bikes on the roof. We only managed to fit two in the small bike store, so not ideal. The apartment was just big enough for the four of us and generally well equipped, although there were hardly any glasses. We enjoyed our stay.

Poorly organised. Brilliant location
Location is fantastic however we never sent check in details until we were an hour away from checkin instead of the supposed 24hrs. When we eventually checked in to the property at 5pm (check in is at 3pm) the apartment was dirty from the previous guests, the beds were unmade, dirty towels and full bins. It was a nightmare trying to contact the property manager who was less than helpful. We were told the cleaner would be over to clean the apartment, so we sat waiting as given no ETA. It was NYE and we had plans to meet friends but had to postpone as could not get ready and leave the apartment. The cleaner took 2hrs since our check in time at 5pm to arrive. By this time, I had stripped the beds and hoovered throughout so the cleaner just had to do the bathrooms and put fresh bedding on, in order for us to leave the property and make our new year plans on time. This is such a shame as when the apartment was clean, it was lovely and the location is perfect, a short walk to the town centre.
