The location was great.
The beds were exceptionally uncomfortable, especially the single bed mattresses. The shower door bottom hinge was broken and the seal had gone so every time we showered the bathroom flooded. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work yet the one in the bedroom was on continuously and there was no obvious isolator so we could silence it. The TV only worked on BBC 1 & BBC 2. The WIFI did not work during our whole stay. We appreciate the property was at the lower end of the budget for accommodation in Bath but I don't believe that to be a reasonable & acceptable excuse.
The accommodation could be excellent but it is very tired & unloved.

Lovely little place, very cute. Good location.
Would have been nice to have some mugs and also some butter to go with the breakfast items that was kindly supplied.
3.7
Everything was just right welcome basket great excellent value for money not a thing to complain about
There was nothing not to like.
Far better than expected for the money !
3.7
Very beautiful flat, well located, with a nice but not noisy bar next door -good breakfast basket too!
The wifi never properly worked
3.7
Great quirky place , loved the decor and homely feel.
Absolutely wonderful welcome basket more than I needed but so grateful for the extra milk and yummy breakfast treats. Good location with a 15/20 min gentle and reasonably flat walk into town but also near local shops and take aways/restaurants etc whilst still being quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. perfect 🤩
The property is on a hill but it’s right at the bottom so it wasn’t an issue , as I’ve seen it mentioned in other reviews and wanted to clarify. Easy parking on parallel road (snow hill)
Bedroom (with very comfortable bed) is on basement level so nice and quiet with living room /kitchen on the ground floor adds to the quirky feel. Good communication from the host for remote check in and a well stocked stay with the little things thought of and catered for , made for a great stay , thank you 😊
nothing really but if I had to pick something maybe larger /more towels?

What an absolute gem. I'd highly recommend and most definitely stay again.
Nothing at all. I found the whole experience a real pleasure.
3.7
Very nice apartment...seemed like many negative issues in previous reviews had been addressed(There was no smell downstairs, bread and butter was provided). Good facilities and perfect size for 3 of us.
Traffic noise would bother you if you were looking for a lie in. Light sleepers should take some earplugs.
3.7
One phonecall and I got the code to the key and everything else I needed to know for my stay at the location. It was only a short walk down to the center of Bath and easy to find.
There was no sharp knife in the apartment. Kind of hard to cook anything when you can´t cut it. It was a bit cold but it is an old building.
3.7
Great value - comfortable and sweet and the hosts were really responsive!
3.7
The apartment was well provided for
With food and amenities.
We were given good information about the area before we arrived nice and spacious
A little further out from town than anticipated
Road on a huge hill would have liked to have known before driving up to the top
Extremely difficult getting back down
Parking is very difficult be prepared to walk back to the apartment from Morrisons.
Shower was broken, downstairs bedroom needs a good clean especially around the door handle.
Nowhere to eat locally restaurants do not open on a Monday unless you go to the city.
Especially expensive

The location was great! The apartment is this really cute upstairs/downstairs situation, really nicely decorated with a cosy feel. There was a lovely basket of groceries for snacks and breakfast for the next morning and the beds were super comfortable. It was only the two of us staying there but the flat could have easily fit two more people. My mate and I had some trouble with using a prepaid travel card to secure the accommodation and our hosts were only too kind in helping us out without cancelling the booking. They also gave us so many lovely recommendations for places to visit and were very responsive. The pics don't do it justice. Definitely recommended!
The only thing was the shower head in the bathroom, it just needs to be a little more secure as it kept falling forward when I tried to adjust it to my height. My taller friend obviously had no trouble at all.
3.7
great access for the city, great welcome pack, clean and comfortable
nothing
3.7
Massive of food for breakfast, including pain au chocolates and cereal and biscuits to go with a cup of tea in the evening.
Breakfast selection didn't quite gel.
Loads of croissants and crumpets but no jam or marmalade.
Plenty of eggs and bacon but no bread for toast to go with it.
3.7
Nice little apartment, good facilities and very
adequate for a short break. upstairs
very clean and welcoming with lots of home
comforts.
The downstairs bedroom was lacking in light and
seemed very musty and a bit damp. Also a bit
dusty.
3.7
we liked the location, just off the main road but quiet and we were lucky to get a parking spot right outside. Entry access was good, but only two towels for three people was not. Direct access to the hosts (via a phone number oe email) could have resolved that problem immediately, but the resolution was too late for our one night stay.
The bathroom would benefit from a better shower screen or shower curtain to prevent the floor getting soaked.
3.7
Location was lovely, 10 minute walk into the city.
Weather was a bonus as it was extremely warm.
Didn't get the place we booked, we were put into a flat opposite with no mention of that before we arrived.
The damp smell from the bathroom wasn't very nice, and as it's directly off the living accomodation and has no ventilation it makes it a little overwhelming.
Decor wasn't up to scratch, marks all over the walls. The bed was comfy but mattress doesn't fit the bed.
Also the crockery/cutlery in the kitchen wasn't clean.
3.7
Quiet and peaceful, just what I needed in Bath.
Nothing

I loved having my own space which was value for money and only a short walk away from key attractions in the city. Breakfast was also provided which was lovely and the bed was super comfy.
3.7
Great location, comfortable apartment and very approachable host.
3.7
They had an espresso machine but parts were missing meaning that it could not be used.
3.7
comfortable, warm, good location
Apartment needs a deep clean, decorating and renovating. Whilst it was comfortable there was wallpaper pealing off the walls, loose skirting boards, plug sockets that didn’t work, bulbs missing out of lamps and we had to buy batteries for the tv remote. Downstairs smelt damp and there had clearly been no high cleaning as there was a lot of dust. The fridge was disgusting! Stagnant water had collected
in the bottom and despite a clean it continued to collect. Putting food in there wasn’t an option due to the risk of cross contamination.
3.7
Beautiful little Apartment right in the centre of Bath. Decorated beautifully... breakfast hamper was a nice little touch too :) Owner also very friendly and communicated location etc well.
Only negative - Being in the centre of Bath and an old building ie big sash windows...was very noisy in the Morning from about 5am with traffic. But then I am a very light sleeper...
3.7
Good breakfast selection and great location for walking in Bath
Noise in property and road noise
Smell of drains
3.7
Easy walk for city centre, parking good. Reasonable comfortable, good value and breakfast hamper is lovely.
Smell of gas in hallway. Slight damp smell in bedroom, bedroom fan seems to be on permanently which is slightly disturbing at night.
3.7
Good location to be able to walk to the centre easily. Lots of room upstairs to eat and hang out. Sharon leaves a basket of food and drink which is a really nice touch including breakfast bits and some beers. Sharon leaves really clear instructions and it’s easy to find.
The key management isn’t good as even though Sharon’s instructions are clear, the other flat took our keys so we were stood outside until Sharon arrived to let us in. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and there were only 3 pillows that were very old; a couple of £15 John Lewis pillows would make the world of difference. There’s an extractor fan in the bedroom that’s on constantly so can be a little noisy and the windows had to be left open before arrival to avoid dampness so it was a little cold.
3.7
The welcome food basket was a nice touch as was the tea coffee milk facilities . Having a parking permit was good. The manager came straight out when an alarm was going off and the owner was responsive to communication. It lived up to the photos of the property seen on this site
The smell of damp is really off putting and as you go downstairs to the bedroom it gets worse. Hard to sleep because of this and although apartment was clean the smell really made us feel otherwise. WiFi was laggy. Apartment needs updating but could have managed all this if it was not for the nasty smell - really needs sorting.

Better extraction in bathroom
3.7
This property was such a lovely little apartment tucked away in such a good location in bath! The property had everything you’d need and the decor/style of the place was so well done! The hamper of breakfast items was an extra special touch and made the stay even better. The host was so lovely and quick to reply to messages, help where she could and was most accommodating. Would definitely stay again and can’t recommend this place enough! xx
Nothing!

Very arty look of the flat. Cleaner was a lovely lady. Welcome pack on table was good.
Broken fan on 2 of hottest days in August. Boxed steps to “kitchen” area were dangerous. Strong smell of damp. Sash window didn’t work so we had to wedge it open with books. The sofa bed mattress should be thrown away as it is so lumpy. Shower was shoddy.
3.7
Bed was comfortable
Constant traffic noise and hum of extractor fan kept us awake all night. Daughter kept awake by smell of gas in second floor room. Shower door was non existent. Impossible not to get water everywhere. Windows wouldn’t stay open on their own when we wanted fresh air - held it up with Costa Coffee cups. No plug for sink or wash basin so had to wash up with constant running water. Should have thought to bring our own but no shower gels etc. No instruction for oven so couldn’t work out from the symbols which were the correct settings. No spreads for the breakfast items so daughter and wife didn’t have anything. Although conveniently located for city centre we had to book for another night elsewhere only 7 miles away which included an exceptional cooked breakfast for £8 more. Accept it was an old townhouse but I felt the kitchen area was dangerous to navigate

Quaint little apartment decorated in a somewhat quirky mix of styles. Lovely stags theme throughout. Had everything we needed for our stay. Location was perfect only 15 minutes walk to the city centre and reasonably quiet at night.
The lower bedroom felt a bit damp as below ground level. we used the upstairs beds. Limited breakfast as only cereals and pastries, maybe some bread, eggs and yoghurts next time???
