Every thing. It was lovely. Good access into the pool, lots of birds around. Staff were very attentive. We loved it.
Nothing but a couple of recommendations. It would be nice to have binoculars around as birds round the pool were great. Also put you propery on a Bird Spooters site as lovely place to stay and fab area to see many varieties. It could do with a tea towel and washing up clothes in kitchen area as none there.

One of the best places to stay in Goa. The place was very spacious and very aesthetically designed. A great place for birdwatching from the balcony since it is surrounded by numerous trees. Friendly staff and good food.

If you are looking for a nice quaint place in the midst of nature then this location is ideal. The staff here are super helpful and courteous. Sushil and Allwyn will make sure that they leave no stone unturned to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast spread is delicious and scrumptious. We felt like the service here was like that of a 5 star hotel with the charm of a homestay. We met the owner too who is very friendly and helped us alot with activities and food related queries. The rooms are well furnished with wood and gives a very cosy country side charm. The pool too is well maintained and designed artistically.
Just nitpicking but the toilet could use an exhaust. The current window cannot be opened coz of privacy. The place is furnished with a lot of effort and thought process
put in otherwise. Having some thicker curtains in the bedroom would help late-in sleepers like us to rest well. maybe.

The place offers pleasing colours all around, appetizing breakfasts and helpful staff that ensure you have a peaceful, hassle-free stay away from all the hustle and bustle.

Island Sanctuary is one of the best stays i have been in Goa. I was there with family and friends for a full week and I dont how it went by. We took the entire 3 bhk villa and the 2 bhk condo. It was totally worth it.
Pros:
Location : We were looking to be away from the madness and thats exactly what we got. Its atleast an hour away from the airport and one has to cross a small ferry ( 5 to 10 mins) to get there. Its in an island called chorao which itself is part of a large bird sanctuary. Cut off from the mainland, this island still retains the flavours of authentic goan life. Villagers are absolutely friendly and good to you. No pretences and extremely helpful. Cycle around and discover small waterbodies which glows in purple hues around 6 pm. Even photos wont do justice to it. Mayem lake, a 15 min drive nearby is also a good attraction with an added bunji jumping thrown into the mix.
Host & Staff : Dean who owns the villa was extremely helpful from the get go. He guided us through our entire trip. Susheel, the caretaker and part time chef was also extremely helpful and very polite guy.
Ferry is available 24/7 so you can go grab your madness when you seek else just relax and chill by the large pool inside the property.
All in all one of the best stays if you are looking to spend some quite time in Goa.
Feels terrible to write a con especially after such a brilliant stay. Also am nitpicking here. Wifi was a small issue. But I was assured that they are fixing it. Who knows by the time you get there it will be up and running. They do have reliance dongle that is given. Also airtel doesnt have great reception there. Breakfast is part of the package and Sushil does a decent job of it but there ends his culinary skills. We will have to manage lunch and dinner. There are some decent restaurents nearby and can get food as and when required. Also its got a fully functional kitchen so we were there cooking all sorts stuff. So it didnt bother us much. I can only see these 3 as slight cons but trust me when you are in that place you are going to chill. So you really dont need wifi or coverage .As for food pick it up, its a decent skill to have ;)

Everything was nice... the place is very beautiful... great for a family get aways...and also for group picnics...
The hospitality of the staff (susheel) was also nice...
There is nothing that we did not like... But it would be nice if there was some shed near the pool...
