I am a repeat traveller here. My last visit was with my biker friend and I liked it so much that I wanted my other friends and family to experience the same. The location of this stay exceptional. Just by the bank of the Doodhsagar stream. close to the safari booking counter in Kulem village. and the property is maintained like a jungle stay. no luxurious constructions. stone cement wood are the primary material of construction. greenery everywhere with lawns and gardens. They have elephant too. There is a kitchen which servers tasty Indian food. a bar counter, a huge dine area and many cottages. They had gym equipments and pool table and swimming pool which were functional earlier but many be due to Covid lock down its not functional anymore. I hope it resumes soon once visitors starts stepping in. We went to take bath on the water stream next to the property but the washrooms are well equipped. They have 24 hours checkin.
My last visit was amazing. In this visit I found many facilities weren’t functional and the entire property was not being cleanly maintained. it was like during falls you have all those dry leafs everywhere. may be due to lack of footfall many of the cottages and around them were also not being cleaned. But it wont hamper your stay. whatever they allot you, they make sure its cleaned. May be you should consider carrying your own towel and blankets.

Unpolite and unprofessional staff behaviour. Poor facilities in the name of hardcore trekking. Leakage dripping rooms. No lights in washroom. Unpunctual staff. Even after charging 2000 per night, they can't provide good facilities to people. They charge for 3rd person rs.450 but didn't provide any mattress and asked 3people to sleep on double bed.

I like atmosphere of the hotel. I like garden very much. I like staff members.
Rooms are not as expected for price. Room suitable for Jungle living people. Electricity was not supply. It was very disappointing us. Atleast change the floor with marbles or tiles. Room was not clean. Different insects are afride my family members. Totally Iam very much disappointed with this room.

Surrounded by nature
Room smells bad due to stone structure and always humid inside. The bed was wrapped with plastic cover and old bed sheets. No hot water in the morning. Staff members were little bit frustrated..dont know why but could not see smile on their face.

No one at the place
Rudeness of the owners

One of the worst places, torn beds, rats and insects, spiders will be your roommates. They have a policy where you have to pay full amount before checkin, they don't even provide hot water, worst staff. They don't care about customers. Never visit, not worth paying 5k for two days.
Everything at that premises except location.

Nothing at all.
The place was not clean at all and the host was very rude if we asked for anything. He told he'll only accept cash and forced us to pay on spot when we dint have cash and it was late night and the nearby ATM didn't have cash. I paid close to 4200 for the property and ut was really not worthy. The washroom was not clean and there were bugs on the bed. A horrifying experience because I went with my family and my sister couldn't sleep for an hour too.

location only
this property was available on the spot and on there site for 1500 / room inclusive of all. because of trust we booked through booking. com and they charged us 3500 + tax for the same. similar with Goa. final we booked property directly via number and get 100% cheaper. in Goa booking.con showed property for 75000 and we get the same at 38000

The property is well made but not managed properly.
The description online and the place don't match at all. We had gone for the Dudhsagar falls trek and that's why had to book a property in Collem. The manager is extremely rude and unfriendly, inspite of calling him a number of times he didn't guide us how to reach hotel. No clean towels were provided, even the bedsheets weren't clean, no dustbin was given, even there wasn't an option of dinner, only breakfast option was there. Bed weren't comfortable, filled with insects and dirt. Won't recommend to anyone.

It was raw and had jungle vibes.
We reached This Property at 8pm In our car , after honking for 10 mins without response at the gate we called number provided by Booking! After another 20 mins this guy came and opened the gates for us ! He informed us all his staff had left for the day so No Food or Drinks ..even No water . He told us it is more of campsite rather then hotel ! The property location is walking distance to Dudhsagar trek start point so that's the only advantage . The room was also dingy with lots of snails and other bugs freely roaming . The bedsheets were damp and musty . It was clean and so was the bathroom ! There is a small plastic cupboard , and a table provided . No water or waterjug or glasses.

It's an amazing location, the property is more then 50 acr, Staff is very helpful and polite, it was like really staying in the jungle,
The owner of the palace also owns 6 healthy well taken care Elephants, so looking at them gave a real feel of jungle stay.
It's really safe to stay there but as it a jungle resort it can be a lil scary at night if u stay on a weekday, on weekends the place is Full of travel groups and it's amazing then.

I loved my stay here. Since it was the monsoon season, everything around was a lot more greener than it usually is. The resort is extremely peaceful and the staff is also helpful. There are plenty of activities to do as well.
I didn't like the fact that the lights in the room were so basic. The rooms were so spectacularly designed that they could have been made even more beautiful by better lights. Otherwise, I didn't have any problem with the resort.

Pros.
1. Location is awesome as it is located just behind the railway station of Kulem
2. Dudhsagar waterfall taxis are just 100mtr away from it.
3. Rooms are in just surrounded with complete nature.
Cons.
1. Basic thing like filtered drinking water facility is not available.
2. Need to increase cleanliness in room and surrounding
3. As currently in COVID situation, only room facility is availablea and no any resort facilities are thr.. I think they can cut their room cost by more than 50%.
4. Staff service need to be improve.
