Our non-smoking second floor unit has the best southern view at Coral Surf. It will make you want to stop everything you are doing to sit and take in the spectacular panoramic view of the Atlantic ocean from our open uncovered private balcony. Our completely renovated unit includes brand new kitchen and 2 full baths. The kitchen has everything you will need, two kinds of coffee makers, blender, toaster and all your dining essentials. The 2 bedrooms and open living room with pullout sofa bed come with smart televisions and is spacious enough to accommodate 6 guests. Our unit also has its own private laundry with full size washer and dryer with iron and ironing board. Our unit has now been celebrated with over 100 5 star reviews! You will be walking distance to Carolina Beach's beautiful boardwalk, shops, restaurants and the beautiful Lake Park where there is a walking path and paddle boat rides. Coral Surf has it's own private beach access and swimming pool literally outside the front door. The pool season runs from some time in May to sometime in October. For your convenience all linens are included with extra sheets and beach towels. Our unit also provides all the essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, garbage bags, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dishwasher tablets, and hair dryers. There are beach chairs, and beach toys provided in your own private ground floor storage closet with room for your own beach, golf and fishing items. Designated parking for 1-2 CARS ( please check last photo for parking spots ). If someone needs to smoke or Vape they will have to go to the beach or the street. Golf carts, scooters, bikes and any other chargeable electric devices are not allowed to be charged at Coral Surf unit E2. You may have an electric golf cart, however, must be charged off premises. Very enjoyable stay. We were welcomed by owner, shown the place, and enjoyed a very relaxing week stay with all amenities we needed. The views from the place are the best, the place was very clean, bright and welcoming. The beach wasn’t too busy, and just simply the best of what we wanted for an east coast beach vacation. Restaurants and grocery stores easily accessible in the area.

Hogan’s place was the absolute BEST spot for a relaxing beach vacation! The deck has the perfect view of the ocean, the beach is a few short steps away, and the space was clean and really well decorated!!! My friend and I came for a getaway to celebrate her birthday and we loved every minute of our stay! Tim was an amazing host and super helpful, we were within walking distance of everything you could want/need. We are looking forward to returning next year!! I highly recommend this spot for your Carolina Beach vacation!!

We enjoyed our Carolina Beach trip. This section of Carolina Beach was overall above average based on previous stays on Carolina Beach. We were impressed with the communication and rapid replies to emails and texts by the owner, Tim. Tim met us at the property and walked us through the condo. They provided lots of linens, towels, TP, paper towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and a locked closet on the ground floor of the building to store our personal beach items. It is apparent that the owners love their property. The condo has a lovely beachy decor. The living room and bedrooms are roomy. The photos do not clearly show that the deck is not covered. The parking is tight. Anything other than 2 compact vehicles leave the backend of the 2nd vehicle slightly on the road. The road is one way and not particularly busy so it wasn't a huge issue. Rankings only allow visitors to evaluate at whole numbers-overall the rating is considered a 4.5-4.75.

It's always difficult finding a place to stay on the beach that is both affordable and comfortable. However, I am not exaggerating when I say that this place feels like home. The Hogan's did an amazing job opening up their beautiful home and providing all the essentials needed to stay comfortably. I had no problem cooking, cleaning my clothes, using the bathroom, etc. everything was provided and was so clean! I'm a stickler about cleanliness and I'm always nervous staying in a place that's not my home but the condo was so incredibly clean that I could just relax. Also, we had one rainy day and we used the board games provided to keep us busy. With the beach access and the amenities provided, we didn't have to leave the place for entertainment during the whole 4 days we were there. I can honestly say that the Hogan's home made our vacation feel like a dream come true!

It is hard to describe how beautifully this place is. The views are incredible. The location was perfect for us. A quick 10 minute walk to the boardwalk and steps away from the beach. We couldn't ask for a better spot. Not to mention how incredibly friendly and welcoming Tim and Debi were to us. We will definitely be back.

We did not have any issues during our stay, but if we had they would have been handled right away. The view of the beach and ocean were simply breathtaking! This was the most perfect place for my husband and I along with our 2 & 4 yr old. The view was absolutely incredible and the close proximity to the beach and pool were helpful with our little ones. The kitchen had everything that you needed and there were plenty of towels, beach chairs, and toys. We loved being able to see fireworks on the beach right in front of the condo and watch dolphins from the balcony in the morning. It was an easy walk to the boardwalk (our 2 & 4 yr old did it without a stroller). We also really loved the Tiki bar and Oceanside grill which were just an 8 min walk down the beach.
Tim went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Best host ever!!!

Hogan’s Place is homey, comfortable, and immaculate. The colors and decor are inviting. Inside is everything you need, with beach chairs and toys as well. The beach is right off the deck. Wake up for coffee on the deck while the sun rises. This wasnt just a place to stay. It was one of the things that made our vacation memorable.

This condo is an end unit with a spectacular ocean view. It is right next to beach access stairs, so the location is perfect. The host, Tim, was super responsive and so friendly. He personally met us and welcomed us to the condo. Inside, it’s bright and happy, better than the pictures. And it was absolutely spotless! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Where to begin! The property itself speaks for itself. A corner condo with windows looking south along the beach and two large sliding doors with a balcony above the dunes providing a stunning view looking directly west to the Atlantic Ocean. The attention to detail is clearly evident. The little things like 2 different coffee makers, additional container of ice cubes in the freezer, filtered water jug already ready to go in the refrigerator, clearly pointed to a host who has thought of everything you might need. The storage closet was full of different types of beach chairs and the list goes on. Tim is so helpful and easy to contact. For us, with our stay needing to be altered due to an emergency situation, Tim became a good friend guiding us through our evolving vacation stay. My college friends of almost 40 years from land locked Nebraska had such a lovely time. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful memory.

Having never been to Carolina Beach we looked for a place that would have a lot to offer. The accuracy of Hogan's place information was spot on. The most amazing part was the view of the ocean. Spent many hours sitting and absorbing the peacefulness of the view. Also, it was interesting to find out a Confederate warship was sunk during the Civil War. An overall great place to stay with a close proximity to everything. Will be back!

Tim and Debi made our check-in and stay very easy, gave us some recommendations of local places and were very responsive throughout our stay.
The condo was a welcoming and comfortable with a "beachy" theme. Because it was a corner condo, there were great views of the ocean and sunrise from the balcony. The kitchen had all the dishes and utensils we needed. Easy walk to the boardwalk and eateries. We highly recommend this place and these hosts!
