Enjoyed this cabin and it worked great for our family. Nice layout and cozy.

We really enjoyed our time here. Everything was as it was stated, and the cabin was really cozy and comfortable. The rooms were nice and big and it was a great location to the Village. Would highly recommend!

Our family of 5 travelled from San Francisco to Mammoth for the first time hoping to hit the slopes over the New Years holiday. Mother Nature didn't cooperate, but we found ourselves home at this property and found plenty to do including the new roller coaster at Woolly's Adventure Summit.
The unit has plenty of space, a huge couch for watching college bowl games, big enough dining room table to serve us all and the fireplace heats the upstairs extremely well to the point we started using less logs. The property is a 2 minute drive or 10 min walk from Von's market, the movie theatre and Giovanni's pizza which is really good. Turn right on old Mammoth Blvd. on foot instead of left towards Von's and you run into a walking path that takes you into a valley with views of the surrounding mountains. On New Year's Eve, we simply walked out the door and across the street to grab the free shuttle to Mammoth Mtn. Village to watch the fireworks. Joanne is a fantastic host who was available via email and text and answered our questions promptly. When we return to ride the mountain with better snow we will absolutely stay here again, hopefully very soon. Thanks Joanne!

All in all a good stay. The location was great and right across from a shuttle stop. The place had a lot of beds and was plenty large enough for our group to feel cozy. However, the place was not well cleaned. Dirty pan in the oven, hair in drinking cups, hair balls in the sheets and dust strings hanging from the ceiling. And the thermostats were all set at 45 degrees when we got there at 9pm! The house was only heated to 55 degrees by the time we were trying to go to sleep. Should be left at the very least at 60 degrees for incoming guests.

I've stayed at this property twice now. It's perfectly located across the street from a shuttle stop and walking distance from Distant Brewery. The condo is perfect for a winter or summer getaway. We were there for July 4th weekend and went skiing as well as used the pool!

Everything went smoothly besides internet access. Great location and comfortable place.

I want to say the place was great. We stayed in the village for years but have gone back to the old town where the food choices are much better and we walked to everything. The bus stop was right there and it took us to main each day without any problems. The place was cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the table with 8 chairs, we had 6 that played games each night so loved that.
I would say the only negative about the place was the main TV was rather small and the wifi wasn't great but we survived.
On a side note, the jacuzzi was not functioning due to no propane. The massive amount of snow around the complex prohibited them from filling the tanks but we understood that, what can you do when you have an epic snow year!
All in all the place was great and would definitely go back! Thank you!

Would stay here again. In a Great location down the street from the grocery store and Brewery. The place was very spacious, 3 big rooms. Pool and jacuzzi close by and over all good experience. Only thing I would harp on is the wi-fi connection. It was really spotty.

This unit was generally comfortable, spacious and clean. One major drawback for three working professionals was the DSL wifi. As someone who has stayed in Mammoth upwards of 15 times, I know a better internet is available for condo units. I will say that when I contacted the property manager about it, I was responded to in a timely manner, but with a message that Mammoth internet can be slow. The DSL wifi was the slowest and most inconsistent wifi I've been on in over a decade. If the owner would upgrade this, I'd return for sure. I hate to highlight one issue, but this is very important on my list, so I thought it reasonable to share. The rest of the unit checks practically all the boxes.

We had a nice comfortable stay! Unit was as described and the owner responded quickly. Thanks!

Condo was walking distance to bus stops, Vons, and rental store. Great communication with host. Comfy couch!

Parking right in front of the unit was the best and close to shuttle stop was was great. Love the layout of the condo and the living room and the kitchen with big dining table for 8 was nice. It would have been an icing on the cake with a better wifi connection. The management was very responsive. Keypad entry was great! We would stay here again.

Came as expected, great living space for hanging in the mornings and evenings. No complaints for the price. Will definitely book again!

The condo was clean and comfortable. There were 6 of us, ages 65+. We had no problems with the wide stairs. The sink in the double room helped with getting ready in the morning. We would recommend this place and would stay there again.

So overall rating….beds were comfy, house a little dated. when we arrived. toilet water was stale shower water was milky. it seems like no one have gone in or out, in months. downstairs was freezing! heater was not operating properly, you can feel the difference in temperature, when walking between flights. seems as if the cleaning crew didn’t do a clean sweep. we found other parties belonging inside the couch. thanks

Adequate rental
The property is a good size, two families had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and the availability of firewood was nice. The lighting inside is really bad, the TVs are minuscule and although everything worked the kitchen and bathrooms are in need a serious update.
4.8
The property was located in a great area, walking distance to many shops. The space was very clean and fit 6 adults very easily. We had a great time.

Definitely would stay there again!
Nice size place with plenty of amenities. We loved getting to know the neighbor at the hot tub and pretty short drive to the Mammoth Ski Resort. Prefect for our group of 6. TV was a little small but didn’t really need to use it often and internet was spotty so definitely couldn’t work from the cabin (which was defined in the rental prior)

5 star review!! Amazing condo and host!! Would come back again!

Pluses include location. Minuses include 1) too dark, unable to read at night except for the bathroom, 2) no teapot 3) small screen tv's like the 90's, bathrooms in need of redo as m/b shower is too low to utilize w/out bending over. Overpriced

Great Property and Location
Had a great experience here, great location and only minutes away from the grocery store and red line bus

Very good ski condo. Comfortable common areas. Big windows but very little direct sun, and lamps are all a little low on the wattage, so condo can get dark in the evening. Big spacious master, and good bedrooms downstairs. Heaters are circa 1980, so a bit loud especially at night (bring ear plugs!). No W/D in the unit (only in the complex) so keep that in mind when packing. Very close to VONS and other shopping, so very convenient. 10min to main lodge.
