The renovated A-Frame house backs up to the 12th Green on the award-winning Bald Mountain Golf course. You can walk less than a half mile and be at the beach, resort pavilion, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, giant game courts. You can also drive and be at the amenities in no time. This driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles which keeps your car off the road and safe from road traffic. There are no add on charges to run up the price of your stay.


Grill with gas and dine on the large wrap around porch. Choose to hang out on either the private, wooded side of the deck or the sunny side which is open to the lovely golf green. The cafe lights which surround the full deck provide a very magical, romantic atmosphere at night.

This is our personal family vacation home and we manage it. Your vacation is important to us and we want you to tell your friends about us and make a return trip. Indemnification and Hold Harmless Policy – Guest and their other house occupants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner for any liabilities, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim in connection with your use and/or occupancy of the Vacation Rental, including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury, damage, loss of personal belongings or theft of property which is made, incurred or sustained by you and/or anyone you invite to use the Vacation Rental as your guest. You stay and play at your own risk. Guests and their other house occupants agree to exercise caution in the pool and pool area, on the deck areas, and stairways. All furnishings and equipment provided are maintained to the best of our ability but since Owner has no control over what guests do or how things are used, Owner cannot guarantee functionality or safety. It is the responsibility of the guest(s) to take caution before using anything and to immediately notify the Owner if an item is not functioning properly or appears to be unsafe. Non-functioning amenities will be repaired as soon as reasonably possible therefore there is no refund promised.

Arbitration -All claims or disputes between the Guest and the Owner arising out of or relating to the Contract Agreements shall be decided by arbitration in accordance with the Construction Industry Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association currently in effect unless the parties mutually agree otherwise. The award rendered by the arbitrator or arbitrators shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in accordance with applicable law in any court having jurisdiction thereof. If the Owner prevails the Guest shall be liable to the Owner for attorney’s fees and costs incurred by the Owner.
