Open-plan living, eight gorgeous suites, and killer ocean views from the rooftop infinity pool make this dashing private villa in Playacar a top-flight refuge steps away from the sand.
Alta Vista features eight suites, each with its own large private bathroom and some with both showers and bathtubs. Five of those elegantly decorated bedrooms have king-size beds. The remainder of them consists of three cozy queen-bed suites.
Common areas are spectacular. The villa boasts a large kitchen and open living and dining areas that welcome your entire group to a luminous space where they can eat, relax, and watch some TV after a day of sun and sand. It also has two outdoor living and dining areas, one in the bottom level courtyard and the second on the rooftop terrace, where you will also find an infinity plunge pool, a bar with a plunge pool, and a BBQ.
Villa Alta Vista is located in Playacar, Playa del Carmen’s most exclusive neighborhood. It is only a two-minute walk away from the beach and 12 minutes walking distance from Playa’s famous 5th Avenue, where you will find restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
**A 3% service fee is included in the final accommodation fare

-Maximum capacity 22 guests
-Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom. $75 USD per person per night for guests exceeding 2 guests per bedroom ***for children under 5 years old there is no additional charge
-Day passes available at $50 USD per person per day
-Guests are not permitted to bring their own groceries into the villa as the Chefs will only prepare meals with groceries purchased by themselves in order to be able to control the quality level of service
-Shorter night stays are possible with an extra nightly fee
-Alta Vista can also be booked in conjunction with Casa Nikki or Playacar Vista Estate for even larger groups. Casa Nikki is located just a 5 minute walk from Alta Vista and guests are welcome to dine and gather together at either of the villas, please enquire directly with a Maya Luxe Villa Specialist for these specific rates.
-Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed)

-Please be aware that, due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience the presence of naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year.
