Great if you like a lot of space with kitchen utensils, but not a clean hygienic place to stay at.

Very spacious apartment with kitchen facilities, very handy

Cleanliness was bad. The bin was full, the apartment smelled, the couch reeked of sweat with visible stains, the bathroom tub was specked with dirt, no bathing soap on the bathroom and when I asked said they did not provide one(did not see this on their policies list), the bed was poor quality and beddings did not smell fresh, smelled reused.

DO NOT STAY HERE.

Nothing.

Upon arrival the internet was not working and after contacting the apartment manager she said she was at home and could not do anything about it. My issue isn’t just that the internet didn’t work. The issue is the lack of help from the apartment owner. Her response was “Well I’m at home now” meaning she was not able to help. But if you are taking the job on of being an apartment manager then it is your problem and you should do everything in your power to help. Otherwise don’t manage a set of apartments. No one said it’s a fun job but if there’s a problem then it’s your job to fix it. Not make poor excuses and expect the customer to just deal with it and then take their money at the same time. The hob did also not work. Considering I booked this apartment so I could cook and save myself money, it ended up costing me money as I could not cook my food. I thought it was strange every single window in the apartment was open. But this made sense later when you notice there is a strange smell which is a combination of either bad drains or damp running throughout the entire apartment. I even noticed it upon waking up so it is not a smell you get used to. It is also down a noisy alley. Some man was banging on the main door at 2:45am for 15 minutes clearly trying to wake someone up to get into the building. The apartment also has the SHORTEST window to check in known to man. You can only check in between 3-6pm. And if you want to check in early or late you get charged. I’m well travelled and have never stayed anywhere with only 3 hours to check in. The wording of the booking always makes it seem like you can check in with when you want as it says to use the special requests but don’t be fooled like I was. This apartment is not fit for purpose. No internet, broken appliances, old uncomfortable bed, no shampoo and shower gel. Even the Ibis has a basic 2 in 1 in the bathroom. There wasn’t even an oven mitt so I used a towel to take my food out the oven! All in all, terrible.

Really kind staff when I collected keys and very comfortable flat

Staff welcome me so nicely and made me feel welcome. Couldn't fault them whatsoever.

I didn't dislike it but the flat is close to some music venue and a club. Some may not like this but if you close the windows it doesn't bother you

Nice apartment in a good location at a reasonable price.

£200 cash deposit. And it's not obvious when you book, you only find out about it if you click on the conditions .

Band on the Wall closes Midnight but Road Crew arrive 2am to load Band Kit etc Fans wait ENJOY!!

I travelled to Manchester because a Family Relation was Receiving Palliative Care ( End of Life ) and this would be the last time I would see her (she has since passed away). One hour before you arrive at property you receive a email to say you have to check in at a completely different address. After much searching ( google maps will NOT find this place ) A stranger on the street told be this was a Massage Parlour opposite the "Band on the Wall" Music Venue. The Massage Parlour provides the following services : Thai Message with a Deep Tissue Message / Couples Message / Four Hand and a Swedish Massage. Please see Attached Photos

Upon arrival the receptionist told me... Wait for this!!! that I was early ( she was going on her Lunch ) and she was only letting me in because it was raining!!! I was then asked for £200 in Cash (in case of damage) I offered to pay by card but this was not accepted "Cash Only" ( I thus had to walk in the rain back into Manchester to retrieve £200 from a hole in the wall) although the Front Door of the Massage Parlour clearly states that they accept Visa / Mastercard etc.... This is a SCAM you hand over Cash and receive refund via Bank Transfer .... thus £200 appears on your Bank Statement as Manchester Massage (good luck explaining that to your partner).... I avoided this by providing a Prepaid Royal Mail Special Recorded Delivery Envelope. The Receptionist decided to make a joke of this by posing for a picture with her tongue out and 2 fingers up ... Very Classy!! One Major concern is that the Fire Doors are held open by ( believe it or not ) twisted Spoons ) please see other reviews to verify same, this place is a Death Trap just waiting to happen. The Massages seem to happen ALL NIGHT LONG as the noise ( grunts and groins) go on and on all night, in the morning I witnessed 12 Asian Ladies leaving and receiving Brown Envelopes... I don't think they had just worked a Night Shift in Sainsburys ??? If you care for Human Dignity please avoid this place.

Pleasant

The place had lots of space . Was very close to everything we needed . Staff were lovely The place was clean Good value for money for the 2days

1st night had no heating and was frozen all night 😩 The Jets in the bath don't work and also 40 mins to run a bath as water was so slowly . There was no point in having a shower. The water pressure was very bad, and not much water came out of it .

No frills but decent location

Good location. Easy check in via the massage parlour downstairs. Great price.

Noisy (but you expect it with the area). £200 cash deposit, which was refunded when someone had "inspected" the apartment after our visit - felt a little bit odd - focus on if they were happy with us, rather than if we had a nice stay... Felt like I was waiting for a parent to check my bedroom was tidy! No toiletries provided (except hand wash). Smelt strongly of paint.

Nice for family stay

The property had anything that could ask for. Great location, easy to find. Very secured, felt quite safe. Staff were lovely.

Didn’t really think much of the blinds, maybe would be better of with curtains. If you was to stay in the summer and need windows open would advise that there are pubs and clubs close by so could get noisy.

The welcome was lovely and apartment very clean and had everything I needed for my stay , very impressed

Bit noisy with bands playing across the road but if you dont like noise , go in and watch them 😄
