Lovely open space and vey quiet
Cleanliness and view- nice bedrooms and bathrooms
Lack of kids things to play with. Outside furniture poor - wood chairs always wet- plastic chairs and cushions unusable

It was a amazing weekend away with a group of friends, in a beautiful house.
Amazing house, beautiful rooms and beautiful surroundings. Rooms were clean and tidy and had all the facilities you need. Massive hot tub also. House was very well equipped, decorated and LOVED the bi fold doors opening up to the wonderful countryside.
With it being out in the country side, there were a lot of flies around the house. Also the hot tub, with it being so big took over 24 hours to heat up so weren't able to use it for thr first evening there and most of the next day. Wasn't told about the change in owner ship of the property so a few bits had changed. Although sorted, the check in time for example had changed to an hour later the first told so had to go back and forth sorting that out.

A very enjoyable long weekend stay.
Good location. good value. Excellent facilities - comfortable, well furnished, spacious and good wi-fi. Helpful host. Would definitely book again.
Wasps inside and leaking spa were minor problems. Lacked a decent pub nearby.

Relaxing time in luxury surroundings with amazing wildlife to view
The view from the property is amazing as is the stunning barn conversion. It’s like a walking British safari when you stroll round the paddock or acroas the Broads. In the property every room and the surroundings are well thought through. Leaving is tough.
Nothing about the property or the countryside could really be improved on.
