Overall the trip was good, the amenities are worth the price, restaurants are pretty good, and i highly recommend going

All of the staff working the resort were amazing and so down to earth. Susie the yoga instructor was the best instructor, so kind and such a warming presence to practice with!

The only issue I had with the stay was the lack of cleanliness when it came to cleaning the rooms. Two out of the four days we stayed we came back to a dirty room, dirty bedding, trash not taken out, and the refreshments not replaced. I can understand the amount of work the cleaners have to do and how hard it can be but i felt like had I not called front desk, the room would not have gotten clean. There were also multiple stains on what was considered “clean” bedding including blood stains and suspicious brown stains that covered the pillow case.

객실이 깨끗했지만 직원들의 역량부족으로 불쾌한 경험

ㅡ객실이 깨끗함. 전반적으로 단정하고 모던한 인테리어 ㅡ침대가 편안함

ㅡ호텔전체가 매우 복잡하고 정신 없음. 본인들의 역량으로 서비스 불가일만큼 고객 수용해 놓고 제대로된 응대가 이루어지지 않음. 모든 핑계는 '너무 바빠서'임. ㅡ객실 관리가 안되어 객실에 따라 기본 집기가 있고 없고 차이가 있음. 객실 테이블과 쓰레기통이 없어 요청했는데, 가져다준다고 하고는 오지 않아 계속 기다리게됨. 이후로 몇 번의 요청에도 마찬가지. 반나절을 시간을 허비함. 바로 대응이 어렵다면 '편하게 시간을 보내고 있으라, 가져다 놓겠다'고 솔직히 얘기했다면 기다리지 않았을 것임. 직원들의 잘못된 대응으로 시간을 허비했음에도 누구도 사과하지 않음. ㅡ직원교육이 매우 미흡. 가식적으로 친절하지는 않아도 되지만 적어도 무례하지는 않아야한다고 생각함. 어떤 직원은 'Hey hey hey!!'라며 무례한 표정과 큰 소리로 우리 일행을 부름. 마치 큰 잘못이라도 한것처럼 매우 무례한 방식에 기분이 너무 나빴음. ㅡ호텔입구가 좁아 체크아웃 시 앞의 고객의 차량 탑승이 지체되면 뒷차들은 빠져나가지 못하고 속수무책으로 기다려야함. ㅡ우리는 객실을 2개 예약했음에도 저녁식사 예약 직원이 한 가족이므로 한 가족당 레스토랑 1개만 예약할수 있다고 말함. 이해할수 없음. 사정사정해서 하나 더 예약했으나 고객의 정당한 권리인데 왜 사정해야하는지 이해불가. ㅡ돈 쓰고 기분만 상하고 옴.

1. 객실이 깨끗함. 전반적으로 군더더기 없는 인테리어 2. 침대가 편안함 3. 침구 습하지 않음 4. 객실에 실내화 없어 프런트에 요청했는데, 퀄리티 좋음

ㅡ호텔전체가 매우 복잡하고 정신 없음. 본인들의 역량으로 서비스 불가일만큼 고객 수용해 놓고 제대로된 응대가 이루어지지 않음. 모든 핑계는 '너무 바빠서'임. ㅡ직원교육이 매우 미흡. 가식적으로 친절하지는 않아도 되지만 적어도 무례하지는 않아야한다고 생각함. 인종차별인지 직원교육 부족탓인지 매우 불친절. 곳곳에서 불쾌한 경험을 함. 예를들어 어떤 오픈 레스토랑의 야외테이블에 앉으려고 했는데, 어떤 직원은 'Hey hey hey!!'라며 무례한 표정과 큰 소리로 우리 일행을 부름. 정중하게 이유를 말하고 다른 자리를 안내하면 될 것인데, 마치 우리가 큰 잘못이라도 한것처럼 매우 무례한 방식에 기분이 너무 나빴음. ㅡ로비 공용 공간이 매우 협소해 매일 저녁 자리가 꽉 차고 매우 시끄러움. 잠깐 지나가도 귀가 멍해짐. 설계할때 몇 개의 공용 휴식 공간이 더 구성되었다면 좋았을 듯. ㅡ내부에 즐길거리가 너무 빈약함.(상대적으로 더 저렴한 올인크루시브 호텔에서도 더욱 즐길거리가 많았음) ㅡ건물 구조와 동선이 매우 불편함. 각 객실이 개미집처럼 여러 갈래로 길게 이어져있어서 헤매기 쉬움. 호텔입구가 좁아 체크아웃 시 앞의 고객의 차량 탑승이 지체되면 뒷차들은 빠져나가지 못하고 속수무책으로 기다려야함. 어떤 직원도 이러한 상황을 정리하려고 애쓰지 않고 무관심함. ㅡ모든 부족한 부분 이해한다 하더라도 직원 서비스 교육이 너무너무 부족하다고 생각됨.

La comida buena más la de los carritos que están a lado de la piscina, la habitación me encantó igual.

El restaurante mexicano no me gustó para ser un restaurante con reservación previa no me agradó los alimentos la comida fría pero el personal muy atento

Fabulous

Overall the staff were hands on, helpful etc. special recognition to Raymundo, dude was excellent and helpful and made our overall stay easier. Great staff he is.

Language barrier, some of the staff struggled to hold conversations in English, making it difficult to communicate and navigate things

Mooi resort, maar zeker niet het geld waard

Mooi stylvol resort met fantastisch eten en smaakvol ingericht.

Wij hadden een kamer met zwembad gereserveerd, maar zonder ons te informeren kregen wij een andere kamer. Wat uiteindelijk weer omgeruild is. Het hotel was veel te druk. Iedere ochtend was een wedstrijd om de handdoeken op een bedje neer te leggen. Minibar en zeepjes/badkamer benodigdheden werden niet goed aangevuld. De gang waar onze kamer zich bevond op de begane grond was een soort highway door de drukte.. Ook ‘s nachts..

Todo excelente, solo hagan una mejor selección de personal!

El hotel y su ubicación están increíbles! Ideal para ir con niñxs!

El personal! 1 de cada 10 empleados son groseros y no resuelven, por ejemplo una señorita que da la mesa en el restaurante grande, otra señorita del Kids club, otro mesero del área de alberca; el resto del personal muy bien!!!

AWFUL

Crowded everywhere. No space to rest. Not enough places to sunbathe . Te Hotel has not enough space for the number of rooms. Food basic .

The property has kids corner which has pizza making activity, face painting activity, playground and etc. It also has kid water park and slides.

1)The staffs 9/10 are not friendly and some are even very nasty. 2)The Sunan Asian restaurant has tons of mosquitoes at night which we can’t even finish our dinner and has to run back to buffet because other restaurants are so hard to make reservations. When we ask for insects spray to settle the situation, the staff tell me to go out turn right buy it yourself from the shop. They don’t have such thing of insect control. 3) the room is totally not sound proof. The first night my neighbor was fighting from 11-1am with dog barking. The 2nd night my neighbor starts to party at 5am. We can hear next door conversations. The rooms are Connect and only separate with one door. The front desk refuses to change room for me nor extend my check out time. I’m a gold member!! I booked 3 rooms, brought my whole families with kids and elders. Everyone is not happy and feeling being disrespected for the entire stay. 4) Food is just so so and I got intestine virus on the 2nd day of my stay. I had to spend $400 for the medical visit and the medicines

Very comfortable

Property very comfortable, only suggest that the activities say the place where they will be carried out. The staff is very nice, excellent customer service.

I didn’t like that I made the reservation many months in advance for 3 rooms so that they would at least be on the same floor and they did not give me that opportunity.

The safety of being secluded from the city but close enough to get there if desired (in car only). The meals were fantastic!!!!!!

Check in was extremely long and check out is not in the same location as check in which causes issues because it isn't labeled that you don't check out in the same place.

not enough staff everywhere, AC in the room and in some restaurants not working ideally at times, several hours without light during our last night and no apology nor comment from the hotel like it never happened. very disappointing. beach location horrible, for sure not coming back

Room with pool access needs attention. Otherwise, stay was fun!

The room was ready to check in after 3 pm. Mini bar stocked, and you can request restock. Restaurants' food and drinks were amazing. Shuttle service is a plus. Multiple Bar locations in resort. Shops & Vendors, we're great for souvenirs! Atm available at resort

Found cracks in the pool and shallow water. The pool needs cleaning. Tiles may be sharp.

It was wonderful and we would definitely visit again.

The food was one of the best things about the resort. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Availability for drinks was excellent.

Our soaking bath in our room was not working properly. We didn’t really need it but we would have liked to have that option.

it’s worth its money. the only minus is a location. if you want to go out every night - pretty far

extremely clean and nice property. it looks new and stylish. the pool area is gorgeous. one pool is more for activities and kids, another one quit and for adults.

really good food. the buffet is great. if you don’t like junk food - you will find a lot of options to eat. but if you eat just burgers - you will spend a lot of time in line near carts. every day fresh ceviche, tacos, quesadillas. variety of meat and fish every day. Also if you have a picky little eater - French fries, pasta, sausages for them. 24/7 room service.

The hotel lived up to our expectations. There was a large variety of different eateries which you could book on line if need be. It was also nice to eat the array of food cooked by the pool side.
