el camarero de la cafetería no sabe saludar y pedí un Colacao caliente y me dio leche fría con un bote de Cacao en polvo y la cuenta al momento tendría q tener un poco más de ética.

Magnifica estancia para disfrutar del paisaje, el silencio y encima acceso a piscina fantástica.

Habitación con magnificas vistas y con una terraza muy apropiada para tomar alguna copa o refresco por la noche y un clima adecuado para el descanso nocturno con ausencia de ruidos. El Desayuno perfecto con suficiente producto muy variado y separado el dulce del frito y del embutido, fácil acceso a todo, ah y todo tipo de bebidas como Vino y Cava para el desayuno en las vacaciones, fantástico!!

El baño un poco antiguo con esas cortinas y los accesorios para apoyar nuestras pertinencias, apenas hay espacio.

No és la primera ni serà la darrera estada!

Localització inmillorable, amb unes vistes impressionants. L'atenció de tot el personal i en especial les atencions cap a la nostra mascota.

Com a detall, poder gaudir de la carta/menú del restaurant en companyia de la mascota. De moment no és possible tot i que tenen espais adients per poder-ho fer.

Bien en general, con algún “pero”.

Alejado del centro, una ubicación y unas vistas de 10. El personal, muy amable. Fácil para aparcar y el desayuno bastante bueno y completo en general. Todo muy limpio.

La cama no era lo más cómodo del mundo, estuvimos 2 noches y nos dolía un poco la espalda. Nada grave pero si te quedas más días, no lo aconsejaría.

Really enjoyed this hotel

Great staff, clean room with a nice balcony. Interesting choices in the restaurant.

Room could have done with a fridge. Breakfast would benefit from hot water to make tea (not hot water that goes through a coffee machine) and fresh tomatoes and cucumbers.

Definitivamente nuestro hogar en Andorra

Habitación super espaciosa con una vista increíble, camas muy cómodas. La atención del personal es excelente, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. Tiene un jardín enorme y muy cuidado, ideal para la familia. Sin dudas volveremos

Spacious room with a terrace where you can see stars on a clear night, friendly staff, good breakfast, no problem with parking, spectacular views

There is a cart to transport luggage to your room, but it's hard to use, because there are 3 steps by the main door and another 3 on the floor, where you have to lift the whole cart to get through (which can be really heavy with your bags on it). No vegetables at breakfast. Corridor window next to our room was shattered (no glass in it)

The best part of the stay was the beautiful and breathtaking view of the mountains and landscape that I saw from my balcony every day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They also speak several languages which, English, Spanish, and French, were some of the few that I recognized.

We only stayed 2 days. The stay was ok. For the price that we paid for one night, I was expecting the rooms to be a little more updated and the beds to be more comfortable. The beds were very uncomfortable to sleep in. The hotel has a pool, but unfortunately we didn't get the chance to enjoy it because the water was too cold and we were in Andorra during the summer. The hotel is not located near a grocery store. Be prepared to drive about a mile to the nearest store. I wouldn't stay here again if I return back to Andorra.

That was a night for which one should be paid, not pay for.

The view!

The room was not cleaned on arrival (toilet in the hotel room was used without flushing) The breakfast was already empty and no one seemed interested in getting supplies (one hour prior closing), WIFI only worked on the day of departure, We asked about disabled parking and needed a spot close to the vicinity: Only on availability was the short answer, after some discussions we could use the spot right at the entrance. With an official complaint we got promised on departure that someone will proactively get back to us. No one did and a 20 EUR refund after trying to sort the situation via the official booking.com channel without any statement whatsoever seemed like a good joke and definitely an experience to talk about around a bonfire.

Stunning views, lovely staff. Great choice at breakfast. Loved the balcony, lovely walks very nearby, close to telecabin at la massana.

No kettle/coffee making facilities in room. Room a little on the small side. Sauna not working, jacuzzi and steam room a bit cool.

The view from our room was spectacular and the overall staff service was fantastic!

Dinner & dinner service was excellent!

The room was really small and the walls were thin, so we could hear loads of noises. Although the resort is family-oriented, allowing kids to run around during dinner is unacceptable. There should be a separate dinner time for couples without children.

Nice terrace with amazing view and free parking on site. charming old styled ski lodge type of hotel. Breakfast was nothing special but it was ok. We stayed only one night so we didn’t take advantage of all the additional services, which seem to be very nice (sauna, tennis court, swimming pool)

The absurdly high 15€ fee for having a dog with us (with no additional services included in that fee). The heating in the whole structure was in full blast making the room very stuffy and the bathroom unliveable (couldn’t turn off the heating in the bathroom).

Beautiful Chalet-style hotel in a magnificent setting with excellent food and service.

The location, food and services available at the hotel were excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the setting could not be better.

We could have used a slightly larger room for three people with all separate beds. I had requested this but we received two twins pushed together and one twin separate.

A welcome break in a country we had not visited before

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location with amazing views from our room, the dining room and the pool area. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The dining room and bar staff were brilliant.

The bathroom needs updating. The shower over the bath was difficult for us to use and the non thermostatic shower was poor with the water temperature changing quickly from correct to extremely hot then to very cold. As senior citizens we found this to be unsatisfactory. Also there should have been a non slip mat provided for the shower and a grab rail to assist with entering the shower. On our first day there was a number of very noisy young people monopolizing the pool area - non residents
