Convenient location - marginal facilities

The property was very conveniently located to restaurants, tourist attractions, and concert stadium

The tiles in the bathroom were broken. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty. There were not enough towels and linens provided. There were stains on the linens.

Friend and I left the fob in the room accidentally. we rang management multiple times and did not get through. we got a phone call back while speaking to the police in front of the entrance and the police told us the management told him to tell us to get a hotel room. We got a taxi to 3 or 4 different hotels and none of them were accepting guests. we spent the night on the street.

Horrific, overpriced, dirty and dangerous

Unfortunately the list is long as to how bad this property was. It was dirty, the oven door was smashed and therefore I wasn’t prepared to use it and removing the entire need for an apartment as we had to eat out every meal. The sofa bed was broken to which they said they would replace but then I never heard anything again. The bathroom door handle comes off and the bathroom was mouldy and the tiles are loose. When we used the toaster it tripped the power and then there was no lights in then bathroom. The heating was impossible to manage to it would either be boiling or freezing. There was no regular tv. A previous guest got a parcel delivered and then the host wanted to give them my mobile number. The lockbox is on the floor in the street and at 6 months pregnant it was difficult for me to bend down to get it. The pillows were floppy and need to be replaced and bedding was dirty. The cleaner also came in unannounced to drop off cleaning supplies and there were lights hanging out of the ceiling that were a safety hazzard. Overall I believe I am due a refund but there is no option to request such a thing

Overall our stay is still a safe and pleasant one.

The location is good. Near to all the places I need to visit. Lots of restaurants within this location.

Getting the keys is like a treasure hunt despite the instruction given. Finally, one man I think is a resident in this location directed me to it. The washing machine is super dirty. On top of it has a lot of messy white bath towels. Could not use the wardrobe as it was occupied by a big damp foam. However our stay is peaceful there. Guess we were out of the apartment most of the time.

Lovely! Perfect location (near Cardiff Central and Cardiff Castle) - easy to get to apartment, the owner was helpful and friendly. Cozy and quiet apartment.

Location was good, getting the keys was a nightmare no communication

Place was well maintained, but room was a bit to be desired. Dirty sock left in room durex left under sofa bed what an embarrassment for all family holiday

It lacks a bit of warmth/personality. It could use just a touch of Welshness, like a black and white photo of Cardiff.

easy to find and perfect location. The space was good for two people with good facilities already available.

it would have been appreciated if there were more information, on where the key was and where bins are located. As well as this having a bath mat and having Freeview available on the tv would have been better.

This is smelly apartment

the apartment was not clean and did not have the basic cleaning equipment. the Vacuum Machine was not working. The bed had hair all over the place it was smelling very bad I had to buy my own bed sheets, Pillows and cover and sleeping requirement. The kitchen did not have basic silverware. The floor was not clean. One of the sofas was broken.

Delightful visit, outstanding accessibility to everything we wanted to do, while also providing a safe and peaceful sanc

You can’t beat the location of this apartment!! It is steps to buses, train, shopping, restaurants, the Castle and so many other attractions! It also is jar enough removed from the Main Street that there is absolutely no noise in the apartment, and it feels very secure at all times. The property manager was also extremely responsive and helpful at all times.

There is nothing we didn’t like. I would suggest adding to the check in instructions that the key box is the one without a number written on it, since there are several boxes in the same location.

when talking to customer service about the cleaning of the apartment he doesn’t like that I don’t like the way they clean plus the bed sheet was untidy and the washer full of old smelly sheets. more on that I asked that the washer has an issue on it door , I got a reply that they will fix for the next customer later on !!

Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable fantastic location, and very friendly host, Coner was always at the end of the phone answering any questions

Nothing really, oh maybe could do with a fan, as it was very hot, but the weather was exceptionally hot those three days we stayed
