Great stay with the grandchildren, just right for activities and accommodation.

Lake House is well equipped for 10 to stay. The bunk bedded room can get very warm. Every where is very tastefully decorated and also comfortable. We had a great time and were able to celebrate a birthday with 3 families together. Thank you!

We had a fantastic weekend. We took advantage of the facilities on site and the comfort of the house. There is so much to do that three days didn't feel like enough and we plan to return to take advantage of the things we couldn't squeeze in. A fantastic getaway to suit all ages.

Just spent a lovely weekend with my family in this amazing house in a wonderful location. Great view over the lake with access for paddle boarding, also used swimming and tennis facilities as well as walking.
We had brilliant time.

The kitchen is so well equipped for all types of cooking. The on-sight facilitates were enjoyed by all ages. Definitely a place to re visit!

Lovely spacious property on the waters edge. A home away from home. Didn’t venture too far as the weather wasn’t kind but did use the Spa and pool and visited Bally hoo for coffee. Would def recommend if you’re a large family group as there’s plenty of space!

The house exceeded our expectations and was truly stunning - the photos on the website do not do it justice.
We were a large group of 11 adults and teens and there was plenty of room for everyone in the house.
There was a lovely view of the lake from the balconies and the deck - we were lucky enough to have warm October sun so made use of the outdoor sofas to sit and bird watch.
There was plenty for everyone to do - the teens gave a big thumbs up for the gym and said it was better than some of the hotels they had been to. They also spent hours in the indoor and outdoor heated pools and sauna.
The onsite restaurant, Balihoo, had a lively atmosphere in the evening and served a good range of food, and also catered well for vegetarians. I can recommend the Wheatsheaf Inn in Oaksey for a Sunday roast - its a short drive rather than a walk. A traditional pub with very good ale on tap.
We ran out of time to try the water sports but there were paddle boards and katakanus on the lake.
If you are going in winter, take wellies as some of the estate was under water so the walks can get boggy!

Wonderful, modern, large property in a peaceful and natural setting with lovely wildlife. It was Elaine's birthday treat and she wanted her family/grandchildren there. Perfect environment for fun with water for paddleboarding, swimming pools and areas to kick a ball. We did all our own cooking/entertainment and the house was perfect for that. Thanks Alasdair. Regards. Chris

Overall our stay at this property was very enjoyable. Beds were comfortable, lovely bathrooms with plenty of hot water. We were lucky to have a very sunny weekend but unfortunately this made the bedrooms very hot, causing some uncomfortable nights, there were two fans provided, which was a help but some more slightly bigger fans would be an advantage. It’s a spacious property with a lovely BBQ and patio seating. There is one en-suite room on the top floor which I had with my husband. This was good for as it gave us some separation from our family group with small children. They occupied the middle floor which has 3 doubles, two of which are en-suites, a family bathroom and a bunk room. The site is very nice, we used the outdoor pool, had spa treatments and hired paddle boards. We also hired the soft play room, which costs £20 for an hour of exclusive use. The children had a great time in there. Hopefully we will be able to return for a weekend next year.

Love love loved our stay at this stunning house. We are a 3 generation family who love the water - we swam and paddle boarded and kayaked every day. Alongside cycling and tennis and gym use we certainly had a fun fit week. Wake boarding was nearby and road cycling routes around this area was flat but very scenic.
The house is a glorious space and well equipped with everything we needed for us - baby, toddler and adults alike. Would highly recommend.

Lovely lakeside house with jetty. Rented for family celebration, ages from 1 year old to 70 year olds. Ideal for kayaking and the children loved fishing from the jetty.
House is very spacious and modern and the welcoming bottle of Prosecco was appreciated.
The only slight disappointments were the lack of kitchen basics, foil, cling film, cooking oil and only 5 dishwasher tablets and 2 bin liners provided for a family of 9 for a week, but overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We booked the house to stay as a family for a special birthday. It had the wow factor and accommodated everyone comfortably. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed using the pools and lake for paddle boarding.
Communication was good with the owner and any issues were quickly resolved.

We had a really fabulous weekend to celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday with an age range 10-80. The weather was kind to us so we spent lots of time outdoors with stunning views of the lake and it meant we got to BBQ and sit on the lovely outdoor furniture. The house is beautifully furnished and really well equipped. We had fun exploring the site and using the pools- even for an outdoor swim in April!

I booked 29 Minety lake to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday with family and was over the moon with this beautiful property in glorious surroundings.
The house is beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything that a family would need and more, the estate provides a wealth of activities for all.
Our family consisted of three generations and there was plenty to occupy all of us, the children loved the swimming pool, the men went for massages and used the steam room, the restaurant provides lovely food and there is the opportunity to just relax and listen to nothing, but the birds.
The owner of the property was also extremely helpful with the location of pubs and restaurants.
I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning for another stay.

This is a beautiful property on Lower Mill Estate. It is close enough to the main facilities as well as having a lovely view overlooking one of the lakes.
When you enter the house, it really does have the wow factor with the open plan kitchen and wide bi-folds. There is plenty of living space and the bedrooms are all a lovely size with 3 out of 5 having their own en-suite and balcony which is a bonus. With the big windows and doors, the property is always full of natural light.
Alasdair was a great host and communicated well before, during and after our stay as well as organising someone on site to check we had settled in well and providing us with additional information about the estate which we appreciated.

We had a wonderful celebration for my husband’s 75th birthday in this beautiful house with our children and grandchildren. We can’t fault the property - very spacious and comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. The spa was very popular too. This house was genuinely fabulous! It was spacious and immaculate. We were 3 young families from different areas in UK. We travelled to meet up and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed the views of the house very much as well as the grounds and walks too. The kids loved the pools. 2 outdoor heated pools were great.

Smooth booking, check in and check out process, property manager was contactable throughout the process and responded in a timely manner to any queries we had.
The property was lovely throughout and the decor made it feel very homely. It was immaculate when we arrived, the kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc. Having a dishwasher was really useful and there were additional touches that were a nice surprise on arrival, ie all the beds were made up with clean bedding, plenty of clean towels were provided and a bottle of prosecco was in the kitchen. All 13 of us from my 6 year old nephew to my 70 year old dad loved every second of our stay and didn't want to leave. We spent lots of time in front of the indoor log burner and outside round the table with the fire on in the middle, again nice touches that the property had. The facilities on site were great including swimming, canoeing and paddle boarding

Excellent communication with the owner, Alisdair. Instructions texted by his contact on site a week before arrival and a visit a few hours after arrival. The house is superb, very spacious, well equipped and well designed. There was loads of comfortable space for all. The location is excellent with easy access to the Estate facilities.

We had a lovely stay at the property, there was plenty of room and space for 3 families. Good facilities on site with access to pools, which we all enjoyed. Can also hire bikes on site as there’s ample space around Lower Mill for cycling. Location is close to Cotsworld Water park, the Aqua-adventure activity was great for older children in the group.

Alasdair has been so responsive and helpful throughout the booking process + during our stay. It has made the trip seamless!
The house is incredible - wish we could live here!

An excellent stay with family and friends. We booked the house fairly last minute as we discovered that Centre Parcs had sold out. What fortunate circumstances as we discovered this delightful quieter, more relaxing, higher quality alternative. Alasdair provided excellent communication and information. The location was wonderful, backing directly on to a lake with a jetty. We hired bikes and were able to bring a kayak directly to the house which we frequently used. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and spotless. Only minor criticism was that we needed a few more glasses and perhaps a couple more toilet rolls. We hope to return again!

Luxury with access to the water
Incredible stay at the beautiful house. It had everything we needed as well as it’s own launch point to the lakes. We enjoyed our stay paddle boarding on the lake and making use of the pools and spa. Excellent and will visit again.
