Excelente ubicación pero no tanta comodidad

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del centro histórico. Tener estacionamiento propio me pareció muy conveniente. Las habitaciones son amplias y espaciosas.

Los colchones no son cómodos. El baño tiene mucho por mejorar: La ducha se tapa y por más que uno se duche con mucho cuidado, queda todo el baño mojado. Además el lavamanos se tapa. La tapa del inodoro está suelta. Por otro lado, podrían dejar algún producto como hospitalidad como se hace en otros departamentos (solo había 1 papel higiénico, no había té ni café ni agua, tampoco azúcar) creo que esas cosas impactan la experiencia del cliente.

Very clean, 2 large bdrms kitchen & facilities

Everything was very clean. The 2 bedrooms are large with wardrobes, desks etc. Kitchenette is functional plus there is a courtyard with washing machine and drying rack. In a quieter residential street but about 10 mins walk to the Historic Centre. A good supermarket is around the corner and many places to eat a couple of blocks or so.

The shower cubicle in the bathroom is a bit of a squeeze but that is the only negative.

Good location, comfortable shower room. Parking near the house (if you will find a space)

Stayed just for one night, didn't have more issues. Well, smelly kitchen wash cloth should be thrown away

Cozy apartment close to city centre

Clean and spacious apartment, big bedrooms and bathroom, aircon work perfect. Smooth communication with Donatella for check-in/out. The location is 10 minutes walk from the Porta Napoli entrance to Lecce Old Town. Good bars, restaurants and shop in nearby. Secured parking inside.

Very cosy place, aircon was very good. Very clean and spacious bedrooms y bathroom. Everything as per pictures. Good and easy communication with Donatella for check-in/out. The location was good, less than 10 minutes walk from the town (Porta Napoli) with good bars and restaurants. Secured parking inside.

Only had 1 pan to cook. Suggest having at least 1 more.

Superb

Lece is a very beautiful city and this apartment is very close to the old town. Near the apartment is Via Taranto, where there are many restaurants. Parking in the courtyard of the building is a great advantage. The rooms are nice and air-conditioned, but the common areas are very small.

One of the reasons I chose this apartment was the patio of the apartment with a table and chairs as shown in the pictures. Unfortunately, they were missing.

A nice stay for just a few days.

The location is great, walking distance to city center. Communication and check-in/out was excellent.

The kitchen isn’t very well equipped. Beds aren’t too comfortable.

Facility, private parking, kitchen, and bedroom... everything was clean and comfortable.

Three people stayed here. We take relatively short and quick showers, however, the hot water would run out by the middle of the second person. We told the owner, but they didn't speak English well.

Fine for a short stay.

We had two large bedrooms, both very comfortable. Location was excellent. There was free parking in the back of the apartment building in a secured parking area.

There is no living room. There is a small dining table adequate for 3 people in the kitchen, where there is also a 2-person sofa, the only comfortable seating. The kitchen is fine for a short stay and/or minimal cooking.

Great location, clean apartment.

Lovely clean recently decorated bedrooms and new bathroom. Secure private serviceable kitchen and washing machine. Great location parallel to a great street with a fantastic bakery, bars and restaurants and a short walk from the old town.Lik It's not got a lot of daytime living space but you don't need that when visiting beautiful Lecce!
