Nothing
Everything it was the worst place I have ever stayed. Bedroom window was filthy and dangerous light switch

The bed was comfortable - just wish I could have slept in it
I should have recognized the signs when it was so cheap priced. I asked for private bath and parking and got neither. The shared bathroom was mouldy around the bath and up the tiles. I had to park a short walk away as the only parking was standard street parking which was all taken. The room had a bunch of cheap mis-matched furniture (and I reserved the deluxe room) and a set of shelves that were unpainted and stained MDF. There was a crammed in 2-seater sofa that should not have been there and the mention of tea/coffee making facility and patio in the place's description was actually a shared kitchen and communal back of property area. Finally, this deluxe room was so hot I had to open the very dirty window and room door to get the cross draft. As a consequence, the street noise didn't hardly stop all night making sleep IMPOSSIBLE. I regret making the booking but I guess it is a matter of 'get what you paid for'. Needs a serious review.

The house itself was like a home away from home, cosy, clean, and decoration was and theme of house was amazing. Bedroom was really comfortable and bed was amazing I slept incredibly well. Bathroom was shared but was spacious and extremely clean and cosy. Very quiet location especially as its literally behind newmarket Town centre, great location. Bianca the host was amazing and we were even able to check in a lot earlier due to going to the races which was really simple from that location. We will definitely stay there again, amazing place.
Nothing all perfect

Beautifully decorated and very homely feel to the property. A must stay for any traveller whether it be got an extended period or short stay.
Lockbox was a little bit fiddly to gain access to the keys but I’m sure that was more my fault than anyone else’s!

Location being only five minutes from Town Centre but unfortunately this was the only good thing about this place.
Booking confirmation states "Deluxe Double Room which features a tea/coffee maker, kitchen ware and patio. "
What we got was a small grubby very basic room. No wardrobe - only a hanging rail. We were on the first floor so
the so called patio was down the end of the garden and cluttered with bits and pieces. The tea and coffee maker
was not in the room and we had to go downstairs to a shared kitchen but there was not table or chairs in either
the kitchen or bedroom so self catering was impossible. Also a shared bathroom was not very satisfactory.
Also Free Parking was not at the site but in the street if you were lucky enough to find a space anywhere near
the accomodation.

I booked Pink house as it just seemed decent value. I only really used it as a place to sleep and wash while visting my daughter who lives nearby. I didn’t meet Bianca but her messages prior to, and during were very clear and helpful. She was also helpful with queries I had too. Lovely room, very comfortable bed. Recommended.
