Not good if you need a quiet space, the property is situated on the main road in to KingLynn. 😞

Nothing to like. Quite a let down.

Not a good night's sleep, to be honest. It is so noisy from the traffic and the drain cover that makes a massive rattling sound. I have checked out already as I couldn't bear to be in the room any longer, the room is not best suited for people on business, there isn't an ironing board or iron, I supposedly paid extra for a double bed but got 2 singles attached, not comfortable in the slightest, sorry but I am just been honest, the property is not suited for people who have great work to do and need all the shut eye they can get, the property is great for those that don't mind sleeping with ear plugs, and confined to the luxury of a single bed with a double duvet, I don't understand. Anyway, it is probably best suited property for those who are on tour in a leisurely capacity. Unfortunately, that's not me, and I feel let down. The front of the house is too noisy.

I was absolutely gob smacked when I see the room absolutely beautiful clean tidy right the way down to the towels folded on the bed to a lovely selection of tea coffee and everything could not fault it at all walked into the kitchen again absolutely beautiful look like a showroom clean tidy absolutely spotless not a Mark anywhere from what I could see Helen is such a lovely lady a real diamond respectful genuine very polite and very helpful if you have any problems Best place is worth five stars all day long can not fold it at all

Small single room as described. Super comfy. Super clean. Very quiet overlooking backyard. Excellent communication from host. Very easy self access with code Location very good. One minute from bus stop and easy 5- 10 min walk to train and main historic area Wifi fast and stable

Just a comment. Strong smell of air freshener in entry area and room. Not ideal for folk with sensitivities and allergies. Increasingly recognised as containing toxic chemicals for lungs health and environment. Other than that lovely property. Highly recommend.

we had a very enjoyable stay, we encountered no problems

covenant for town centre, free car parking nearby, full functional kitchen, even a washer dryer

Such a good place to stay, great value for money, large tidy room, with a, large comfortable bed, love the fact you have a your own fridge in the room and tea and coffee making facilities, and even a couple 9f breakfast bars if required and left in the room. Good location and worth every penny.

Not and issue for myself, but the stairs could be considered steep and if you had mobility issues it could be a factor to keep in mind.

Entry is modern and clean. kitchen is well appointed.

our room compared to others was quite dated and tatty. Not cleaned properly. mattress was hard and pillows were done.

Excellent accommodation. Highly recommend

Stayed 28/11/2022. The room was clean, tidy and spacious and the bed was firm with a soft topper so very comfortable. The shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. Towels, WiFi, TV, fridge, tea, coffee facilities. The room was lovely and warm. Nicely decorated and we'll maintained. Highly recommend and many thanks to the owner 🙂

Really spacious room with secure keypad locks on the door. Good location with a shop next door. Very cosy and clean

Didn't like having a shared bathroom. Although the bathroom was absolutely stunning and clean it's just the thought of it being shared which may be off putting for others including ourselves.

Above expectations! Larger companies, take a look, you could learn a lot!

Everything though of and considered by this excellent company including a pleasant environment for smokers who pay the same rents and are not the outcasts that other room providers seem to think they are! 10/10 Helen. Many thanks. Highly recommended.

A diagram or instructions of quickest route from parking to accommodation would be helpful to those unfamiliar with the area.

Clean and within walking distance to town. Room was large and had all you could want for a short stay.

Very very noisy outside, need double glazing as well as noise from other returning guests, bed was very uncomfortable (old) and no milk cartons for the in room tea service

The room was fantastic, great facilities comfy bed.

Unfortunately the rooms are not very sound proof so we could hear TV's on late into the evening. Room 8 was on the front of the property and the traffic noise was obvious, its a busy road too. The bathroom is fantastic but on the 3rd floor. Woke at 6.30 to People using the kitchen. The room, bed were fantastic just the noise.
