Warm and friendly staff. Lovely clean room. Quiet location, but walkable into the town centre and beautiful park close by. Excellent breakfast with perfect quantities.
Can't think of anything.

The Lodge is conveniently placed to Kings Lynn, outside the controlled parking zones, so very good to leave your car and walk into town - which is what we did. The property is spotless and our room was excellent. Breakfast on both days was really lovely. Our hosts were so helpful and gave us good advice on where to eat in the evenings.
Nothing!

Ideal location for my solo trip to see Van Morrison at Sandringham Estate. Una let me check in early as I had to catch the Big Green Bus to the grounds. Afterwards the bed was a comfy cozy dream. Best sleep!! Beautiful and safe surroundings. Friendly hosts!!

The lodge was beautiful and a credit to the owners, so friendly nothing was to much trouble. The breakfast was 10/10 cooked to perfection. We are definitely going back.
There is only two things and one they can't do anything about it is no off road parking, but it is a very quiet road so it wasn't a problem. The other was it would have bean nice to have a mini fridge . My husband and I really enjoyed our two nights there at there beautiful home. Thank you 😊

The hosts, Una and Malcolm, were very welcoming and friendly. Chatty without being intrusive and nothing seemed to be much trouble. Breakfast was very well presented and plenty of it - we opted for the full English every day but there were other choices if needed, as well as cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts. The location of The Lodge was a 10 minutes walk into King's Lynn where there were plenty of restaurants and other places to eat. However, we chose to eat at The Stuart Hotel just across the road from The Lodge, which again was excellent value.

Gorgeous property! Lovely rooms and people!

Una and Malcolm's B&B is a lovely property in a nice part of Kings Lynn, close to both the train and bus station. The room was charming and well appointed with TV, ensuite shower, tea and coffee facilities and biscuits. Breakfast was a highlight - very relaxed and the food was cooked to perfection. The best thing, however, about staying at The Lodge was Una and Malcolm who are incredible hosts - kind, thoughtful and go above and beyond. They provided us with personalised recommendations for our day trip and met us with our bags so that we didn't miss our train home.

My partner and I still talk about The Lodge long after our holiday has ended. We stayed in may places over our 6 week road trip and The Lodge stands out as one of the best. It genuinely exceeded our expectations. After our stay we found ourselves benchmarking our holiday accommodation against The Lodge. This place genuinely exceeded our expectations. Our room was very tastefully decorated and well thought out. Attention to detail was excellent. The bed was one of the most comfortable of our whole trip. Our room was warm, shower was easy to use and everything worked. Parking is on street and while we had no problems finding a spot near the house, the streets were quite full when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and food intolerances were catered for. The whole property from gate to garden to interior is beautifully presented. We would definitely stay at The Lodge again.
This is as close to perfect as you will find.
