Fantastic Villa near the Marina Rubicon

The Villa was in a fantastic location, just 5 minutes walk from the Marina which has many fantastic shops and restaurants as well as a market every Wednesday and Saturday. It was a super villa which slept 7 of us - 2 bedrooms upstairs with a 6ft bed in each and a balcony to sit out on, and a bedroom downstairs with a 6ft bed. The sofa pulled out to become a comfortable bed also. The kitchen was well equipped and the laundry room with outside courtyard drying lines was perfect for doing a quick wash. The pool itself was wonderful and well kept, and cleaned during the week. A mid-week mini clean of the villa was offered but I didn't need it. Maria who managed the villa was so helpful all throughout

The wall separating the villa from the one opposite it was low, so could do with a screen as there was on one of the villas, but we never felt like we were being looked in on. Some of the pillows were a bit hard/high

Good Location and price, spacious villa, private pool available at short notice, comfy beds, air con in all rooms

There were some minor issues which the company sorted for us straight away- broken parasol and dodgy toaster all fixed/ replaced the same day so not a problem for us at all.

We really enjoyed our holiday and will hopefully return next year!

The villa is in an excellent location, so close to the Marina and the hotel. It was very quiet especially at night which meant we had a very relaxing time. The villa was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. We were provided with everything we needed. The hosts were really helpful and made sure we were ok.

The only thing I would change would be some of the furniture could be updated. The couch in the living area was broken and not at all comfortable to sit on. We also had an issue with an outdoor chair, which was replaced when we made the hosts aware which was great.

Superb

Location was fantastic. Close to all the great restaurants and a lovely walk into town. Two Hyperdinos within walking distance. Really quiet and private. All we needed for a great get away.

Pool and hot tub could benefit from extra cleaning and a bit of TLC needed to the pools tiling around the perimeters edge.

This was a comfortable stay in a good property in an excellent location in Playa Blanca. Recommended

The location was excellent and the villa was spacious. The pool cover was an excellent feature for a holiday in February. The place was cleaned and the linen was changed once per week, which was enough.

A little more attention should be made to making sure things were working on changeover. And it would have been nice to have had personal contact at some point during the stay, rather than email/ messages.

Not as advertised at all, very unsatisfied

The property was nothing like the pictures. The pool was extremely dirty when we arrived and didn't get cleaned for a week after we arrived, which meant we were unable to use it. There was missing and cracked tiles around the pool area. The outdoor furniture was dated and worn. The sofa was very uncomfortable. The Livingroom blind was broken. Beds were uncomfortable. Not good value for money at all.

Playa Blanca MOT villa Lanzarote

The location was selected due to being disabled and the marina not very far away where a good selection of restaurants are available. It's a very peaceful area, although the walls separating the villas are knee height and the pedestrian routes through the complex have easy visual access to your rented facilities; we never let that interrupt our naturist sun bathing habits.

It was a lovely comfortable villa, we only used the ground floor due to disability but everything was lovely. If I was to be critical about anything; the pool was cool until day 4 and the bed wasn't to my liking but I do stress my liking! My wife liked it 😉

Lovely location, close to the Rubicon, easy safe walk (or scooter ride) to Playa Blanca. Very quiet and peaceful location, really relaxing.. Lovely villa with 3 good sized bedrooms with very comfy beds. 2 bathrooms, good size kitchen with everything you need. Large living/dining room. Huge TV with Netflix and lots of English channels. Good size pool with loungers and outdoor eating/sitting area. Free parking at the property

Some of the furniture is quite badly damaged (the settee has seen better days and the covers are ripped) the shower enclosures are quite small. Some of the sun loungers are also a bit grimy. Only 1 TV in the property despite fixings for TVs in other rooms.

Top notch villa chillax in Playa Blanca

We were at the best end of Playa Blanca, just a few minutes from the Rubicon Marina and all its eateries, bars and shops. But we wanted a relaxing break too, so the villa was superb: quiet with a good pool, enclosed drying area, brilliant wifi, a great interior layout and handy parking. There were also plenty of consumables for us to use eg shower gels, soaps, washing up liquid. We would definitely go back to the same place!

The pool was already a bit dirty and wasn't cleaned during our week, but it was useable. We like to do some eating in, but there were just two saucepans. When we raised this though, two more were delivered next day without any quibble! The dishwasher also wasn't working and despite the repairman coming out it still wasn't right. It kept showing 'F2' which signals a blockage but the filter was spotless so I reckon it was an inlet or exit pipe. Repair guy was supposed to return to fit a new part but we never saw him again. Holiday rep was very good though.

Great location. Clean roomy villa with lovely pool. Handy for shops, restaurants and the marina

We hired two villas for 5 couples. Air con upstairs in villa 3 didnt work. Messaged the management who didnt respond. Sofa in villa 3 was very uncomfortable to sit on. We wanted a late check out as we had five couples with different flight times. Was told it could cost €70.

We miss it already!!!

We liked everything about the place, location, communication with the facility. Peace and quiet but everything within easy reach. Beaches and shops are nearby. The heated pool was a great activity for the kids while the parents relaxed on the comfortable chairs. The villa had all the necessary facilities.

Lovely villa in a family favourite location

Location excellent 2 minute walk to the Marina with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The Management Company looking after the villa were excellent and solved some minor issues efficiently and effectively, with a great attitude. Thumbs up to Tina for that.
