it was spotless ,staff where nice and the water park was lovely and a two minute walk you have a lovely beach with loads of restaurants and pubs .there was plenty of choice in food and food was ok we still ate out on the second night .you could have beer on tap ,wine or vodka rum ect and they had a few cocktails included but we didn’t like them .they had coke Fanta ect for kids and Icecream .you could get other stuff if you paid extra .we had never done all inclusive before so it’s prob standard stuff but even for the water park and kids drinks ect it is still prob worth it if you get a good deal .

location was good and near a lovely beach
the food offerings at breakfast lunch and dinner were very good
the room / bungalow was tired old and unsafe
the safe that usually comes with a room was an extra cost
the lockers to store your cases at the end of your stay were €2 every time you open them your money drops away into a safe.

great location, only 5 min walk to the beach. friendly and helpful staff especially during the meals. Room cleaned every day. Good breakfast selection.
Rubbish outside our bungalow. Snacks in pool bar very poor. It seemed like there was not enough staff at the bars to make cocktails.

Staff at reception was just OUTSTANDING!
The animation team was great too. Cleaners did fantastic job at the lodges and my daughter was delighted they always tucked her Teddy in ;)
The small pool was always great and warm and aquapark was class aswell.
The foam party! Great fun!
Loved the whole stay minus the food.
Location was alright, super close to beach and promenade but the area was very quiet, not many restaurants or shops nearby.
The all inclusive buffet was horrible, the food, even the one freshly cooked by chefs, was dry, over cooked and chewy. Breakfast was nice enough but lunch/dinner service not impressive. Pool bar was very poor when it comes to snacks too, basically unappealing leftovers from lunch, ice cream was constantly missing from freezer. Alcoholic beverages from tap were fine but the cocktails felt like water was being poured alongside spirits. Simply put the gastronomical side of the hotel was a huge let down.

We absolutely loved our stay from start to finish. From the minute we got there and throughout our stay all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Big shout out to the cleaning staff as the place is absolutely spotless! Beds turned down and fresh towels every day too! being attached to the waterpark with free access is an added bonus and worth a visit...we went 3 times during our stay its great fun. The food is absolutely delicious and there is a huge variety from salads and stews to fresh fish and meats cooked by the chef infront of you every day...definitely something to cater to everyone's taste. Fab location...just a 5 min walk to the beautiful Flamingo beach and bars, restaurants and shops...we will definitely be going back!!!

Love the villas and the privacy with these. Also liked the pool area. Place was very clean and comfortable. Good value for money.
Went all inclusive and food was only okay. Could do with a bit more variety. As week went it it all tastes the same.

Fantastic place for families. Food was good, lots to chose from. kids completely loved it. Rooms clean and tidy. Location fabulous.
Smoking should not be permitted in public areas. no smoking zones. People were smoking outside restaurant where families were eating.

I thought the breakfast options were good, plenty of choice but would have preferred more cereal choices. The staff were very attentive.
Would have preferred more choices for cereal at breakfast and maybe more proteins choices on some nights as my 9 year old is a fussy eater...I ate very well!

Facilities, friendly staff, good location
There was no decent dessert but the food wasn’t bad. There was a “special “dinner , it supposed to be a traditional dinner but it wasn’t at all. The beef was awful, overcooked, starter was literally 2 bites of chorizo. Our sloth was at 20:30, but we were served at 22:30. Very disappointed!!!

Problems with the payment when you go with a 9 year old child because on booking is free accomodation and at the hotel we have to pay extra although the rezervation was for 2 adults and 1 child.

Location close to beach.
Pools are well maintained.
Good lifeguards.
Free entry to connected small water park.
Very basic.
Food very bland. No variety.
Drinks poor quality.
Coffee un drinkable.
Restaurant floor slippery.
Majority of pool beds were reserved with towel but stayed empty all day, leaving us to sit on the side.
