We stayed for 3 days and found for the most part it to be a positive experience. The washer and dryer were top notch and the residence was roomy and clean. Had it not been too hot for walking we could easily have walked to old town.

Perfect place for my friend and me (both 75) to stay. We were attending an art conference at Hotel Albuquerque.

Where do I begin?! First and foremost, Edna was the nicest and best VRBO owner that I have dealt with!! Casa Bonita was the perfect place for the three of us to stay. It’s decorated beautifully, in a quiet neighborhood, a short nice walk to Old Town and clean as a whistle! Instructions and communication were easy peasy. We felt safe inside and outside the property. Nice big fenced in back yard with plenty of seating. Added bonus was the cute roadrunner that had his/her daily routine in the backyard in the early morning. If we go back to Albuquerque, we’re staying at Casa Bonita!

We stayed here to be near the ABQ Zoo. We ran a race there and checked out the area, for a few days. It was clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, we felt safe. No one around but a few dogs barking at us. We like to walk and keep active do we walked to old Town a few times. It was a great town to explore! The walk there was short, but had to cross a couple major roads. People aren’t accustomed to stopping for people on the walkways so be careful! There wasn’t a great place to explore or walk near the house, but we found some quite neighborhoods. .

We go to ABQ annually as I am an alumni from UNM and this is now going to be our 'go to' house to rent. Everything was great, you can walk to Old Town and the owners were excellent to deal with!
We are now going to be permanent customers of this property!

I am originally from New Mexico, and I wanted to come back for Christmas. My husband and I fell in love with this absolutely delightful house. It is perfectly located within a five minute walk of historic Old Town. I cannot say enough about the house itself. It was built in the late 1940s and it’s true to New Mexican architecture. The heavy wood beamed ceilings and the hardwood floors led to the ambience. For me, it felt like coming home. Our host, Edna, had set up some holiday decorations and there was plenty of wood to keep a warm, crackling fire going in the fireplace. I think the kitchen was better stocked than my own home and that says a lot. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was very nice. Everything we needed was there and more. If you are Planning a trip to Albuquerque I highly recommend this house. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Casita Bella. Ideally located to Santa Fe as well as destinations to northern NM such as Taos, Chimayo and the O'keefe home in Abiqui. We appreciated the hiking trails in the foothills of the Sangre De Cristo mountains, easy access to outstanding area dining, especially Tesuque Marketplace, historic downtown Santa Fe and the surrounding national parks. A wonderful home away from how with a touch of classy wall art. I would love to know who is the artist that photographed the Taos Saint Francis of Assissi Church artwork in the bedroom. Clever shot with impeccable lighting and staging! Thoroughly impressed!! Thank you for your hospitality and I look forward to returning soon.

Fully equipped 2-bedroom house. House was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Only complaint was the rather strong smell of febreeze or air freshener when we got there. House is very conveniently located near Old Town and Downtown with easy freeway access. But be aware that the noise of the freeway can be heard inside. Host was very cooperative with our late arrival and turned lights on for us which helped a lot. We especially appreciated the fully stocked laundry room with perfume-free detergent option! Would definitely stay here again on any return trips to ABQ.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Bonita. Edna was great at communicating check-in instructions before our arrival and made sure to let us know she’d be available to answer questions. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed.
We loved sitting out back in the morning and evening, and the location was perfect for all of our ABQ activities.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Bonita. The house is lovely with a spacious kitchen, and it's within walking distance to the shops in Old Town. Our favorite part of the property might have been the huge backyard, where we saw a roadrunner and rabbits in the evening! Plus, Edna was a very gracious and communicative host. The only issue (and this is minor) is that the house has a swamp cooler, not a typical air conditioner, so it took a little while to cool down in the hot June evenings. But we loved the place and would happily stay here again. Thanks so much!

The house is adorable, very well decorated and charming. Exceptionally clean. Everything was lovely, with New Mexico themed charm in beautiful decor in every room. So well supplied--every possible need was anticipated and provided, especially in the lovely kitchen. Location is perfect for enjoying Old Town shopping and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer--

We are so happy we found this property! We were attending a conference in town. We were able to leave the conference and walk the 10 minutes to the house and be completely away from work. The house is adorable, and anything you need is available, with easy explanations in a binder.

A very peaceful neighborhood with all the comforts of home. The owner was easy to contact, yet there was really no need to, as the house came with all the instructions needed. Whenever I go back to Albuquerque, this is the place I am staying: Casa Bonita!

Adorable place, great location--just a quick walk from the Sawmill Marketplace, where we ate several times. Short walk to the old town as well. Very well stocked--everything a family could possibly need. Our only concern was that we felt we were being watched by a neighbor, which upset my children, but the owner and location were fantastic!

Awesome place, perfect size for 2 couples! Walking distance to Old Town, Ben Michael's restaurant was right on the corner and their owner was so accommodating with food when we arrived later than expected! Enjoyed the fire pit and sitting outside btw rain. Easy to I40 and I 25. Will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our visit. The property is super close to Old Town ABQ, as well as, the Sawmill Market. We stayed here for the Balloon Fiesta and it was conveniently located to the Cottonwood Mall park and ride, and other balloon ride pick-up location.
The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of towels available and the clean-up required at checkout was reasonable.
Thank you for an awesome stay ❤️
