Welcome to “Harborview Beach Escape” by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes

Harborview Beach Escape is a delightful vacation home situated near the beach. It features 2 inviting bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, offering a perfect retreat for a relaxing seaside getaway with stunning harbor views.

Need to Know

-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera at the middle front of the house and another on the southeast corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee for one dog or $100 per dog if more than one.

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

The location was several blocks to the beach; we made the trip by foot and car numerous times. If you have small children there is a very nice park within walking distance. Very nice area to walk our dogs. The house was very open for us to enjoy family gathering time together; and we really enjoyed the front and back porch areas. This was the first time we had use of a pool my grandkids and some of the adults enjoyed the pool most evenings after the day at the beach. We would rent this property again. Thank you for opening your property to our family to enjoy our Spring Break get away.

We had an impromptu visit from family that live in Florida and it was perfect. The space was great. We could visit comfortably without feeling like we were on top of each other.

I was a little disappointed with the maintenance of the property. The 'heated' pool wasn't, and the tile around the pool was falling apart. Also, the hammock pictured, was no where to be found. This could be a very nice property if a little more TLC was put into it.

Everything was exactly as it was supposed to be. The access to the beach was a 5 min walk at most. Amazing food locally within walking distance and not much of a drive to other sights! Our family was more than accommodated (we had a group of 9) whether it was at the pool in the backyard or the short walk to the beach. I will for sure be coming back!

Communication is outstanding; responsive to issues. The property has some cosmetic issues on the main floor, but it was overall a very comfortable stay and a terrific location. Would stay there again.

Check in and out was a breeze. The house looked nothing like the photos, there was black mold/mildew in the bathrooms, pool heater was broken, one sliding door out to the pool was jammed/broken, door jam and window sills were very dirty, property managers assured that maintenance would be out to service the pool heater and then none of my emails were returned and maintenance did not arrive. The neighborhood was safe and the neighbors were delightful, the house is conveniently located to the beach and towns.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house needs a lot of work. The pool tiles are broken and there's mildew in & around the pool area. There are many issues with this property.

We stayed Labor Day weekend for my sister’s bachelorette party. Location is prime however house does need updating. Downstairs patio door was hard to close and open, bunk beds were not stable, broken coffee table down stairs, Cable was not working with any of the tv’s. Pool needs updating. One problem we felt very uncomfortable with is the pool cleaners came without notice. We had 12 guest in the pool and we had to wait 2 hours to get back into the pool. The instructions said pool cleaners come twice a week, but we had no notice to days they were coming or even a heads up. Again, location was amazing but don’t know if I would say at the home again just because of the items I listed needed repairs. I believe if upstairs and pool was remodeled this would be an amazing stay.

We had a fantastic time! The neighbors we met were very kind. It’s nice and close to a beautiful beach. Yes, as stated in other reviews, the upstairs was more worn, but it was still very clean! The downstairs is all new. Honestly, it was perfectly fitting for our family with 5 kids. 😉 It was great having a pool right there too. Just a great relaxing and fun vacation. We’d definitely stay there again if we went back to that area. 🙂

We really enjoyed this property and it was a very smooth process and in a great neighborhood. The only issue we encountered was tiny ants but otherwise very clean and well maintained. Would definitely rent it again. Thank you!!!

The property was overall nice, we loved the basement kitchen! We did have minor issues when we arrived trash was completely full and overflowing outside, some dried food on the kitchen floor and sugar ants. The property manager was quick to respond and sent someone to come get the trash! The master bed was very comfortable! There was a large floor lamp in the master room that I could not get to turn on so that sucked, but minor! Pool was nice just had some broken tiles and wear and tear expected with use/age! Overall we liked the property, it fit our needs well and I would stay again!

Very family friendly. Basement was recently updated, but the upstairs is in need of a little updating. Nothing that was too negative for us. We had two family groups and this house worked wonderful. Short 5-10 minute walk to the beach!

Perfect beach area house to stay at!

Perfect beach area house to stay at!

The house was super clean and spacious with two kitchens and two living areas. We really enjoyed the pool, and we rented the golf cart for a very short drive to the beach which was also walkable. Highly recommend the golf cart, it’s easier to find parking than it would be with a car. Alan, the property manager was very friendly and had the best communication I’ve had with a property manager. We would recommend this place and would stay again!

We loved staying at this house! The downstairs has been completely renovated, and it worked great for us! The upstairs has great living space. We loved being able to cook at the house with a fully stocked kitchen. A few minor things, only one dishwasher worked as well as only one dryer. The dishwasher was not an issue, but the dryer would have definitely been helpful for two families trying to share. We had a small issue with the golf cart key, but Alan was there super quick to fix it. All in all, we loved having the beach just a couple blocks away and the option of the pool was Amazing! We would definitely recommend this location again.

Carpet needs to be cleaned, Red ants lives on the upstairs stove, Pool was full of leaves, Bed sheets need to be upgraded, Patio door downstairs needs a lock, Downstairs shower head needs replacing.

Rest of the house needs some TLC. I think the house was staged to sell & when it didn't sell... they decided to rent it out. Filler hose for the pool which goes across the patio( I have never seen that before)& lots of cracks & missing tiles. There were mattresses in 2 of the 3 closets & in the garage which was odd. You cannot use the dryer on the upper level of the house. The plants in the pots by the pool are all still there but now dead.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the location. Only several blocks from the gulf beaches, an easy walk for all of us. Easy driving to restaurants, and beaches up and down the coast. The house was nicely set up for a big group like ours, 12 people which included 6 children. The pool was heavily used by us, and was always so warm and inviting. The 2 kitchens worked out well. Warning, only Keurig coffee makers so be sure you buy pods. That's something we would have liked knowing before we ordered groceries. Many beach and pool items were provided for use, so that was a nice touch. Overall, we had a great time and I could see us coming back.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the owner left everything we needed. I can’t think of a better place to stay. You are 5 miles from beautiful Clearwater Beach, you have a park and private beach in walking distance. The pool was perfect, the house has both a gas and charcoal grill, front and rear balconies, it came furnished with toys and Bluetooth speakers for music. My family had a blast!!! We will definitely come back to this property!
