Location was EXCELLENT - right near all the sights of Philadelphia

Staff were exceptional... They really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and help with anything... Big thumbs up to the staff
The only thing I would say that was not good, and this is just down to our personal preference is that the beds were too soft. Used too hard/medium beds, so sleeping on soft beds were not great for our backs... But can't fault anything else....

* Localisation
* Dirty place. When we just arrived, we have to deal with blocked toilets with s**t (look at the pictures)
* Rude staff - They do not help and we have to insist to get a clean room (seems unreal but true)
* Valet service by text take an hour to get your car!

L appartement est idéalement situé les équipements sont très bon. Je reviendrai dans ce logement si je reviens à Philadelphie. On peut tout faire à pied du logement.
Cloisons minces du coup on entend les voisins

Absolutely loved the location. The room was very large and immaculate.
Nothing major just simple suggestions. USB outlet or two would be a great addition. Coffee mugs as well. Couldn’t find them anywhere.

Loved the location! Right across the street from Independence Hall! Very helpful staff. Used valet parking to avoid trying to find parking elsewhere that likely would have cost at least as much.

Location
These are apartments, not a hotel. Staff are kind, but not very helpful

The location was convenient.
There were problems with the piping in our initial room. Upon moving to a new room, we experienced a series of interruptions from other guests and staff due to them repeatedly marking our reservation incorrectly in the system. My guests were even interrogated by the cleaning staff as if to imply that they were not supposed to be in a room that we were booked in. Every night, we were restless with the idea that someone would try to barge in or that we would be interrupted. Very restless stay for a place that encourages you to “rest”. It was a shame.
Also, I had to wait outside of the building entry door in the cold at several points because the staff was not around to let me in. Apparently, our room keys do not work for the building door so Mint House guests are reliant on the staff by the door to let you in. They were often absent, however, and it causes a very big inconvenience.
Atrocious management turned what should have been a beautiful stay into something very ugly and inconvenient.

The location was perfect for us and the loft and separate bedroom was ideal for us (2 parents and 1 adult child). It was a fun and unique place to stay and near some of our favorite things in the city. Check in and out was super simple. There were parking lots near by.
There were hairballs on the floor and the street noise was significant at night. The parking was expensive and would have been a challenge if we had more bags (we were told we could not unload in front of the building). The space was fine for one or two nights but would be too cramped for any more (no drawers, tough to get around the bed).

The location was fantastic and it was easy to get around the city. I did most of my stay on foot.

The location was ideal. The hotel was clean. I liked having the taller fridge and appliances. I liked the simplicity of it.
The steps going up to the loft was absolutely beautiful. But it seemed a little dangerous too with the spiral staircase. Im only 5’4 and about 150 lbs. I dont see the average person thinking this is user friendly. Also the furniture (couch) was rigged maybe by the tenants before me. I sat on the couch and the couch dropped to the floor. I texted the hotel and my agent was quite helpful.

The building was beautiful, I liked that there was a washer in our room for us to do laundry.
Everything was great, however I did think the bed could be more comfortable. We were sinking towards the middle.

Was not aware of breakfast option. Jaon and Charles were wonderful and always helpful and welcoming. It was a little difficult to use the bathroom at night when sleeping in the loft. Also would prefer not to have a plastic cover on mattress that crunched every time you turned over. Also did not find the extra towels until last day. Having said all that, we loved The Ledger, it’s location, helpful staff, friendly residents and the beautiful city. We will recommend to friends!!!

Location
Sofa bed very uncomfortable and couldn’t be used. It needs a much thicker mattress.

Excellent location, great people on site at the property, easy to check in/out. Amazing building and the room/apartment was excellent. Just all around great experience.
Some of the exposed pipes got a little loud at times, but that was all.

Nice position. Very close to the old city, independence hall, and the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. The staff provided prompt response to our questions.
Noisy in the midnight. There is noise from the pipe. The isolation from the street is not good.

My family and I enjoyed the room and location. We also liked the fact there was a washer and dishwasher.
Our main concern was the pull out bed in the couch, it felt like we were sleeping on nothing but a metal bar.

The property was wonderful it was very clean. I felt extremely safe.
The walls are paper thin. Unfortunately, the downstairs bed was very uncomfortable not the mattress itself but whatever mattress protector, they have on there with crinkle like a garbage bag every single time that you moved and that was really hard to sleep on and kept me up all night.

Location is perfect--literally across the street from Independence Hall. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and would certainly stay here again. Rooms are adorable and comfortable.

Only location
To noisy, nightmare. A dog on the floor above playing catch and running, the pipes with the water. The bell ringing every 5 mins, people in the halls making mad noise. The bed makes to much noise

Apartment is clean and looks in very good conditions.
We were 2 business partners and one of us had to use the sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping since is has a very thin mattress. I couldn't sleep any of the 3 nights. I don´t think even a child can sleep there. I complained and I just received a text message "so sorry". I booked the appartment for 2 people and always commented that I needed 2 beds (finally 1 was the sofa)

Location was super convenient as everything was within a walking distance. Wawa at the bottom floor was a surprise amenity for the morning. Cost was exceptional for location and quality of the flat. Thoroughly surprised on meeting an short-weekend stay by being close to tourist locations, metro, and restaurants.
Biggest issues were outside street noise and bed comfort. Road noise was loud at all hours of the night and hindered any effective sleep from the corner rooms we were in. On top of that, hourly Independence Hall bell wasn't helpful either. Bed comfort could be improved with a better frame as it felt on several occasions I was going to fall through when moving while lying on it.

Loved the location! Apartment was really nice!
The walls are a little thin- you could hear neighbors and I am sure they could hear us!
