Great hotel with amazing staff

Everything was great. The food was nice, the staff was very helpful and very welcoming. The room was so nice and clean. We felt all the time very comfortable at that place.

At the breakfast were not all meals on the menu available.

No vale la pena

Muy limpio y bien decorado. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas y ducharnos antes de ir al aeropuerto.

Lejos de los sitios de interés, en calle ruidosa y destartalada. Ventanas a una pared (estuvimos en 2 habitaciones, una de ellas sin nevera a pesar de que la descripción decía lo contrario). La supuesta piscina mide apenas 40cm de fondo, y está en medio del restaurante, con clientes y más de 8 trabajadores varones alrededor. Ducha sin plato, que mojaba todo el baño. Personal ineficiente y poco resolutivo. Restaurante pésimo. Aire acondicionado directamente sobre la cama.

Chambre très agréable

Notre chambre était très confortable et propre. La literie était de bonne qualité. Le personnel très accueillant et arrangeant. Le rooftop est agréable.

Nous avons été un peu déçu par la "piscine", qui est en fait très peu profonde et située au milieu du restaurant du rooftop. Mon mari l'a utilisé mais pas moi. Le restaurant est agréable mais nous avons été un peu déçu par le rapport qualité/prix. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit-déjeuner car nous avons dû partir tôt.

Eine Kleine Oase …

Eine Kleine Oase in mitten der Stadt. Auch wenn es von Fort Kochi ein wenig entfernt ist, würde ich das Hotel immer wieder vorziehen. Einige Restaurants in der Umgebung, aber mir persönlich hat das Essen im Hotel ( Frühstück & Dinner ) sehr gut geschmeckt. Auf der Dachterrasse lies es sich angenehm sitzen. Die Zimmer waren genauso wie hier beschrieben, sauber u. Komfortabel ,vielleicht einfach darauf achten welche Größe es hat, wenn man ein wenig mehr Platz haben möchte. Der Spa ist sehr angenehm, kann Ich persönlich nur empfehlen. Letzt endlich sind es die Mitarbeiter die das Herz hier im Hotel sind, alle sind freundlich, hilfsbereit u. Zuvorkommen. Danke auch an George den Manager, der einem bei Wünschen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Für mich steht es außer Frage, wenn ich wieder in Kochi bin, komme ich auf alle Fälle wieder hier her!

Nice, clean and well decorated hotel

Very clean and well decorated/furnished hall, clean room and comfortable bed, smooth check in, close to a few restaurants and a supermarket although difficult to reach by walk due to the busy street and absence of side walk.

The room was very small and dark, there were openable windows only a small one over the bed. Don't have much to say about restaurant and SPA facilities as we didn't use them.

Excellent value

The Staff are really great, I loved the cleanliness. The chef who literally runs the restaurant is excellent at his job, the massages are really good too.

cena buona. bello l'ultimo piano con piscina e ristorante.

posizione a 40 minuti di taxi da fort cochin, troppi. appena usciti dall'hotel si è su uno stradone con pochi negozi. camera con vista sui muri. porta del bagno rumorosa; segnalata ma non sistemata. camera non rifatta.

Accuraat personeel, prima ontbijt. Mooi hotel dat is ingericht op relax en massage. In het restaurant wordt bier geserveerd.

De locatie was minder. Drukke straat met verder geen cafés.

Most relaxing and enjoyable way to wind down after touring from Chennai to the backwaters.

Breakfast masala dosa was wonderful. My husband enjoyed his full English breakfast. Delicious milk coffee! It was a great venue, up on the top floor, completely screened so no biting insects, with ceiling fans to keep you cool. Lots of greenery to help you relax. We had dinner our first night and were on top floor, seated in the front of the hotel. Quite enjoyable, food cooked to order, service prompt and unobtrusive. Our room “ Royalty “ was huge! Excellent lightning, heaps of closet space, drawers for stowing things out of sight so the room never looked messy. Large arm chair with matching sofa were comfortable. Coffee table was glass with mirror underneath. WIFI was excellent. Hot water was slow to start but plenty of it for the walk in shower for two back to back showers. We relaxed in the spa and had most every treatment. .

The only complaint was the location on a busy road. The traffic noise was constant, but only really annoying when trying to sleep. Ear plugs helped. Double glazing would probably solve this issue. There were two barking dogs over which the retreat has no control

Relaxing respite

The hotel is a true respite in the city. The rooms are spacious (we stayed in the premiere), the spa facilities excellent, and the staff very helpful, whether in flagging a taxi or helping to print boarding passes. Also the rooftop restaurant is scenic.

Nothing! It is a distance from Fort Kochi so if your center of activity is there, you're signing up for a lengthy (and pricey) autorickshaw ride. It wasn't a big deal for us.

Beautiful hotel, brand new everything, zen.

Gorgeous hotel, zen decor, warm tones, very quiet. Just perfect. And great value. Very professional staff. Was recovering from surgery a few days, what a great place to do it.

Visa/Amex not an option, had to pay cash.

Ok but may not visit again.

The property looks different from the photos. The rooms look big whereas in reality the rooms were very very small and no space to even walk around.

Size of the room and the bathroom had a weird smell. The property was also a little hard to find.

Tolles Zimmer, gute Lage.

Wunderschönes Zimmer und Bad mit reichlich Platz, es war auch sehr ruhig. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gute Lage: Mit dem Tuktuk nicht weit zu den Einkaufsstraßen. Bis zum Flughafen braucht man mit dem Taxi zwischen 40 und 60 Minuten.

Vielleicht habe ich ja einen schlechten Tag erwischt, ich hatte im Rooftop Restaurant einen Obstsalat und einen Wassermelonensaft, beides war ungenießbar.

Very good choice

The SPA was so good, room was big enough and comfortable and we loved the pool on the terrace with the bar that offers many options to eat during the day. Staff was so kind and helpful.

Outside the hotel there’s no big thing to do / eat or see but we knew it when we booked.

Clean room Food in restaurant was nice (we had the biryani) Friendly helpful staff Decent wifi We enjoyed the pool table in the restaurant A good place to stay if you're transiting through kochi!

Only minor things: Room was a bit small for 2 people + luggage We didn't use the pool as it was in a bit of a strange place (on the roof in the middle of the restaurant) and quite shallow Location wasn't great and there isn't much around in terms of places to eat/go, but we only stayed for one night because we were getting a train the next morning so it wasn't a problem

Good value

This is the cleanest and comfortable hotel since we are in India.

The gym is a bit sober. The pool is not really a pool. It is more like a pond.

Good, modern hotel & good value for money

Modern & spacious - our room was huge (it was called Royalty!) Ticked all the boxes: well lit, plenty of storage, large flat screen tv, tea making & fridge etc. Good bathroom

The gym was in a gloomy room entered from the garage. There was some road noise heard from the room. The pool is in the middle of the restaurant area so not really conducive to swimming

EXCEPTIONAL STARTING FROM STAFF SO GOOD ALL OF THEM.EXCELLENT MANAGER.THE LOCATION IS RIGHT AT THE CENTER EASY TO GET TO ANY PART OF THE CITY.BOOKED FOR 5 DAYS ENDED UP STAYING FOR 19 DAYS.GREAT GRUB AS WELL AT THE RESTAURANT ON THE THIRD FLOOR.A NICE SPA FOR MASSAGE AT THE SECOND FLOOR.

Lovely staff and excellent service!

EXCEPTIONAL service. Staff were so so warm and welcoming and helped us with our bags, helped us arrange taxi and train, and many other things Room was comfortable, bed was comfortable (slept like a baby) and felt at home in this very cozy place even though we only stayed for 2 nights. Would like to revisit and almost importantly thank you to the amazing staff!

Lovely place to stay, room comfortable, good service at the restaurant.

Breakfast was fairly limited in its offering but it was tasty what was prepared. Juices were delicious. Coffee was very hot.

Probably the cleanest hotel in India. Everything is exactly as you see in the booking.com pics. Thoroughly recommend and a 3-500 rupee ride from Fort Kochin.

Excellent Kerala hospitality for international travelers!

The staff and management team are the real asset for this property. They go any extra mile to ensure your safety and comfortable stay. They have helped my family in my absence in every possible way and offered helping hand resolving every issue. The manager Sabin George, Rahul, Nikhil and the whole team including ladies team at spa has made our stay memorable. I am really grateful to them and wish them all the success.

The nearest supermarket is around 600 meter from the hotel but the staff helps with immediate needs anyway, so nothing negative for me to recall.
