Great experience to anyone willing to stay at Doubletree Hotel!

Very nice hotel for the price. Room was heated well upon arrival. Plugged in EV cadillac and at 10:30 and was fully charged in the morning when we left.

Doubletree is going through remodeling but it’s still an awesome hotel.. room was clean, our shower head even tells you the temp of the water (107) for me felt good. Restaurant on the 1st floor was great. We had dinner then brunch next day . Staff was very helpful

Everything was pretty good. The check-in staff were absolutely amazing. They were able to answer all questions and were very friendly. Parking was a little different compared to other hotels, but once you knew where to go, it was a walk in the park. The room we stayed in was great. I will say that the walls are paper thin, so if you are a light sleeper, you may be waking up throughout the night. They also do not serve complimentary breakfast, but this was not a deal breaker for my husband and me because there were plenty of great breakfast options around or we could have paid to eat at the hotel.

Great stay! Very clean environment. Staff was very nice, and organized!

Really nice hotel, I liked staying here. There is a restaurant and bar at the hotel (I didn't eat there) but there is also a ton of restaurants and bars within walking distance. It is right across the street from a mall. Parking was easy and the hotel was really pretty. My room was clean and comfy. I'd consider staying here again, but would take this into consideration:
Two things I didn't like:
there isn't a hot tub like in the pictures. Just indoor and outdoor pool. I did use the indoor pool and it was heated and nice. I also used the sauna briefly, and that seemed a little outdated and dingy.
Second, the room service honestly ruined the stay for me. Checkout is 12:00pm. I checked that several times to be sure. I was sooo excited to sleep in, but nope not on room services watch. 10:00am I hear pounding on the door, room service is there asking about towels. She didn't speak much English, which is okay because I speak some Spanish. I said we didn't need towels and it wasn't check out time yet and she said okay and she would come back. About an hour later, more pounding on the door. It's freaking room service again. I just wanted to sleep in and be left alone.

Pleasant stay.
Nice room.

Nice clean rooms, a little musty smelling in the lobby

Loved mobile check in and digital key, it made it easy to arrive late after a concert. The room was disappointing. The light above the toilet in the bathroom kept going on and off and the blankets, pillow cases, and carpets had stains. It wasn’t bad for just a place to sleep for the night, but I did expect more from a Hilton. There were signs saying they were under renovation so I’m hoping the stains and faulty electric will be fixed during those because everything else about the property was great.

Everyone was more than exceptionally welcoming and hospitable. The cleanliness & luxuries hit you as soon as you walk in with such an aroma of fresh, lush calmness.

I didn’t like the check in being so late and when I did check in and go to my room housekeeping was by my door and said it would be atleast another hour until my room would be ready . For the amount of money the room cost it should have been ready on time !

This “Hilton” is a Double Tree by Hilton. It seems to be mislabeled. The hotel was sold out, so staff were busy and tired and rushed us in at check-in. No information given about elevators, amenities, dining, etc. We found our way around on our own. The hotel charged $388 for our 3 night stay but the charge to the credit card was $588 for incidentals… we guessed. It wasn’t mentioned. We quickly learned that the pool doors were inoperable, forcing us to take a long route around to the pool. We stayed for 3 days and despite our efforts, our room temperature never dipped below 74 degrees Fahrenheit. The A/C wasn’t working properly either. Staff said, “Sorry. We will have maintenance take a look at it.”

Great property. Only down side was that the gym was closed.

This is a great hotel to stay due to being one of the closest to Blossom Music Center. However, it seems to be not aging well. Every year we stay here, it seems to be declining. They do a great job of making everything look nice on the inside and out, but you can just tell it's wearing down. The first room we received, the floor was soaking wet from a faulty air conditioner. They kindly moved us to another room. This one, the air conditioner worked poorly and the refrigerator wasn't cold even though on the lowest setting. We were worried about food we purchased to keep in the fridge for after the show. We will still stay here when we go to concerts but will temper our expectations. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Would still recommend.

We stay here every year for a weekend golf outing. Place is great. Indoor and outdoor pools for the kids. Very clean and staff is great. Kayleigh at front desk is the best She got us in our rooms very quickly. She is an asset to the company

Checked in a went to my room. One of the key cards did not work and got locked out of my room. Had to go all the way back to the lobby to get it fixed and was already running late.
Then the room was one 80 degrees. The air conditioning did not work in the room. Reported it by phone and in person and was told Maintenance would look at it. I advised them I would at minimum need a fan if it could not get fixed.
The air was never fixed and no fans or any other options were offered or received. Had a horrible sweaty nights sleep.
Then to top it off there was zero hot water in the shower. I mean yes a cold shower felt ok after the 80 plus degree nights sleep but I still would have preferred a hot shower so my muscles could relax first thing in the morning.
Overall the room was service was horrible.
On a positive note the restaurant and waitress was great. Food was excellent as was service.

Stay was nice. Staff was great. They even allowed me to check in early. My only complaints are the rooms are out dated a little.

This place is legit. A well-managed and well-maintained locally owned hotel. The staff is great, the service is great, the prices are reasonable, and it’s a great location.

Nice place. Convenient. $18.00 seemed steep for breakfast.

There were a few issues within the room, that I will address upon check out, overall the hotels is nicely reserved and quiet. Love the 2 options of indoor and outdoor pool.

Unfortunately there was only one elevator working. The floor in my room was wet and the lights kept flickering so we ended up just leaving them off.

The only problem I had was the front desk attendant, Natalie, told me I would have to get my own Ice even though all Ice machines on all floors were broken.
4.0 / 10.0
The room is in need of multiple repairs. The faucet in the bathroom was extremely difficult to turn on. The countertop in the bathroom had a large crack in it that it appears someone had tried to fix. There was a phone or cable wire running from one wall to another - like a clothes line - without being covered or affixed to the wall. One lamp didn't work, the A/C intake and exhaust vents looked like someone pried them off and they had chipped paint. Areas outside of the room were fine, but the room was in poor condition for a Hilton.

Very clean
3.0 / 10.0
We have stayed here before and the first thing is that the key cards never work on the first try. With that said, the room is clean and comfortable, however, our bathroom definitely had some wear and tear. The shower was really hard to turn on and did not regulate temperature well. Then our view was really as bad as it gets (see pic). Overall, just okay and not a good value for the money.

The staff we encountered were all great and helpful and we have absolutely no complaints there.
However, there were some issues that I was really surprised to encounter at a Hilton property.
The cleanliness of the property needs a lot of improvement. Our room had some issues and it seemed like housekeeping had not paid a lot of attention to details. There was a sticker of some sort on the bathroom floor that could have been scraped up. There was random garbage alongside the bed like a bottle cap and the corner of a wrapper. There was a prominent stain on one of the mattress covers. We found a pair of shoes from the previous occupant by the window. The coffee station looked like it had been hastily thrown together and there were no coffee cups and the ice bucket was also missing. There were ants in the refrigerator and later we found ants crawling on our snacks on the table.
The two garbage cans on either side of the back door were overflowing.
There were no recycling options that I could find on the property.
The photos on the Hotels.com website show a hot tub next to the pool, but the hot tub was completely tiled over so that was a big disappointment.
The breakfast in the restaurant was the same quality as the free breakfasts offered at most hotels, including other Hiltons we have stayed at. We ate there because of the convenience, but for $16 we expected the quality to be much better than it was.

Room was not made up once during 3 night stay. No clean towel, no anything.

My college-age son and I stayed in a suite while visiting my parents at StoryPoint down the road, so it was great having a lot of extra room and privacy. One main room includes two king-sized beds, and the other main room includes a desk (where my son parked his laptop), living area with sofa and chairs, plenty of lamps, and a kitchenette (with microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker), which was especially helpful one night when we warmed up take-out leftovers. The bathroom includes a shower plus a jet bath tub.
This Hilton is our go-to hotel every time we visit, and the location is excellent, with the mall directly across the street, and plenty of shopping and restaurants in the vicinity. My son got in a workout in the weight room.
There were a few issues with the room. A door knob for the bathroom came off, a train rack in the closet was loose on one corner, and the TV in the living room section did not get service, but the front desk was very responsive and repaired the doorknob while we were gone. We just used the TV in the bedroom section. It wasn't a huge deal, but the ice machine on our floor as well as the 2nd floor did not work.
Everything was very clean. Towels were changed, beds were made, and everything was tidied up every day. Sheets were not changed, which was unnecessary and much more environmental. This hotel is not super luxurious, but for family members wanting space and convenience location-wise, it's a comfortable, tasteful, and reliable choice.

The hotel is old and in need of updating. For the price I paid for double king beds it was not worth it. There’s probably better places to stay.

Only issue was the shampoo was either empty or the pump was broken. A very minor inconvenience to an otherwise excellent visit.

I always stay here when visiting home for Thanksgiving. Good price for the condition of the property and friendliness of staff. However, the continental breakfast is barely that so be sure to make other breakfast plans.

We will select alternate housing next time.
