The windows in my room were dirty. I thought the hotel in general was very tired and a little run down. Whilst it was advertised as a no smoking hotel, there was a distinct smell of smoke in the hotel which I noticed on arrival and throughout my stay. Whilst the food was tasty it was way overpriced and the beer I was recommended was overpriced too. In my opinion UU$ 39.19 was extortionate for 2 x beers and a biryani and actually the most expensive meal of my trip, including Cleveland. It was the evening I arrived after a long journey so I decided to eat at the hotel. Had I realised the overpricing and the face the bar closed before 9.30pm I would have taken a short walk to one of the diners in the vicinity.
There were children staying at the hotel for part of my stay running about the corridors in the evening making an unacceptable noise who should have been told by staff to tone it down / as should their parents. No consideration for other guests. I was on a floor that would have been within earshot of the open reception / bar area so staff should have been aware.
Cleanliness, the hotel is quite run down. People smoking in the hotel (there was an obvious smell throughout). Overpriced food and drink. The bar closing before 9.30pm.

Price was great
Being they did not serve a breakfast a refrigerator would have been nice in the room

Nothing.
It was dirty, shabby and run down. The picture of the pool is outdated as the actual ceiling in the pool area is full of black mold. There was dirt in the hallway on our floor when we arrived on Friday and when we left on Monday it still hadn't been vacuumed. The room had not be cleaned thoroughly. There was paint peeling in the bathroom and a rusty hole in the bathtub. The sofa bed was disintegrating and not usable. The beds were uncomfortable.

Absolutely nothing the pictures are so very deceiving
EVERYTHING. Our first room there were people actively having sex on the bed, the second room the door lock was broken so anyone could have walked in at anytime there was mold in the shower of everyone room we walked in, broken tile for floor and some toilets were not even over the sewage hole.

Location was nice, easy parking, pool and hot tub worked, and spacious room.
The $150 security deposit. Could have been cleaner...mirrors and TV were dirty. Shower curtain rod needs fixed in the room we stayed in. The bed was very very hard for my liking.

The price
Was not allowed to stay because I was not aware that I needed to have a extra $150 on my credit card as a deposit. IF I would have known this I would not have booked the room knowing I did not have this extra money available at that time.

Location
It is dirty and the carpet is gross and needs replaced. When we arrived 3 of the lights weren't working and there was trash behind the refrigerator. It didn't appear that it was cleaned.

Nothing!
The property was clean in the lobby, looked really nice so we were excited. Then when we got to the room it was filthy!! They didn’t clean the shower, there were dirt marks and hand prints smeared on the wall. Our comforter had some type of jelly on the bottom. It was gross! The. We asked to switch rooms and it was pretty much the same way. I’ve never left a hotel before but I had to this time. Save your money go somewhere else. And I’m still fighting for my refund of $450, we only stayed for about 20 minutes! Super pissed!

Checking in was simple. Parking was convenient.
absolutely no housekeeping. The drug dealer hiding in the bushes to make his connections. Even after the 3rd day still no housekeeping service. Moldy stench in elevator. Trash piled in the hallway and at elevator.

Great value in a good location.
The staff was not available for extra towels or sheets. I had to wait at the front desk for long periods of time waiting for the staff. They need a cellphone so guests can get in touch with them.

right next to the freeway
The room was not cleaned
This is the 2nd time I've been put in a room that was not thoroughly cleaned the 1st room was very dusty and had open soap in the bathroom
This room had food and cups under the bed, chip bags behind the couch, gum on the nightstand
I've tried for a week to speak to a manager while i was there and after my stay
I keep being told the manager is not on site and the staff do not know when he's going to be there.
I've called every day at different times but always the same response

I paid for a room I didn't even get to stay in! I didn't know there was a huge deposit until after I booked.. I couldn't afford the deposit and they wouldn't give me a refund because I booked through a 3rd party
They could of worked with me on the deposit or at least gave me half the money back for the room I couldn't even sleep in

Terrible, another guest had a gun, disturbing the other guests we made a complaint to the staff that he’s banging on the door trying to get into the room where I guess it was his girlfriend and was hitting on her. Police were called. Next morning someone tried to enter into my room, then more yelling at 5am from someone else downstairs. I ended up checking out the next day. I couldn’t stay there and I demand my money back.

They had a waffle maker out for the "hot breakfast" we were told it would be served until 10am by the girl who checked us in and they were already done at 9:40
Room was very runned down. Needs updated.
