Good location for price

Great location Clean Large room

Loud people in the hall night long Paid completely online then when I got there to check in was told I have to pay a 50$ deposit that would come back to me and I still haven’t received anything from them about it.

good value, comfortable rooms, gym is nice

breakfast staff wasn't too interested in stocking up on items. The bed was generally quite comfortable, but consisted of a metal frame on which the mattress was placed which caused rattling noises.

No wifi just a place to sleep. Not very clean either.

The location was great. There is a lot to do in the area and if you forgot items, there are plenty of places to pick up essentials.

The hotel is under construction. There is a portion which is considered more of an extended stay geared towards people there for work purposes and lacks the amenities for a romantic get away.

I didn't eat. Forgot that you served breakfast

The room that I had didn't impress me. This was my first time ever that stayed in a hotel room that did not have a place to hang up your clothes. Plus you could hear loud walking late at night (12:30-4:30), went to the front desk and complained, nothing changed.

Very Kids were running and banging on their doors to let them in. Up till midnight They were the people’s kids that live there. No respect for others

Location

Toilet seat was broken. Went flying off the damn toilet. Air conditioner was broken. Floors was sticky. Just a all around bad experience

Superb

The location of this motel is perfect. It's very close to several interstate routes, restaurants and popular shopping centers. We stayed at the Baymont and we were attracted to the motel for its price. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and all the appliances were in perfect condition.

I have no complaints.

I didn’t like the property at all. it was filthy. checked in, went to our room, it smelled of cigarettes and was dirty. immediately checked out

Excellent staff

The location was great with all the local restaurants. The convenience of multiple keylocked doors to access rooms more directly was great. The staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. We had an issue with the room and the management reached out to us after an initial phone call late at night- we didn't have to chase a resolution. The hot coffee with breakfast was delicious and fresh. The recent renovation was attractive and soothing.

Recent renovation included, apparently, painting the bathtub. The paint was not dry in the jacuzzi tub which defeated the purpose of the tub, although management DID handle this issue to our satisfaction. The free breakfast was well stocked but the selection was disappointing - no hot food or fresh fruit. Even oatmeal packets would have been appreciated.

Updated nicely, great location for Blossom concert stay. Check in counter staff was sooo friendly .

Breakfast was convenient snack food, coffee was good. Great location for blossom.

Our room was promised for 3 but wasn’t clean til after 5. Mirror in room wasn’t cleaned. The rest of cleaning was okay, a few hairs in the bathroom though.

To be Reg clerk missing for15 minutes. 1st room used and dirty. Second room had what apperared to be semen on wall and chair.

Passable

Shopping, restaurants, and the highway are all in close proximity. Staff is very friendly, quick to answer the front desk phone and available round the clock. Smoke alarms work (it's a non-smoking hotel and someone was smoking in their room at 12:30a.m.).

Breakfast was very "light" continental, mostly sugar and carbs (no eggs or bacon or protein). A long section of baseboard type trim was stripped off the wall alongside one bed and nails were left exposed. Mold growing in the top corner of the shower. Coffee maker was broken, but the front desk gave us a replacement.

I just wanted a clean bathroom to use

Had to change rooms due to lack of cleanliness only to be put in another unclean bathroom. Thankfully Shae from the front desk came and cleaned the bathroom despite it not being her responsibility. She went above and beyond to salvage my birthday stay. The GM did eventually call me to sort things out, but it made a very stressful start of my birthday and I wasn’t able to relax like I wanted to.
