No valet so had to park in public parking garage and walk back to hotel, no cover or connection to each other.
Got a suite and the shower was a handicap shower but was so small that even my 5'10 husband couldn't fit in it and when we showered it flooded the whole bathroom floor

The beds were sinking in and our sofa bed had a dirty pair of socks and a pill fall out of it when we opened it.

Booked a king suite and they put me in a dungeon with 1 double bed. Look at the photo. Had to pay additional for a king bed. What an embarrassment !

Embassy Suites is always a first choice simply because of their breakfast!! I know it’s Austin, but $48 for parking was a bit much. Everything else was great.

This hotel is conveniently located and an excellent place to stay in Austin. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and accomodations. The room was clean and well sized.

Great property, very comfortable only suggestion would be more channel choices

The stay was pleasant with nice perks- a lovely breakfast with plenty of variety and free drinks during HH. The rooms could use updating but they were quiet and spacious.
1.0 / 10.0
The staff was rude and for the cost, it was very disappointing. I was always under the impression the Embassy Suites was on par with other Hilton brands or Marriot. It was closer to a motel 6 type of hotel. Considering the price was comparable to the Marriot and Hyatt in town, this was a very poor choice on our part.

Customer service was outstanding!

This is our third time staying at the same property with my family. The hotel is well located however, it definitely needs upkeep. The couch in the room and the cabinets have excessive wear on it and there is a musky smell. There were several dead crickets in our room and throughout the property. The garage, cost $50 a night and the elevators are broken and the stairwell smells of urine. The location is excellent, very convenient to get in and out of the city quickly but, it definitely needs upkeep.

Enjoyed the convenience of breakfast and happy hour on the property. Hated the cricket invasion (I killed seven in the room myself.) Maid service was only available upon request. Return air vent in the bathroom was hanging off the ceiling. This was not the Embassy Suites I remember.

The room was not properly prepared.
I asked for extra blankets and pillows and had to call multiple times, hours apart.
I was definitely disappointed!

I frequently stay at embassy suites. I know and expect their quality. This was NOT one of those times. Parking price was outrageous, which is what you expect in a big city but the garage wasn’t even connected & not monitored. Dogs were everywhere in this hotel, Barking & chasing other dogs, Walking the halls, in the eating area. I don’t hate dogs but I definitely don’t want them all over in my hotel. Super annoying. The food was not up to Embassy standards at all. The drink machine was broken the entire time, less choices than normal- very skimpy. I will not be back to this location,

1) asked sheets for sofa bed and was being told that the staff will help to set it up, unfortunately hours later, they just left the sheets outside of your room floor.
2)found out the bath soap is out after 1 pump, they had forgot to fill It up.
3) $48 fees for overnight parking, much higher than other hotels in same area.

My room smelt like mildew. Parking is an additional 48$ per night if you use their garage.

While the room was clean, I was surprised to find someone’s discarded plastic bottles under the pullout couch. Room was clean, but definitely things were missed. Other than that and the 10 person deep line to check in everything else was as advertised and decent.
2.0 / 10.0
Not only was the line to check in out the door but no where did I read or hear about having to pay $48 for parking at the hotel lot so now at $300 for a room with a broken toilet low water pressure won’t go back here

Property smells , there was no toilet paper , rooms are out dated and smells like mildew. Only good thing was the guy who make omelets at continental breakfast . Will find better place next time

Stayed there for my daughter’s wedding. We had 30 plus ppl. Had several ppl complain about the AC not working. We were able to move rooms which helped. When checked in they told me I could upgrade to 9th floor and have premium snakes each night for 12$ more so I agreed. Then we had to move the same day to the 5 th floor due to the AC not working. No snacks ever delivered even though we asked several times. Then when I checked out the lady at the desk said she could not reimburse me for the upgrade lol. When I pushed her about it another person said he would take care of it for me. The same girl said she could mail my Tux back for me as she saw I had a package to mail. I was planning on delivering it to UPS myself but she said it was no problem for them to mail it for me. I said before I walked out your sure you will mail it out today she said yes. This was a Saturday. 3 days later I was charged a late fee for my tux. I called the embassy and the person I spoke with said I’m sorry it is still here. He assured me it would be sent out the next morning. 2 days later another late charge. I Called again still sitting here I’m so sorry I was told. Person said I will make sure it is sent out. 3 days later another late fee. Now I’m up to 100$ late fee. Called again the person apologized and said it was still sitting in office and that ups had not come to pick mail up. Said nothing he could do. I asked for refund with no action I asked to speak with manager not in. No call back.

The pillows were absolutely horrible, there were 2 dead crickets in the sofa bed, we had to call the service desk to bring us bedding for the sofa bed because there was none in the room and although our reservation was for 3 people, there were only 2 towels in the bathroom.

Booked a suite for four nights. Amenities missing in the bathroom, which was also not properly cleaned.
Despite requesting housecleaning before breakfast every morning, it was ignored for the first 2 days. On third day, housecleaning took out garbage and straightened beds - that’s it.
Bathroom was not cleaned - floors not vacuumed.
Elevators to garage not working on two days (Embassy Suites parking was on Floors 3 and 4) so a trek up and down steep staircase every time you used car) - all in all, terrible.

Smelled dank, but the room was large, had a delicious free breakfast buffet and nice folks. But would not allow me to check in early and the room was kind of dirty. Crumbs on the bed and sugar spilled all over the counter. Needed a really good scrub and didn't feel clean.

The area especially around the parking garage was a little sketchy. Two elevators in the garage were broken and I was forced to crutch down graffiti filled urine smelling stairs on a broken ankle. My husband left pants and a shirt in the closet and after 5 calls housekeeping denied finding them. There were also large holes in the wall by the elevator on our floor.

The location of the property is excellent - central to downtown Austin and Congress Ave shopping/restaurants. The staff was very nice. My only complaint was there was no housekeeping during our entire 4 night stay. After I inquired (day 3) I was told they were short-staffed and I had to request housekeeping. I would not have been concerned if I was told this up front. That being said, they did take our trash when I asked.

Run down property...needs renovation. Poor service
