Very average service, the front desk is not very welcoming, the valets were great tho. Room facilities are old, e.g. light bulbs is making sounds and air conditioning is old, Room was pretty.

Room was nice but did not have a dresser and the bathroom did not have storage for toiletries. The “living room” pool, hot tub, and little shops we’re great. Also, the gym was fully fitted. Super location.

We had a great time. So many nice amenities. Very pleasant staff always willing to help. Nice and reasonable happy hour. Very good restaurant. Nice size room as compared to other places we have stayed in Santa Fe. We will stay here again next time.

This is a very nice property. There are some minor things that show its age, but still has a nice modern feel. The location is great for easy walking to all of the plaza area shops and restaurants.

I've stayed again and again at the Loretto because of the staff, the location and the beautiful ambiance of the property. Its small and comfortable, rooms are cozy and welcoming, very clean and the service is the BEST.

The rooms are comfortable. The pool is beautiful. The outdoor fire is the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. The staff is accommodating, friendly, and so helpful. This is the perfect place to stay in downtown Santa Fe!

The Inn and Spa at Loretto is a nice property. Located on the edge of the plaza and offering one of the few pools in the area. I would definitely stay here again. I wish there was more vegetarian snack options on the onsite living room menu. I was there for almost a week, and I never ate there because it didn't appeal to the vegetarians. Nothing too extreme would have sufficed. My only caution is there is a different atmosphere compared from weekday to weekend. The week days were wonderful. The weekends brought everyone from outside to the plaza. After coming back from dinner on Friday night I got to see a guy in his late twenties urinating on a bush just inside the properties walls. About 10 minutes later I saw a young man and woman in their early twenties walking the hallway. They were talking away until they reached the end of the hallway and turned around and saw us. They continued to walk past us with out saying a word as they headed to the 230 section. Knowing the prices and clientele of the Inn and Spa, it is very unlikely that a couple in their early 20's would be able to afford it. The Inn and Spa needs to increase security on the weekend. There is none currently.

Beautiful old property in a well cared for condition. Great staff and great sunset views from the 4th floor public balcony! Tracey from the valet station was always friendly (even though I did not have a car ) and had great suggestions each day for dining and other activities in Santa Fe.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The pool is amazing! But the best part of our trip was the excellent service we received from all the staff at the hotel. They are incredibly helpful!

Weather was excellent! Hotel beautiful and conveniently placed, near many things. Our only discomforting moments with the hotel was a constant alarm from the room clock which we ended up disconnecting. We told the desk clerk about the problem, he said they would immediately fix it. However the problem was not fixed by the second night and we were awakened again in the middle of the night. Another situation was that there was no coffee maker in the room and the complementary coffee in the coffee shop tasted like tinted water. Everything else was superb.

We got in around 11pm, I went into my room to find three different bugs crawling on the wall. Went downstairs asked for a new room, the hotel attendant said they could not do that until 11am the next day, I said okay could someone please come vacuum the wall to get the bugs off, also a no. I went back into the room - pulled the sheet back and saw a different kind of bug walking across the sheet. Absolutely not. Thankfully my coworker had a room on the opposite end of the hotel with no bugs so I spent the night with her. I went down the next morning to ask for a new hotel room which was provided and didn't have bug, but the whole experience was unacceptable and I will not be staying there again. Positive - they had a great breakfast attached to the hotel

This hotel was in most respects Excellent. However I believe they were understaffed for a very busy festival weekend. As a result, service was slow (e.g. in lobby bar and poolside). Otherwise, the staff was outstanding...polite courteous and helpful. The food was excellent too. Overall a very good experience. I would return.

Beautiful grounds and perfect location on the square, and live that they allow pets. The property itself is an aging beauty - but much more suited for couples than a family of 4, with a lot of deferred maintenance that didn’t do the building (or the room rates) justice.

Truly an amazing place to enjoy Santa Fe. The hotel is beautiful, conveniently located and the staff was always on top of things needed. We enjoyed the Lounge Bar and the coffee shop. Proximity to great food, shopping and tourist sites.

A lovely oasis in the heart of Santa Fe! Valet parking, walkable to art galleries, key historic sites and restaurants. Hotel has beautiful grounds, numerous spaces to relax such as the pool, comfy lobby, coffee shop patio with fountain and roof top terrace to view the stars.
