The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful. We had the breakfast buffett and it had lots of options. The hotel is also very close to bus routes which can take you to the heart of Dublin.

This hotel was nice. It was just a quick stop on our way to somewhere else. The shuttle from the airport was nice, but be ready to hop on fast, the driver only stopped for about 30 seconds. If you aren't ready, you'll miss your ride. On our way back to the hotel though, the shuttle wasn't running yet, so they got us a taxi for our departure time, which was very kind of them. This was a very long stressful trip and that was a very kind gesture. I'd say the only downside was there isn't much in walking distance. A couple places to eat and a small shopping center, which was mainly just a grocery store.

Staff were fantastic. We arrived early and asked if we could leave our bags. The receptionist made enquiries with the cleaning staff to see if any rooms were available and were able to arrange early check in which allowed us to leave our bags and freshen up before attending concert.

Excellent hotel to stay at only 15 mins shuttle drive to the airport on their complementary shuttle. We had the larger family room which was so nice after staying in a really smaller room in downtown Dublin. Shannon at the front desk was extremely helpful answering all our inquiries!

After a long trip and our flight being cancelled this was an amazing place to stay and reenergize preparing us for our long journey home. The bed was comfortable, the staff went above and beyond and the free shuttle to the airport was easy breezy.

The hotel is fairly convenient to the airport. The rooms are clean and well appointed and the bar is very large with pleasant staff. Unfortunately, the surrounding area is not very safe so walking is not advised.

The location of the Hilton was perfect for getting our flight at the airport the following day. The free shuttle was very convenient as was having a restaurant and bar on site. The restaurant and bar staff were wonderful. They were all friendly and inviting.

The receptionists were professional and proficient I cannot find fault with thier welcome checking in and checking out. The staff in the bar/restaurant were terrible. Untrained, didnt listen, had poor language understanding, surly and disinterested then to top it all, charged me for drinks I didnt have. There are plenty of airport hotels, I would suggest you choose another

When I arrived at the hotel I was told it was overbooked and they would need to find me alternative accommodation. As this was a late arrival due to a late flight, it wasn’t the welcome I was expecting!

Just a basic stay. Nothing to brag about. It was a very long wait for the shuttle when we arrived. The taxi that was provided by the hotel dropped us at the wrong part of the airport. We had to walk and drag our luggage from terminal 1 to two. Not very happy. Checking into the hotel was not very simple. Other parts of Ireland 3 different hotels none of the others required id or passport. This hotel needed and it was just from us watching others checked in.

It would be nice to have a convenience shop on the premises. Our room was next to the service elevator and the knocking noise kept us awske most of the night. We had to get up at 3 am for travel so that wasnt good

We waited two hours for the hotel shuttle to arrive. I called four times to the hotel. We ended up taking a taxi. The hotel said the driver told them he couldn’t park because of too many buses for Milan. The hotel gave us a $50 credit for the bar.
