Amazing place for families. Free breakfast, large pool area with slides and a hot tub for the adults. Right next door to the Gondola for Glenwood Caverns.

Great place for kids. The pool was heated (even the water going down the slide was heated). Kids enjoyed the arcade in the basement and adults enjoyed the craft beers on tap offered in the lobby. The staff was nice enough to provide our family with adjoining rooms.

The hotel Overall was very good. We Started in the basement But asked for a different room and they gave us a second floor room which was so much better. The breakfast was ok for a cold breakfast. Customer service was good and helpful. The cool was nice and warm. We would stay again

So disappointed!! The pictures look great and show this beautiful place with an indoor water park (small) . Yes, the lobby is amazing and the pool was great!! BUT after that….. falls short in every way! Rooms are dated (and smell weird), a lot of worn interior materials ie wood panels corroded, yellowing white paint, numerous chips and cracks. We were particularly disappointed because we were placed in a room right across from maintenance and laundry, in basement. I did ask to be moved, they moved us to a handicapped accessible room(we didn’t know) which was worse, (and is just wrong by the way )bed frames were cheap metal old hospital style, the shower head was broken, no furniture or carpeting, just an empty room with beds!! We gave up. Breakfast is basic, no eggs or protein, just carbs. I spoke to a few of the guests, also disappointed, said they had been there in the past and everything has gone downhill ! You pay over $180 for the these rooms and for a somewhat good experience, maybe a decent breakfast but you get cheap food and rundown rooms, at least the lobby looks nice 😕

We stayed in a pet-friendly room in the basement. The room had laminate flooring and limited furniture. It was adequate, but far from cozy. Beds are a bit bouncy. Pool was fun with kids and parking is free and easy. Staff was fine, but we has to wait for awhile for our room (and ask three people about it while we were waiting).

the place is nice but the guests in the room next to us 310 were up all night being so loud we barely got any rest. talking loud yelling and playing music all night I tried calling the front desk for help numerous times but no answer. i ended up knocking on their door asking them to be quiet and they continued to be lout till like 6 am. miserable stay

It was terrible. The place was too noisy, and the room was full of inoperable amentities, and thre front desk staffs were so unfriendly. We will never visit this Hotel again.

I have never been given a room in the basement of a hotel. The room was less than accommodating. I arrived about an hour before the posted 4:00 checkin and the front desk clerk a was very rude. Didn’t start the experience off on the right foot.

Very nice hotel with all we needed and expected. Only drawback was the breakfast, no hot items and bread offerings on the poor side. Would consider staying again

Stayed here multiplied or times, and typically we love it here! We still had a great time. The one thing that was disappointing was the lack of staff watching the breakfast area. We were here for 3 nights and each morning it was a unique experience. First day I had to go to the front desk because there was no milk at all aside from an inch in the gallon that was frozen solid. There was no fruit out, not even a bowl showing where the fruit was. There was just nothing. Now after I asked about milk someone did come out and did restock all the breakfast items in a panic adding some muffins and pastries. Next two mornings were somewhat similar, although there was fruit but only bananas and they were super squishy and last the good point to eat. Rooms themselves were clean and nice. Check in was great, as was the pool. We left 5 bikes in the bike rack at night with no locks and they were fine. We felt safe. Wil I book here again, yes, just don’t expect and amazing breakfast :)

The hotel is aging and needs many touch-ups. The bed was not very comfortable, and the bathroom drywall and door definitely need work. The biggest frustration is the slow elevator, shared by 4 floors of guests and staff. The breakfast is super basic pre-packaged. No protein. The good news is the indoor pool and slide and game room make it super family friendly, and pets are welcome, too.

They told us that the pool closed for children at 9pm. We went at 9:40 and there were 4 children. The noise, the sound made by just the children with their father was not normal. I tried to relax and it was impossible. I paid more at this hotel for the pool and I couldn't enjoy it, because you do not enforce the rules. I will not stay with you again.

A child threw up in the pool while we were in the pool. The rooms are very dated and overall dirty. The elevator took 10-15 minutes to get down to the lobby while needing to get up to the fourth floor. For the price the facility needs to be updated

Nice hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Large, comfortable rooms. The pool water was really warm, I usually don't swim with the kids because the pools are always too cool for me but I swam every day here. Cold, continental breakfast was very adequate. Beautiful lobby, too.

They put us in a room in the basement. It smelled like cat pee and was musty. They moved us after I complained to another room on the ground level at least it did not smell but was not clean. Curtains were filthy, air did not work properly, Linda were broken.

This is a nice property it’s a little older but still comfortable and nice. Definitely recommend staying here. Bed was comfortable all linens were nice. We enjoyed our time here.

Staff were rude and had attitude. Room was dirty (hairpins left in shower from previous occupant, food stuffed inside air conditioner unit). But worse was the sheer number of bugs found in the room - over 50 bugs in 2 days. We ended up cutting out stay short and staying elsewhere for the rest of the trip.
