Average hotel but good value for money. Wanted to experience a "love hotel" was a bit sleazy but none the less it was clean tidy and okay for a night.

nice place to stay if you are not with children. it is 1 block away from the shopping/dining area. just a 3 to 5 mins walking, you will find tons of shops and restaurant. The key to your room is the real key, everytime you go out, you have to take your key to front desk to exchange to a card, and change back to your key when come back.

1 night stay over before next domestic flight. Quick check in. Lots to do in the area.

The room exceeded all expectations. Will visit again

Great for a romantic getaway or honeymoon. Rooms are spacious by Japanese standards and come with a wonderful bath and massage chair.

This property has very nice facilities and staff were very helpful. Room had character and very nice bath facilities.

Spacious rooms at a good value for Tokyo. The bath is sweet, highly recommend. The only downside is the room is a bit musty and smells smoked in.

Was amazing start to end

Excellent place. Love the karoke and the tub is amazing. Had a wonderful time. Elevator might need to be updated in the future though. It closes pretty quickly and doesn't have a proper sensor, but other than that, I had a great stay.

Great location in the hub of Shinjuku. Please remember this is a centre for shopping and nightlife, it was quiet in the hotel , but its buzzing outside, 7 days a week until about 3-4am

Don't let the "love hotel" designation turn you off from this excellent Shinjuku hotel. Compared to "regular" hotels in Tokyo around this price point you get a room with far more space and amenities that you'd only otherwise find in a high-end, expensive luxury hotel. Service was great with English-speaking staff on hand to help. Great soundproofing and a large, soft bed added to the comfort. Jacuzzi tub was awesome. Wifi was great and TV had plenty of on-demand video to choose from. Although a bit of a walk from Shinjuku station it had the benefit of a bit more quiet and discreteness than other hotels right in the heart of Kabukicho. Definitely would recommend considering this hotel when staying in Tokyo unless you have kids along.

Great place, great fit out with everything a traveller needs and more. Great for couples wanting way more space in your room than normal for Japan and excellent prices. Excellent option if not taveloing with children. Loved it

I traveled with my daughter. Amazing location, Matsumoto was so friendly and helpful. She speaks fluent English and top notch skincare and hair in the room. I was very surprised to see a big room in Tokyo. Will definitely go back there again.

Very awesome first experience. Will definitely do again.

The cleaning person who spoke English was very helpful and caring. Counter staff was also very nice. The room itself was very dated and there was a very strong odor in the room.

My girlfriend and I stayed in this hotel for a few nights while visiting Tokyo in March 2023. We really enjoyed it. The staff was very helpful and attentive, the room was extremely spacious and had everything! Beautiful large shower and soaker tub, massage chair, big bed, couch, karaoke machine, mini bar. They also included a nice personalized welcome package and a ton of soaps, creams and other small toiletries. The location is excellent, just a few few minutes walk from all of the bars and restaurants. We enjoyed strolling down to Golden Gai one night. The train station is about a 9 minute walk away, very easy. It was a wonderful experience and we would stay here again.

The hotel was beautifully furnished and was close to everything. Plus we got a hot tub with a separate shower room. The people there were so nice and the amenities were awesome.

Greatest than ever!

Nice big bed. All sorts of fun products. Quiet even though in the heart of everything. A must for couples staying in Tokyo.
4.4
Spacious. Tidy. Adjustable lighting style. Numerous mirrors. Good for couple. A special gift was received from the hotel.

Did not understand what "Adults Only" meant in Japan - not simply no children. Hotel was fine overall, if you were expecting mirrors on the ceiling, walls and a love bed in the shower. Not sure how to make this clear to future travelers if I did not get it ?

Comfortable, clean room that was well stocked with refreshments. Great location amidst the fun of Shinjuku and Kabuki-Cho. Price was reasonable compared to other hotels nearby.

The love hotel was really a nice experience in Tokyo. Nice big room with a karaoke, very well soundproofed, big shower and big bed. Being tourists, we did not know what to expect and it was very surprising. To try for a night or two!

If you can be open-minded with the idea of “love hotel” and ok without windows, then this hotel is perfect. We read several reviews before booking so we were mentally prepared. Room is huge, with bubble bath & massage chair, which are Super useful after long days of walking / sightseeing. The area is convenient and full of restaurants & shops. My husband and I had a great time there.

Considered a "love hotel", don't let the name fool you...Room was very spacious as was the bathtub and shower refuge....which boasts 2 showers, a soaker tub and a fllor level built in neru massage pad.
The room is kitch with wall to ceiling mirrors but offers a distinct feel of serenity...The reception was very good and staff went out of their way to find an English speaking attendant to help us out. We were welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine and snacks. The room also includes a small fridge for your use. The only drawback would be the only window is a tiny one in the bathroom...

Very spacious room, which is unusual in Tokyo. The bathrooms were particularly luxurious.
Location is 10 mins to shinkuku main station and close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

This is an amazing hotel...just keep open mind. It's an adult hotel but is actually better than all the similar hotels around. Much bigger than anything else in Tokyo, has a jacuzzi, karaoke and everything you need. Only down side is the sense of dodginess but actually very very nice.
