Clean and tidy bed comfortable bathroom clean and towels included.would definitely stay again

Handy location for me. Plenty of restaurants nearby if you don’t want to eat at the hotel.

The Hilton is a great choice when the football is not on.
The rooms are very comfortable and there is a great choice for breakfast. Have stayed a couple of times and found this time that you now have to pay to park. Hotel discount cost though still expensive.
4.3
Stayed for one night and the staff were all very friendly and efficient, the room was lovely and the overall stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.
I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.
Very happy customers.
4.3
Great room and breakfast.
4.3
Great room very high end but issues with shower broken and bath took a long time to fill up shower head was cracked and when switched on sprayed the ceiling informed reception but too late in the morning
4.3
Loved the hotel. Very friendly welcome and able to check in much earlier that I’d expected. Would definitely stay again.
4.3
Good hotel although the reception staff had little knowledge of the on site dinning facilities. Breakfast as expected, good. Evening non-existent despite information on the TV and also from the staff. We ate out both nights. The pitch side restaurant only had one GF main meel. We did not have a TV link initially, however the IT staff quickly put this right, although it failed again two days later.
I have been to numerous Hilton Hotels and never had such issues. Maybe a glitch, lets hope so
4.3
Lovely hotel and great view of the stadium from my room, great location with multiple options for eating out nearby. Only complaint, check in was very slow
4.3
The mattress is too soft and our sleep wasn’t a good one. There isn’t a shower curtain in the bathroom. When we take a shower, we have to be very careful otherwise water splash out and will make the floor wet and slippery. Buffet breakfast is great and you can use a paper cup to take away a cup of coffee of your choice
4.3
20 minutes to check in, no acknowledgment by staff of queue or delay. Room ok but peeling old furniture and old fashion shower in a bath. Gave up on check out as three staff couldn’t deal with two customers checking out, just stared at screen for ages, ignored you so gave up
4.3
The hotel is good and parking paid by app.
we had a room for 3 and had only tea facilities for two.
Be prepared to walk quite away to your room if your unlucky.
4.3
It was a great hotel, great breakfast and brilliant location.
The only thing I would say is you need to pay for the parking inside as I was told to use the machine and then had to pay inside too.
4.3
Great stay. Friendly staff, lovely room and reasonable price. No complaints at all!
4.3
Good sized clean rooms.
No biscuits which was a surprise with this hotel
Major issue was my room on the other side of the stadium - short drive or long walk
Breakfast -had to drive to reception and find the breakfast room.
But the breakfast was good quality
4.3
Good facilities. Loved the breakfast variety.
4.3
It was fit for purpose. I will definitely book again.
4.3
It was difficult getting through the entrance doors and the fire doors as a wheelchair user, these should be automated.
4.3
The staff were very friendly, approachable, helpful. The breakfast team were very welcoming, attentive and always ready to cater to varying needs. Well done.
4.3
Nightmare sign post to room. Did 6000 steps to room.
4.3
on arrival check-in was poor and was left standing around, we were awoken before 8am with the pa system of the MK DONS stadium, in the afternoon we had to endure the sounds of religious singing and preaching from the pa system.
the whole experience was very irritating and we decided to book out a day early.
4.3
I liked the layout of the hotel, the convenience, the staff are very Friendly and polite.
4.3
The air on did not work and the room has sun shining in so was extremely hot. We were offered a Dan which was pointless as you cannot open any windows to allow fresh cooler air in so would just move hot air around the room. We were re roomed to a room that was cooler but the air on did not work there either so we were very hot in the night. There are no usb sockets for charging devices either. It’s a bit dated and in need of freshening up decor in the bedrooms.
Breakfast was excellent lots of choice with helpful friendly staff.
4.3
Distance from room to restaurant was ridiculously far. Will "never" stay at this hotel again. Will stay at a more sensible hotel next time
4.3
Overnight work stay, place was interesting as it was also a stadium!
Room was very clean, bed was mega comfortable!
Hotel is quite large and as all the rooms surround the playing field, if your room is on the opposite side to the lift (as was mine) then its a fair old walk! However the view of the field was a novelty!
Breakfast was adequate but no more, sausages were not nice at all - was obvious that they had been out inder the lamps for hours, bacon was slightly better but also must have been out a while.
Fantastic choice of food for the evening from the many restaurants just a stones throw away.
4.3
I stayed for 3 nights.there was ample parking,food was good,rooms were comfortable.
Good location.
Good view of inside MK Stadium when having breakfast.
4.3
The staff was very helpful
4.3
Great Hotel. Just get better pillows please

Great location and modern facilities

Great hotel on site for the stadium. Spacious rooms, great the have a fridge available to use! Extremely clean and very comfy bed.
Food in bar was yummy and great value for money too.
Really helpful staff and discounted parking. Would stay again:

We didn’t realize it was literally part of a stadium. Rooms were great but our room was a very long hike.
4.3
Surprised to discover on arrival thst we had to pay for parking, which hotels.com carefully avoided mentioning.
Then an exceptionally long walk from the lifts to the room, pretty much half way round the stadium.
Finally, ans we arrived late I was puzzled to discover that “all day” dining ran from 10am to 11pm, not quite my definition of “all day”. But it didn’t matter since the food was so ridiculously overpriced (plus a tray charge of £5 for room service) that I wouldn’t have ordered it anyway.
4.3
Friendly helpful and pleasant
4.3
The whole experience was very good
4.3
It was an Anniversary break, and this was specifically referenced in the booking ..... but it was not acknowledged in anyway when we arrived at the hotel, which for a Hilton hotel is very rare.
The hotel was very noisey, as they were getting ready for a concert, which was not mentioned when booking.
We have stayed at the hotel many, many times .... but this stay was distinctly average.
4.3
I have stayed here before and didnt realise the hotel was so big and went all the way around the stadium. I was offered an upgrade for a very reasonable price but declined and the standard room I had was more than sufficient and had everything I needed.
Didnt eat here but you're not short of choices just next door. Nice room and well appointed. Would defo stay again.
Nice touch with the warm cookie on arrival BUT I suggest you ask people if they have allergies before handing them over. (Not an issue for me, it was lovely)
4.3
Very handy location for shopping at MK1 and if visiting to watch football at Stadium MK / MK Dons
4.3
Very comfortable stay. Only thing to address is the parking Hotel should get bigger discount if not even free
