We really liked this hotel. As a family of 4, we booked 2 rooms. The ones we had were on the smaller side, so we were happy we had both. The bathrooms were nice, very clean, and a good amount of included amenities. The location was convenient since there's a train station below the hotel. The one downside was that the hotel is at a busy intersection, so during the day we could hear all the traffic, motorcycles, sirens, and crosswalk beeping. It was still quiet at night though. A nice bonus was the bakery café next to the lobby. The pastries and coffee were delicious!

Not too bad in general, good service, good location. Downstairs has subway and supermarket.

The service is excellent. Even we chose not to clean the room, they have left a set of clean towels and water for us. Good location, just beside the tube station. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This hotel was one of our favourite places to stay - not just in Japan but compared to North America and Europe as well. The customer service was excellent and amenities were wonderful. Recommend selecting the Premier floor with breakfast even if it costs a little more because having access to the lounge for a break from sightseeing is worth it. Location is amazing - right beside a metro station and 24-hour supermarket. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we return to Osaka.

Our 6 night stay was excellent because of the top notch service and customer relations. All of the staff members we encountered were both friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was superb and so was the location in relation to the subway. We are already planning our next stay!!

Stayed here for our 3 days Osaka trip. The room was good enough for 2 people. I was at the Premier floor and have access to the Premier lounge from 4pm to 9pm they had snacks, sweets, drinks and alcohol unlimited. Everyday they stock my fridge with beverages. The staff was nice just had some difficulty communicating with the front desk whenever I approach themZ Need more staff who can be fluent in English. Thanks

What this hotel has going for it is cleanliness. All goes downhill from there. The staff are very ignorant and uncaring to foreign guests. My daughter and I bought some food items from the 711 right beside the hotel and sat down at the cafe patio to eat. A cafe employee came outside and asked us why we were there and if we had a ticket. Shocked, I told her we were guests of the hotel and she reluctantly backed off. I believe this was racially motivated as we are South Asian with brown skin. Later I went inside to report this to the manager but the woman at front desk would not allow me to report this. Never in our home country of Canada have we been treated so poorly. If you are Japanese, this hotel is welcoming. If you are brown skinned like us, stay well away as they are passive aggressive hostile towards people of colour.

Location is good, very close the Osaka metro exit; it also takes short time to move to the downtown or the main stations. Nice breakfast and have many choices. Staff is kind as well. Room is clean. However, there is no internet connected smart TV in the room, which means you cannot cast your phone content such as YouTube or Netflix onto the TV. I believe this is a four stars hotel but the TV should be upgraded.

We loved our 6 night stay here
The staff were welcoming and friendly.
Our room and bathroom were very clean and it was pretty spacious for Japan.
Plus it’s directly above the metro station so very convenient for public transport.
The daily cleaning was a high standard and there were various drinks in our fridge.
The shower was really good (didn’t use the bath).
We stayed in a premier room which I would HIGHLY recommend - you’re on a higher floor plus you have access to the lounge from 4-9pm, which has free sodas and alcoholic drinks, plus a coffee/tea machine.
It also has little snacks (bread, cheese, nuts, dried fish, crisps) and sweets and the staff in there are really nice.
Would absolutely book this again if in Osaka.

Really impressed with cleanliness and staff, and super bonus to have free minibar and evening snack and drinks. However, no bedside light on one side of the bed and there weren’t any USB ports in the room. Standard room was very small and only suitable for a couple of nights if more than one person. Very nice bakery attached so didn’t have hotel breakfast. Overall, I would stay again if a short visit.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was close to the train station, the Temmangu Shrine and markets. It was clean and comfortable.

First time visiting Osaka and stayed here for 6 nights.
Pros:
1. Super convenient location as it is 1-2 minutes away from metro station, 24 hour grocery store with a HUGE selection is just across the street and a 7-11 is next door.
2. Breakfast buffet was great! Had a great selection of western style and and traditional Japanese cuisine.
3. Staff are friendly and overall cleanliness of the hotel is quite good.
4. The front lobby has a selection of amenities for guests to pick up. Very useful (especially the sunscreen)
Cons:
1. The rooms are super small. Barely had room to open a big suite case.
2. The noise level outside can be a bit loud at night.
Overall, enjoyed my stay

Hotel staff very helpful on arrival. Hotel is in a good location close to subway stations, supermarkets and main attractions. Hotel was very clean with rooms cleaned daily which was great. Would recommend.

If you don’t have a more than 1 luggage and you are skinny, this is a great place for you. Rooms are tiny and room set up is awkward. Fridge doesn’t cool. Great dining options, and subway is right off the ground floor.

Everything was great. Only improvement I can think of is to have an elevator from subway to street level.

It's in a nice area. The rooms a little smaller as we are used to rooms in the USA.

On top of subway station. Very clean. Only downside was 3 washing machines in the whole hotel.

Great place for the value. You are 15-20m by subway to the Center which is great if you don't want to be in the chaos. The subway is just under the Hotel, prime.

This hotel was very conveniently located right above a central train station so it was easy to get up lots of places. The cafe in the lobby has excellent coffee drinks snd breads both savory and sweet. A really wide selection and delicious. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Small rooms like most rooms in Japan meant we needed two rooms but it was still affordable.
